We got our mini bernedoodle last week and everything went perfectly. She flew into LAX where we picked her up. Premiere Pups communicated with us the entire travel day letting us know where she was each step of the way. Her first vet app was excellent and she has a perfect bill of heart. Her teeth are perfect they said. She has gone outside on the grass every time and sleeps through the night already. She sweet lovable and so healthy. Premiere Pups has been an amazing experience the whole way through over the past 3 weeks. They answered all my many questions. I got videos photos and info on her parents. Dr calls all week to see how she's doing. Ryan Austin and Crystal were a few there that were outstanding. I'm in communication with one of our puppies. siblings. We have had several friends who also got their pups from Premiere Pups and those dogs are so happy and healthy. They too raved about this company. There will always be bullies out there who give bad ratings but none of what they mention ever happened to me and my 3 friends. We had the best experience and are all so happy. Thank you Ryan for the best experience! read more

We are in absolute love with our new mini sheepadoodle Kirby (previously Ralph). Premier pups was really great throughout the process, answering many of our nervous questions both before and after pups arrival. The first time we called Matthew spoke to us for 30 minutes about our various questions about the process, even before we were ready to commit to anything or even had decided on a breed yet, which really helped reassure us given we were unable to go to Ohio ourselves. We facetimed our dog and bought him just after falling in love in facetime! They shipped him to us via plane cargo, we were super nervous about this but they answered all our questions and he arrived safe and sound. He was definitely a bit overwhelmed the first night, but became more adjusted every day. They also offer shipping by car but the timing wasn't quite right for us. Premier pups has been available 24/7 (quite literally, including when these first time pup parents panic called them at 3am because we thought we have him too much pepto bismol..... amongst many other late and middle of night calls to them). They continue to check in with us while he gets adjusted to his new home, and are really patient and kind when we call. It was so helpful to have that layer of support-especially during the bridge before our first vet visit at home. This morning he had his first comprehensive evaluation at the vet including parvo testing and got a clean bill of health! Woohoo! (I know the a vet evaluates them before they are available for adoption at premier pups, but so reassuring that he is still healthy after his big journey and adjustment!!) I also want to add our initial plan was to rescue. I applied for dozens of dogs through different sources. Fortunately for dogs but unfortunately for us, rescues currently have the luxury of being really picky about who they let rescue since demand is so high for dogs during COVID. We live in a city apartment, and this is our first dog; so we were continuously getting denied. Despite our commitment to providing a dog a great life, they had the ability to go with others who had more experience or closed in yards, which may have been reasonable given the nature of rescue dogs. Because of that we looked through many breeders and venues. Availability was limited, it seems these guys maybe upcharge a bit which is why they actually have availability? Supply and demand i suppose, but we were willing to go for it as we had been planning for a long time to try to start our family with a dog around this time in our lives. They had sheepadoodle litter at the time, which they seem to all be accounted for now, and I see no more sheepadoodles so glad we went for it while they had them! (Also kind of reassuring that there is not ALWAYS a supply of every kind of dog) I wanted to be sure to write a thoughtful and thorough review as searching the reviews was a big part of me feeling comfortable with proceeding with premier pups, so wanted to add our experience. Like others said, it is nerve wracking getting a dog sight unseen. However they were so supportive, and I could not find any bad reviews which was really easy to find from other options to get a dog. We are in love - but we are also oh so tired!! Ha read more

We bought our puppy, Henry (previously Tad), from premier pups about 7 months ago. He was flown all the way to Oregon. The team at PP was great to work with through the whole process. Our boy got kennel cough from his travels but otherwise has been healthy as can be. Our only minor complaint is kind of out of their control. Henry was projected to be in the 6-12 lbs range but is already 16 pounds. He's larger than we'd hoped but it's not the end of the world. read more

We got our mini Goldendoodle from Premier Pups 10 months ago. Ruby turns 1 year old tomorrow. She is super sweet, smart, and loves to take a 3 mile walk with me every day! Although my puppy was pricey, she is exactly what Premier Pups stated that she was. The customer service was great, her flight arrived on time (a direct flight) and she instantly bonded with us! I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a puppy, especially a mini or toy size. read more

