This place, Premier Pups, and the staff are AWESOME! My Mini Aussiedoodle had a known condition (Cryptorchidsm) where his testes had not descended. I was concerned, when it became time to get him neutered, the cost would be too much for me to afford! The people at Premier Pups told me not to worry! They said they would be happy to cover anything above standard neuter cost -- that was last year! Well Oscar is a year now and was ready to be neutered, I contacted them and it was no problem. They contacted the vet and arranged the appointment. Oscar is doing well and it didn't cost me $1000 (which was quoted by my vet) - but instead it was less than $200 and my little Oscar is doing great! I highly recommend Premier Pups to anyone looking for a cute, healthy puppy and want to ensure the puppy has been well taken care of. The staff there are ALL so kind - it's just a terrific place. I looked forever for a Maltipoo and was almost scammed so many times. Premier Pups is expensive but worth the money. I know the breeders they use at least in my case have to have been excellent. My puppy came completely trained on the pee pads and you can tell the breeder had to have taken very good care of her. I also really liked the puppy palace that I got from them as well. It is perfect for her. My puppy was very tiny and they made sure that all of my questions were answered and I even received a call from their vet on a Sunday to answer some feeding concerns. My husband and I live in New York, but we couldn't find any havanese puppies nearby, so we expanded our search which lead us to find Premier Pups in Ohio. We reserved our puppy through the website on a late Sunday afternoon. Within an hour of reserving our pup, the owner called to see if we had any questions and to set up our pick up time. Premier Pups has a beautiful country property with plenty of well manicured, green grass, and a welcoming driveway. The owner took his time explaining everything and allowing us to introduce our first dog to our new puppy on the grass. After taking Ronin home with us, I received a couple of follow up messages over the next few days from the owner asking how Ronin was adjusting to our home and our family. I was worried that driving 5.5 hours to get a puppy could blow up in my face, but thankfully that was not the case! The customer service on Premier Pups was extraordinary every step of the way and I would recommend them to anyone nearby or willing to travel for a puppy like we did. This business sold my father a Maltipoo. After his first vetinary visit, it was discovered that the puppy has an under bite. This condition, can lead to problems eating and chewing. It also is considered a "pre-existing condition" for insurance. Which means that should This dog require care in the future, it will NOT be covered! All treatment will have to be paid for out of pocket and VERY EXPENSIVE!! My father paid over $4000 for this dog. These people marketed this dog as if it were "perfect" and TOP Tier. Supposedly, before it was sent on an aiplane, he was checked "Nose to tail" by their vet. He got a "clean bill of health". When my father's vet examined him(by opening his mouth) the under bite was discovered. This means that either their vet MISSED the condition OR concealed the condition. They DO offer 'exchanges/returns' at the owner's expense. However, the dog has been here a week, and they have bonded. Besides, how is that fair to the dog to return him for something that isn't his fault? We have relayed these concerns to them. As of now, there has been no response. We feel LIED TO and MNIPULATED. For the price paid, there should be NO PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS!! read more

I got a dog here about a year ago. She's my best friend and I adore her, but I remember when speaking to premier pups about adopting her they told me she was a different age than what was shown on the website, I then asked for pictures of her and they acted like they would send right away only to figure out they didn't even have her. They claimed she was with the breeder which all seemed a little sketchy. I get the inkling that this could possibly be a puppy mill and I've watched low Yelp reviews get taken down for about a year. I love my dog with all my heart which is why I felt like I needed to share if this doesn't get taken down. I don't think they ethically source their puppies, which makes me so sad. read more

On 08/10/2019, I placed an offer on a puppy advertised on your website named "Laredo" a Shichon (Teddy Bear.) The sale of the puppy went smoothly, I was constantly kept informed regarding shipping (I live in California) and other important details regarding the transaction. The price was fair and my family was excited about adding a new family member. Where your company REALLY shines was after the sale. I received a photo text of "Laredo" before he boarded his flight out of Columbus letting me know that his flight was on time and there were no delays. I received several texts throughout the day ensuring that Laredo arrived on time, healthy, and happy. Since I received the puppy, I figured our transaction was complete and your business would move on to new customers and making sales (I mean, it's a business right?) I was pleasantly surprised to have received a follow-up phone call every other day from your service. The calls were always checking on Laredo (now named Mylo) and making sure he was making his transition to his forever home without any issues. Your representative queried his eating habits, ensuring his medication was right, and his overall health and happiness. It has been a week since "Mylo" has been a part of our family. He is a wonderful puppy, full of wonderment and excitement. I received a text from Matthew this morning asking if "Mylo" was doing well, so I sent him a few pictures and let him know that he is great. I wanted to let you know that I thought we were buying a dog for my family, but I have since learned that with this wonderful puppy, comes a great family oriented business that truly goes beyond! So far dealing with Premier has been wonderful. If I am honest, I have been the pain. I have referred several friends and one purchased and received their puppy before I receive Eddee (aka Panama). Her puppy, a Berniedoodle, is so lovely. I adore him.. I pick up my Eddee (mini-aussiedoodle) in just over a week. The only thing I am super nervous about is her size. I have two other (big) dogs and I got Eddee to travel with her. If she weights more than 19lbs I can't travel with her. I didn't want too small and I didn't want over 19......we will see. One star only for the puppies i got from here. but let me tell you, i bought two puppies that were advertised as Pomeranians. cute and fluffy fur balls. as they became about 3/4 months, they began shedding their puppy fur. I reached out to the company letting them know that they did not look like pomeranians at all and was told they are going through an "ugly" phase and will grow out of it. I was persistent about it as my vet even said they were not pure poms. This made Premier Pups very defensive and they became very rude towards me. I ordered a pet dna test from Amazon and confirmed my suspicions. These were German Spitz. Not pomeranians. Although they can look very similar. I have reached out again and they just say these were registered and they value the respectable AKC registration. I've done research on the breeder who they company told me they got the puppies from and he's had MULTIPLE violations of running a puppy mill with harsh conditions. When i mentioned to Premier Pups the first time, they were so defensive and argumentative. I received multiple calls. I reported the company to BBB. This place may have very cute puppies. but if you're looking for a respectable and honest company who actually gives a damn about the dogs, this is not the place to go. read more
