We have stayed several times, and will stay again when in the area. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean facilities, including restrooms, laundry room, convenience store and propane is available on site. There is also a large dog park. We full time in a 40 ft Class A diesel and appreciate they have several drive thru spots with 50 amps. This is not the most modern park, however overall, it is our favorite park. This is not all concrete and asphalt and this makes it enjoyable for us. The reason is our expectations, since we were not paying $90 a night, as some parks have charged us. The overnight fee is reasonable for being so close to Eugene, Cottage Grove, and easy access to the highway on a corridor connecting CA to the state of Washington. Expect a pleasant stay, be polite and respectful and you'll have one, have unreasonable expectations, be rude, or loud, as possible others have indicated here, and you will have an unpleasant experience. There is much to see in this area. Also, within a mile we found a Bi-Mart, a Trailer Supply Store, Napa Auto, banks, coffee shops, a bakery, a fruit and vegetables stand in the summer, all in Creswell. read more

3.4/5stars Michelle helped us make our reservation. She was very helpful in our choosing Meadowlark RV Park. Wendy was in the office to greet us, helped us arrange a long term stay, gave us a map and even had her dad show us the site. We had to chose between a pull-thru for one month and moving to another if we wanted to stay longer or a back-in site for whatever time we wanted to stay. We were told the next day we would pay for electricity on the back-in site because it was 50 Amp power. It would have been good to know this before we chose and went through getting set up. Meadowlark is right off the freeway making it easy on and off yet, we didn't have too much freeway noise at our site. The park backs up to a trailer park that is a bit run down. You can see over the fence into that area making the view not great. We would definitely try to move if we stayed here. Though, there is hardly any traffic at this end so it has been nice. And the neighbors were very quiet The good part it is close to a some stores, coffee hut and restaurants. There is also a small but really clean laundry. There were cleaners in the laundry room with a sign to wipe down the machines when you're done. It is nice and seems to work since the machines were really clean. Also, someone came in to clean while I was doing laundry. Overall, I would stay here again. They do have wifi that works well which is great! The amenities is a C-store where they sell beer and wine and a laundry. But it's a good place to stay while working or exploring the area! read more

DO NOT RENT HERE We highly recommend going anywhere else. We lived here in the meadowlark for 11 months with little to no issues. Then we were slapped with a 30 day "no cause eviction" notice. We never missed a payment or were late on rent, we are friends with our neighbors and have had no issues. We drive below the speed limit. There is no rule we have broken yet we're evicted for absolutely no reason. When we approached the office manager, Dennis, he played dumb and told us there was no reason we just had to vacate the premises. We had no write ups, no warnings, and one of the newest and nicest trailers on the lot. Dennis plays blatant favoritism with residents in the park and enforcers rules only to those of his choosing. Dennis also drinks on the job and is regularly under the influence while working in the front office. There are beer cans littered around his golf cart and piled in the trunk of it. He constantly reeks of booze and this issue shows through in his lack of proper management style. Multiple people in the park have a dog fence up. Including both of our direct neighbors. We were told to take our dog fence down. When we approached Dennis to question why ours had to be removed he said nobody else had fences. I then took pictures of the 15 other spaces with dog fences. He then changed his story and said those spaces were grandfathered in and so THEY can have fences but we cannot. He picks and chooses what rules to enforce and who to enforce them upon. We spent over $800 per month for a space that was extremely micromanaged. For that amount of money we should have full autonomy over our space. As of now, you are UNABLE to have a * DOG FENCE OR ANY TYPE OF FENCE * NO OUTDOOR FRIDGE OR FREEZER * NO CANOPY OR EASY UP We are extremely disappointed to be treated with such blatant bias. Dennis is quite literally on a power trip and must get off on feeling big and powerful by enforcing evictions on those he feels threatened by. HE WILL ACT NICE TO YOUR FACE but he is two faced and will flip on you and create drama over the simplest most mundane issues when it could have easily been a conversation. Had we been made aware of any issues he had with us, we would have taken the opportunity to fix those issues as we enjoyed our time here. Instead we were served an eviction notice that completely blindsided us. We have nowhere to go as most parks in the Eugene area have months long waiting lists. The park has had many core residents pack up and leave over the last few weeks. It is apparent that management has taken a negative spiral and the park cannot seem to keep residents. Yet the residents they do have, they force to leave. I sense this park will suffer financially due to no fault but their own. As the managers feelings dictate his every move and he cares more about his ego than making the owners money. We have acquired the owner of the parks phone number and have reached out to let him know of the piss poor management and what really goes on in his park. Please spend your money literally anywhere else. read more

I would only come back if we just needed a quick overnight. The park is in a loud/busy location, and is basically just a parking lot. They did not give us the bathroom access or wifi password on check in, we had to go back and ask. It was clean, but I can't say much else positive about it. read more

They act very cool at first. Then you get blindsided with two faced, gossip queens that decides they don't like you. Problems? They won't tell you know so you could fix it. Just a notice to move! read more

We called and made reservation two hrs before arriving. I asked if she had availability and she just booked us. They did not tell us that we would be parked in mud hole next to interstate. So loud. When checking in, I asked for WiFi and was told my site didn't have access and it was the only spot available so deal with it. I need Internet for work and paid $60 for this site to be talked to like that for a device they advise. I did not beg for a site and had other options so I don't understand the attitude. read more

Lack of doing what a manager should do. Hears one story, and you're gone. Favoritism is at it's best. I recommend not stopping or staying here. Not the best area to stop in. Keep traveling, plenty of other places to go. read more

