Called and spoke with Matt. I didn't like the idea of giving my credit card information so we agreed on a cash method for me to purchase a puppy. I then made an offer pursuant to Matt's directions and he told me I would get a call to let me know if my offer was accepted. 3+ day's later I haven't heard anything. So, I wonder if this is a scam trying to get credit card information then who knows what will happen!!! BEWARE read more

I wish I didn't have to write a one star review about a place, but it happens when they block your number after you trying to speak the truth. I bought my little blessing 7 years ago from this horrific place. Let's emphasize blessing. My dog is only alive through final proper care, compassion and me buying her. It is a truly sad place. I thought I did my research on little dog specialization breeders. Was I shocked. I drove to what looked like an adorable little farm. The second I went inside it was a creepy experience. I read situations and people well. All feelings were off the whole time. The breeder was scary and very argumentative the entire time. Not compassionate, welcoming or warming by any means. I knew I had to save the puppy I picked out. I looked them up, found a little puppy I fell in love with. When they brought her to me, in the lobby, she was grabbed from under a red heating lamp what I've only seen in reptile cages with mulch stuck in her. I had no idea where her mom was. At this age and size, she should have been with her mom still majorly at points for developmental growth and milk. I asked to see her parents. They aggressively declined not allowing me to see them. They told me what the parents weighed. My dog is nothing, looks like nothing and is nothing of what they said. She doesn't look or act like breed I thought I was buying. My dog has grown into the kindest, most beautiful trained dog. But if you want the truth, do not go here. I just bought her and ran as far as I could from this place. My heart was too big to not continue saving her, as I didn't want to let her go from my arms. My parents used to breed cocker spaniels. They know right from wrong. They didn't think she was going to make it when I brought her home because of her dehydration and malnourishment. We worked long and hard to get our little girl happy and healthy. I had to take her to multiple vets. They all know and warned me of this place. They have said all Columbus locals buying from there have the same experience. They called everyday for a few days after, after I began talking about my experience, her condition and the truth they told me to never reach out to the, hung up on me and I never did hear from them again. I truly wish them the best and hope those dogs get amazing homes. I knew my little girl wasn't getting the write treatment when I was sent home with a GALLON of ziploc medications. I was supposed to be giving my dog multiple rounds of oral vitamins, medications, etc., that should've been taken care of if she was getting the proper feeding schedule from her mom. We had never seen such a thing. After talking to more Columbus locals more and more of my experience, other people had the same experience. After going to my first vet, they told me to drop the bag snd stop giving my brand new puppy those odd meds and only give her what they ordered. They've heard of them doing this. It broke me. But I listened. She is now a strong little girl. They told me she would be 30 lbs. she is 10. But she is my best little friend. She is one strong little girl. They told me she would be black and tan. She is black, gray and white fur. Nothing was correct. I had to take her to the vet so early on from bringing her home before her 2 week vaccine check up because she developed a DEEP whooping cough I've never heard a dog have. When I took her into the vet, I started hearing what I needed to hear. It's a sad story, but I made it into a strong one. I can't believe they made money off of what could've been sad. It makes my heart hurt. read more

What a sad experience we had w this puppy broker. It's important to understand they are not breeders - just brokers. They broker thousand and thousands of dogs (as evidenced by their website) - they have no real relationship with the breeders nor do they visit the breeders nor do they keep the dogs with them when they are whelping like a breeder would do. They buy entire litters - and sell them and any puppies with defects are not sent back to the breeder but instead passed on to a rescue/kennel out of state and there is zero follow up. Pictures of parents are not posted - and when we asked (after genetic testing)....after much delay - we got pictures we do not believe were the parents. The communication w premier pups is awful as we get passed around to person after person - and can never get straight and true answer to any other questions about our dog. read more

I sincerely hope they aren't a puppy mill and have no way to guarantee they aren't, but what I can tell you is that my vet did not believe that either of my dogs came from a puppy mill. Both had an ear infection, but that's common with big floppy eared dogs and Premier Pups paid for the treatment. They had no illnesses or other indications that they were puppy mill puppies. My dogs are now both over a year old with great temperaments! One does suffer from a little separation anxiety, but he's loving and friendly with everyone who meets him. My smaller dog is a little shy with new people, but otherwise as sweet as can be. Everyone who meets them and is looking for a dog wants to know where I got them. I also did my own genetic testing and my dogs are both extremely healthy. My Maltipoo has no genetic conditions and my Cavapoo inherited just one gene for a spine problem that is so rampant in small spaniels that it's nearly impossible to avoid. My vet was really impressed that I had a Cavalier mix with no heart murmur or heart issues at all. Based on my experience, I would buy from them again and recommend them read more

I was wary about buying a dog through Premier because of all the (outdated) bad reviews. But, we got our puppy yesterday and it's perfect: in good shape, vet records intact, and well taken care of. We love our girl and I'm very happy with Premier's delivery and follow up. Five stars! read more

