Rod responded first and he came out to look at the roof. One roofing company told us what cost would be on the phone, and had no interest in coming out to look at the roof. He google -earthed our house - very odd. Rod came out the next day and gave a quote. He agreed to get the permit filed for the city, and then got it signed. When he got the permit signed, he called us to schedule what days he and his team would be there to start. He spent one full day with his team and almost completed it. He came back 2 days later and completed the project. His price was fair and he was good. His team was professional and experienced. It is a local business and family owned as well. Their professionalism was present during the entire process. From discussing the project with Juan to setting up the process with July Cruz, who was always on target and in communication with me, was top notch. The crew worked an entire day until my new flat roof was completed. Everything was cleaned immediately and no mess was left. The crew is friendly and the foreman gave me feedback from time to time. The next day, Mauricio and a couple of workers waited about 6 or 7 hours for the inspector to arrive and sign off. I truly recommend Canopy. All paperwork was provided to me timely. The cost was within a couple of hundreds more from the other companies I consulted, but the quality and value for my money was another plus by choosing Canopy.