Ok let me talk you about how the hell I feel about this place. We came in a fully converted diy Chevy 1500 camper van. Water pump, shower, toilet, grey water system, sink, lights, batteries, solar, fridge, freezer, full bed, stove, even an oven, & so much more. The van is an older van (as old as me) & the lady JUST ASSUMED that this does not qualify as an rv. How the fuck dare her just assume this without at least taking a peak inside, it has all the same amenities as an rv but in a slightly smaller footprint. I tried explaining I'd pay for accommodations that we would not use just so we could shower & go but then she lied to us & said the rv park is full & that we don't qualify as an rv. There was open spots visible to my eyes. I asked her what qualifies an rv & she was not happy about being asked. I guess she isn't a woman of science because if you want to have a reasonably scientific discussion on the topic of wether or not this is an rv, like lady you're definitely losing that one She just looked at us with complete & utter disgust as she turned us away 10 miles down the road we already drove. This place is NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. This lady has no idea she turned down business from a billionaire's son who decided to hitchhike to Oregon. I have money, I was gonna spend it here. She screwed that up by being so judgmental. All in all, she judged us because of the '97 Chevy Express; maybe she prefers to fix or repair daily. Whatever her problem is, now you all can know about it. Lesson for the owner: DONT judge a book by its cover. It's not a good look. read more

I stayed for 2 months at Meadowlark. They surpassed my expectations. They run a very clean and well kept RV park. The laundry and showers were spotless. The front desk workers all very helpful and kind. On Saturdays there was a small farmers market just outside the park and I fell in love with the nearby drive through Coffee Bean. The park is located next to the freeway, but it really didn't bother me, especially at night. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was that a couple of the front desk staff didn't wear a mask. It's a shame to spend so much time cleaning surfaces and miss the most important step. They also didn't have a sign on the laundry asking for folks to wear masks. Lots of people pass through from all over. Let's protect each other. read more

Family owned. The ambience is relaxed and friendly. Everybody we dealt with was very personable and helpful. The facilities are updated and very clean. They are working on refreshing the landscape. We felt right at home and extended our stay. The only thing missing were trees to add shade. I've been told they are planned to be planted in the fall. We'll be back. read more

Stayed at this park for one night as we were passing through on our way to Seaside. Yes, the park is close to I5, but the traffic noise did not bother us. Our 38' RV fit nicely in a pull-through where we didnt even have to unhook the truck. Spots are a bit close together, but still have enough room between sites where you have breathing room. Can't review the restrooms and honestly, we were here for one night so can only go by that. Clean park, friendly guy checking us in, awesome greeter dog what more can you ask for? When we pass through Creswell again and if we need a place to stay, then we will stop here again!! read more

Made reservations over 2 week in advance. There was a Duck's game that weekend, so we got tickets. My wife had a doctor's appointment in West Linn so we were going to use this as a home base. Our reservations were for Thursday through Sunday. When we showed up the guy up front was very rude and said we should have been here last night and I said NO I will get the paperwork. He told us he rented our space out after we paid full price (nothing like double dipping). The guy told us that we need to leave. I asked for my money and he offered the remaining 2 days. I eventually got the full amount. As my wife and I were leaving he told us to never come back again. This guy is very rude and doesn't care about the people he screws over. We think he got an offer for our space at triple the original price, so he screwed us over. We found a lady that had a long term she rented to us and she has had run ins with this guy at Meadowlark RV park. She said the guy is rude and full of himself. So, if you rent a space on a Duck's home game weekend beware he will screw you over to. Good luck finding a spot, they are all full. Terry read more

Easy access to I-5 and to the town of Creswell. There is some freeway noise, but not bothersome. Great people... both from owners, staff, and other campers. We felt right at home and the owners are very accommodating. We originally booked to stay a week while waiting for a long term spot at another park. Cancelled the other park reservations and will be staying here. The sites are reasonably level, good utilities. New Wifi and easy satellite TV set-up. Large pull-thrus. Definitely recommended. read more

I am late in doing this review. We spent from mid November 2016 to Feb 17, 2017 at Meadowlark. We were in transition and in the process of looking for a home to buy. We chose to live in our, not fancy but not a dump, 2001 26' rv trailer. We first went to the DeerWood RV park on hwy 58. They had an application process that I do understand, but judged us solely on the year of our rv and the car we drove. None the less they did not even have the time to call us back and tell us that we were "not accepted". So we decided to go to cresswell. It was the right choice for us. Meadowlark has everything you need. We stayed for a week and then stayed till the day we moved into the house we bought. We were new to Rv life and they helped make it a pleasant experience. We were so impressed how clean it was. The bathrooms, laundry room and the grounds were always clean. We have 2 dogs and felt the accommodations and good rules made it good for dog owners and non dog owners. The staff were always available and helpful. The store is very convenient with competitive prices. We will always recommend Meadowlark to anyone, for a short or longer stay. read more

The bathrooms were very nice and I felt comfortable to do my business. The sites were great and the people were friendly. We needed a place to stay for the night and they had an opening for us which was a nice last minute place to stay. It is right off the highway but it actually wasn't that noisy. I would stay there again if I needed to. read more

Just 10 miles south of Eugene, I planned to stay 4 days and stayed for a month. Just off I-5 makes it very convent. The staff was great as they have rebuilt this campground and seem to love their work. Bathrooms were clean and a good laundry. I hiked trails all over the area which were beautiful. I made day trips to the beach, Crater Lake and down to Crescent City to see the redwoods. This is a great spot for overnight or an extended stay! read more