Love the temperament of my sweet Maltipoo. He came exactly as described and is very smart and snuggly! Having said that, I would not recommend opting for VIP shipping or many of their $$ add-ons. I was given no choice for flight times/days and repeatedly pushed back on a long (~5 hour) layover bc he was less than 2lbs traveling in the dead of winter (to no avail). Would just get the cheapest shipping or go in person bc VIP doesn't seem to get you anything He arrived healthy except for having live giardia spores which we're treating now read more

Im updating this review as the owner responds to every negative review blaming the customer instead of taking responsibility for their unscrupulous business practices. Dan who did not speak to me claims I appeared satisfied when they called me to tell me they sent me a picture of the wrong puppy. If saying "ok" and hanging up and not making an offer on the puppy is their interpretation of satisfied then they should take some customer service classes. Secondly, sending the wrong picture of a parent is not a small mistake. If i actually trusted them, I would have spend over 4k on a puppy thinking the whole time the mother was someone different. Those who know about the poodle fading gene know why you would want to see pictures of the parents. Its no suprise the fake picture they sent me was of a beautiful Red Cavapoo with no fading. They also claim that they have the highest quality puppies and breeder standards. Then answer this...why is asking for pictures of the puppies parents a "Special Request" where you have to wait ~3-5 days for pictures because they dont have them on file and need to reach out to the Breeders. If they cared so much about the quality of the puppies, wouldnt they have a process in place to obtain the pictures and vet the parentage before posting on their website? No, because they rely on people not doing their due diligence. Lastly, they never offered me the option of a flight when I said I dont want to meet up with a random driver "somewhere" in NJ. I live 15 min from a major International Airport. Instead, the person I spoke to said I could pick the puppy up in Ohio instead. Also, if your travel coordinator is not available on Sunday, then dont call about offers on Sundays. They called me, I didnt call them. I did not respond to them after they reached out to me about my Yelp review because they are untrustworthy, blame the customer for their bad experience, and I have no interest in dealing with them again. read more

Updated pictures of our son from Premier Pups. He is a healthy puppy. Once in a while he will go into the vet for allergies but other than that, he is overall a healthy puppy. Only issue is his eating habits. He is so picky with his food. The only foods he will eat is Dr. Marty's Freeze Dried Raw Diet For Small Breeds & FreshPet's Meals For Small Breeds(Chicken&Veg). His snacks are Dently's Dried Chicken Sticks & Chicken Wraps. He likes Dently's Bacon Wraps, Small Bones, and Chicken Heart Treats. All of them are made in America & made from the best ingredients. He gets a junk food once in a while, which is the treats that look like or shaped of bacon. He likes the original flavor + cheese flavor. Occasionally, he likes chicken breast, steak, and salmon. He drinks Alkaline 8+ water from Sprouts. We want to keep our son(Gigil or GG) for a long time. I included his diet in hopes it can help anyone else with a puppy with a picky diet. Thank you PP for our son. read more

My Theo is 5 months old. The most smooth professional process ever with Premier Pups.

I've been looking for a doodle breed since December 2019, but alot of the breeders I contacted were completely full due to the high demands during COVID. Also, I didn't want to wait until 2021 for a puppy either. Fortunately, I came across premier pups and thought it had to be a scam because there were so many designer breeds easily available; but after researching their business on BBB, yelp, youtube, and reviewing other previous customer reviews on their website - I was pretty reassured. Donato and his team were extremely responsive via email, calls, and texts during all hours of the day. We were able to facetime with our puppy before purchasing him as well. Although the puppies aren't cheap, I understand that we're paying a 'premium' to get these puppies much faster and the quality/service/puppy care given to our puppy has been phenomenal. We purchased our 8 week-old sheepadoodle on a Thursday afternoon and he arrived via plane on Monday afternoon. The premier pups team was extremely diligent in terms of communication and efficiency. We scheduled a vet visit within 4 days and so far, our puppy is very healthy! I know there are some subpar reviews, but I would personally refer my friends and family here! Our fur baby is the biggest blessing of 2020 so far. read more

We can not be any happier with our decision to go with Premier Pups. They were so easy to work with after a not so great experience with a private breeder. They take on the hard work of vetting good and honest breeders and make the transition so very smooth. Our new pup is incredible and so healthy. I had a great experience over all, I purchased two Pomskies from Dan at Premier Pups. I believe he is one of the managers there, he over exceeded my expectations from the start of the buying process to the finish. Dan is a person that you do want to do business with, he is trustworthy, honest, and amazing in customer service. The Pomskies are happy, my kids are happy and we thank Dan at Premier Pups because he made this transaction possible in addition to ensuring I was happy with what I purchased. I couldn't have asked for more so thank you, I appreciate you Dan! Dan goes the extra mile to ensure you know what you are buying, he taught me things about the breed that I was not aware of, he taught me knowledge that benefited me on making my decision more clear towards the right Pomsky. I had all the questions and he had all the answers and ensured I was understanding and comfortable with my purchase decisions. Everyone must know that a puppy will change as it gets older. Which for some reason I didn't know but was grateful for that knowledge that Dan gave me. A puppy's fur can change colors, not a dramatic change but a slight difference, for example my black Pomsky was all black and now she has a small amount of gray and black which I love. So that was great news to know ahead of time, there are no surprises after my purchase of two Pomskies. I am a satisfied customer thanks to Dan! read more