Hands down best experience with our dog adoption! I was referred by friends that raved about their experience and I couldn't agree more. Our French bulldog has been the best addition to our family. The staff was knowledgeable with every inquiry before our adoption and made sure we had everything we would need to take care of our new Frenchie when we picked her up. They even called to check up after a week to make sure everything was going good, so impressive! If you are thinking of adding a furbaby to your family Premier Pups is the place. read more

This place, Premier Pups, and the staff are AWESOME! My Mini Aussiedoodle had a known condition (Cryptorchidsm) where his testes had not descended. I was concerned, when it became time to get him neutered, the cost would be too much for me to afford! The people at Premier Pups told me not to worry! They said they would be happy to cover anything above standard neuter cost -- that was last year! Well Oscar is a year now and was ready to be neutered, I contacted them and it was no problem. They contacted the vet and arranged the appointment. Oscar is doing well and it didn't cost me $1000 (which was quoted by my vet) - but instead it was less than $200 and my little Oscar is doing great! I highly recommend Premier Pups to anyone looking for a cute, healthy puppy and want to ensure the puppy has been well taken care of. The staff there are ALL so kind - it's just a terrific place. Oscar is my 2nd pup from them, 2 years prior -- I got my Teddy Bear pup - Brady (white dog)! read more

I looked forever for a Maltipoo and was almost scammed so many times. Premier Pups is expensive but worth the money. I know the breeders they use at least in my case have to have been excellent. My puppy came completely trained on the pee pads and you can tell the breeder had to have taken very good care of her. I also really liked the puppy palace that I got from them as well. It is perfect for her. My puppy was very tiny and they made sure that all of my questions were answered and I even received a call from their vet on a Sunday to answer some feeding concerns. I highly recommend them. read more

Obviously ordering a puppy online and having him shipped to you via American Airlines sounds like a scam and way too good to be true! But it's the best decision I've probably ever made I'm so happy with my puppy he's the sweetest little guy. The whole experience was great and super easy and after you receive the puppy the company is still extremely hands on with helping you through the transition, definitely recommend Thank you guys so much! read more

The company's customer service is amazing. I have written a review two days ago about some information that was not clear to me, and today (on Christmas day) I was contacted by Mike, who patiently explained everything and provided me with the documents I wanted. He also offered his contact in case I have any more questions about the breeders. I'm looking forward to get my new baby tomorrow! Thank you very much Mike and Premier Puppies! read more

I get to pick up my pup tomorrow. I am a nurse and as we know this is a scary time. I am probably bringing home stress and anxiety and this pup is my saving grace. I have been an over stressed out new pup parent and Donato has done nothing but help me through this new process. The process to get your pup is very different than what I am used to, but Donato really has made everything so much better. I really appreciate his customer service and his compassion to stressed out pup parents like me!!! He is 5 stars and really made my experience so much better. He has amazing customer service and I appreciate him so much! 5 stars and I haven't even gotten pup yet because I already know he's being taken great care of! read more

My husband and I live in New York, but we couldn't find any havanese puppies nearby, so we expanded our search which lead us to find Premier Pups in Ohio. We reserved our puppy through the website on a late Sunday afternoon. Within an hour of reserving our pup, the owner called to see if we had any questions and to set up our pick up time. Premier Pups has a beautiful country property with plenty of well manicured, green grass, and a welcoming driveway. The owner took his time explaining everything and allowing us to introduce our first dog to our new puppy on the grass. After taking Ronin home with us, I received a couple of follow up messages over the next few days from the owner asking how Ronin was adjusting to our home and our family. I was worried that driving 5.5 hours to get a puppy could blow up in my face, but thankfully that was not the case! The customer service on Premier Pups was extraordinary every step of the way and I would recommend them to anyone nearby or willing to travel for a puppy like we did. They truly treat you and the puppies like family. Attached are a few of the photos PP had on their website as well as my own photo of Ronin on the way home. read more

Working with Premier Pups for my new fur baby, Poppy (aka Andrea) has been absolutely wonderful. They are attentive to details, follow up immediately with questions, and have checked in with Poppy and me every two or three days since her arrival. Poppy is in excellent health and she arrived with a care package, including information how to use the items for her best care and adjustment. I appreciate the people at Premier Pups, they are fabulous! read more

