I was told that I would receive that on my billing statement which never came. I have since called at least three times and am getting the royal run around including no records available and no one responding. In March 2026, I paid my bill in full on the day of service. Because of their internal errors, I actually overpaid, leaving them with a $131.25 credit belonging to me. Despite having an official receipt featuring the Premier Radiology logo, my account number, insurance details, and transaction timestamps, their "review team" claimed they could not locate the payment. Instead of resolving their internal mistake, they forwarded my account straight to a collections agency without ever attempting to call or email me.As a billing professional myself, I know that when a business loses track of a documented payment, the burden of proof and correction falls on the company--not the client. Forcing an innocent patient to battle a debt collector over corporate incompetence is completely unacceptable. After a firm conversation demanding accountability, a representative agreed to pause the collections agency for 45 days while they look for the money they already pocketed. This is a recurring issue, as evidenced by numerous similar reviews detailing their administrative disorganization. I am actively reporting this matter to the Tennessee Health Facilities Commission. While the staff were friendly and professional--which I do appreciate--the overall process was frustrating and unnecessarily burdensome. Vanderbilt Imaging requires a pregnancy test be completed before the appointment, but does not offer it on-site. This means patients must coordinate a completely separate appointment through their doctor beforehand. In my case, this turned what should have been a straightforward visit into a half-day ordeal. I've had this same test done at another center in Nashville where the pregnancy test was handled in-house. It made the process smoother and far less emotionally taxing. An HSG is already an intrusive and sensitive procedure. Patients deserve a streamlined, one-stop experience--especially in the context of fertility testing and loss. I strongly urge Vanderbilt Imaging to reconsider their policy and begin offering the pregnancy test on-site to better support the people they serve.

Wish I had known of such stuff because after the visit the offending calls started coming in for foot paraphernalia and such - they sold my information. Then when my co-pay bill came, they charge a 3 percent fee for using a credit card. One of the biggest mistakes I have made in seeing a specialist. One star isn't good enough. Good Luck.