This business sold my father a Maltipoo. After his first vetinary visit, it was discovered that the puppy has an under bite. This condition, can lead to problems eating and chewing. It also is considered a "pre-existing condition" for insurance. Which means that should This dog require care in the future, it will NOT be covered! All treatment will have to be paid for out of pocket and VERY EXPENSIVE!! My father paid over $4000 for this dog. These people marketed this dog as if it were "perfect" and TOP Tier. Supposedly, before it was sent on an aiplane, he was checked "Nose to tail" by their vet. He got a "clean bill of health". When my father's vet examined him(by opening his mouth) the under bite was discovered. This means that either their vet MISSED the condition OR concealed the condition. They DO offer 'exchanges/returns' at the owner's expense. However, the dog has been here a week, and they have bonded. Besides, how is that fair to the dog to return him for something that isn't his fault? We have relayed these concerns to them. As of now, there has been no response. We feel LIED TO and MNIPULATED. For the price paid, there should be NO PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS!! read more

I got a dog here about a year ago. She's my best friend and I adore her, but I remember when speaking to premier pups about adopting her they told me she was a different age than what was shown on the website, I then asked for pictures of her and they acted like they would send right away only to figure out they didn't even have her. They claimed she was with the breeder which all seemed a little sketchy. I get the inkling that this could possibly be a puppy mill and I've watched low Yelp reviews get taken down for about a year. I love my dog with all my heart which is why I felt like I needed to share if this doesn't get taken down. I don't think they ethically source their puppies, which makes me so sad. read more

I wanted to take a moment to comment on your customer service and my overall experience with Premier Pups. On 08/10/2019, I placed an offer on a puppy advertised on your website named "Laredo" a Shichon (Teddy Bear.) The sale of the puppy went smoothly, I was constantly kept informed regarding shipping (I live in California) and other important details regarding the transaction. The price was fair and my family was excited about adding a new family member. Where your company REALLY shines was after the sale. I received a photo text of "Laredo" before he boarded his flight out of Columbus letting me know that his flight was on time and there were no delays. I received several texts throughout the day ensuring that Laredo arrived on time, healthy, and happy. Since I received the puppy, I figured our transaction was complete and your business would move on to new customers and making sales (I mean, it's a business right?) I was pleasantly surprised to have received a follow-up phone call every other day from your service. The calls were always checking on Laredo (now named Mylo) and making sure he was making his transition to his forever home without any issues. Your representative queried his eating habits, ensuring his medication was right, and his overall health and happiness. It has been a week since "Mylo" has been a part of our family. He is a wonderful puppy, full of wonderment and excitement. I received a text from Matthew this morning asking if "Mylo" was doing well, so I sent him a few pictures and let him know that he is great. I wanted to let you know that I thought we were buying a dog for my family, but I have since learned that with this wonderful puppy, comes a great family oriented business that truly goes beyond! It is readily apparent that puppy sales is not just a business to you guys, but you have an innate understanding that you are dealing with a living commodity that you care about and are proud of. So far dealing with Premier has been wonderful. If I am honest, I have been the pain. I have referred several friends and one purchased and received their puppy before I receive Eddee (aka Panama). Her puppy, a Berniedoodle, is so lovely. I adore him.. I pick up my Eddee (mini-aussiedoodle) in just over a week. The only thing I am super nervous about is her size. I have two other (big) dogs and I got Eddee to travel with her. If she weights more than 19lbs I can't travel with her. I didn't want too small and I didn't want over 19......we will see. She is 3.10lbs at 6 weeks. Yikes. read more

Great puppies. We LOVE the way premier pups did everything and our puppy is healthy and was obviously loved!

One star only for the puppies i got from here. but let me tell you, i bought two puppies that were advertised as Pomeranians. cute and fluffy fur balls. as they became about 3/4 months, they began shedding their puppy fur. I reached out to the company letting them know that they did not look like pomeranians at all and was told they are going through an "ugly" phase and will grow out of it. I was persistent about it as my vet even said they were not pure poms. This made Premier Pups very defensive and they became very rude towards me. I ordered a pet dna test from Amazon and confirmed my suspicions. These were German Spitz. Not pomeranians. Although they can look very similar. I have reached out again and they just say these were registered and they value the respectable AKC registration. I've done research on the breeder who they company told me they got the puppies from and he's had MULTIPLE violations of running a puppy mill with harsh conditions. When i mentioned to Premier Pups the first time, they were so defensive and argumentative. I received multiple calls. I reported the company to BBB. This place may have very cute puppies. but if you're looking for a respectable and honest company who actually gives a damn about the dogs, this is not the place to go. read more