My boyfriend and I just adopted our sweet baby cavapoo Malibu (formerly Galena) a few weeks ago from premier pups and it was the best experience ever. They were always reaching out for a while before pick up and answering all my questions and giving me update videos which I loved, when we picked her up and meet the staff they were the nicest people ever and so helpful, and the team continues to reach out even weeks after to check in and answer more questions. I have been on the market for a maltipoo for a few months now. I came across 3 pups that I was interested in and reached out to the company if I am able to see a video or a FaceTime before I make the decision. I was told that I'd have to pay 25 dollars for a video (to get their videographer to take one) or 10 dollars for facetime. His explanation is that there has been so many college students asking for videos and not purchasing the puppies. Wouldn't a video or a way to see the puppy live a basic thing you give your potential customers especially with the amount of money for each puppy? Purchasing a dog is a big decision and I am from California who has no way of seeing the puppy in person. I was very disappointed. It's not hard to have the breeder or the company take a video of their puppies to be put online. They can even use their iPhone. Charging potential customers more money to help them decide or to ease their concerns by seeing a video of the puppy they want is unbelievable to me. The money is not the issue with me... it's the company not providing something basic for customers. I honestly thought by this weekend we would have ordered a new member of the family. read more

I inquired about a puppy last Monday and was immediately contacted and had all my questions answered. And I grilled them. I received a video at $0 charge and they didn't try to make me buy any extra options. Just the basics. They provided me a picture my Morkie's mother and advised what farm he was bred at. The process was easy and everyone I spoke to helped me professionally and pleasantly. He was delivered on time on Sunday and waa very happy! Nothing but nice things to say! I got my baby girl Darla (formerly known as Loretta) a few days ago. Throughout the entire process, they were very patient with me and understanding. I definitely went into mama bear mode, wanting videos and know how she was doing. They were very patient with me and understood how it felt to wait for your new baby. They have checked on her over three times to check to see how she is doing. One thing to note, at no fault at premier pups, they fly from Ohio. So be mindful that if you get your baby in the dead of winter, there's a possibility of their flight being delayed. Also, prepare for 45 minutes to two hours for your baby to be processed once he/she lands. I didn't prepare for that so I ended up wishing I brought a snack and water with me. read more

We received Rocky about 10 months ago. The delivery to Reno, NV. was flawless and he arrived as a healthy- if startled- pup. Their customer service was flawless. He's now one year old (they contacted us to wish him 'Happy Birthday'. He's a very handsome, athletic, playful puppy and possibly the sweetest dog we've ever had (our fourth). We're grateful to them and Rocky is an integral part of our family. As an aside, we later acquired another dog from a breeder in the same area as Premier Pups (they didn't have the breed we were searching for) and had a very different experience. Why their prices have gone from expensive to extremely expensive just in few days. The "under 1000" became now "under 2000" and prices were gauged to the roof? Also, same puppies kept changing their prices day after day until it's $5000 per a puppy now. I'm sorry but you gotta bring your prices down. It's just not fair to make a 300% margin in each sell. My siblings and I had wanted to get our mother a cava pooh or cava chon puppy for a long time, she always talked about having one so We always emailed her pictures of puppies we found from different online breeders and finally she sent us a picture of a female cava chon puppy from PP website. Right away we called and adopted her. Everyone at Premier Pups, was highly knowledgeable, patient, kind... and empathetic to all of the emotions that come with selecting a new puppy, especially purchasing a puppy online. From the beginning to the end Premier Pups went above and beyond to make sure our puppy arrived safely and healthy to us. We were very pleased with their service and expertise. BEWARE!!!!! This is my first review ever and I felt so passionate about expressing how HORRIBLE this crooked company is. If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This crooked company sells puppy mill dogs for insane expensive prices. I got my Pomeranian puppy years ago and he's had nothing but health issues, emotional issues, aggression, you name it, he's got it. Not to mention I was told he wouldn't get any larger than 4lbs... he's 12lbs! The vet said he's at a normal weight and not overweight for his bone structure at all .. meaning I was lied to by this company. I love my pom. He's my baby and my family and I treat him with so much love and kindness because I can only imagine the life he had before I "rescued" him for a big price. Dan is a liar, deceitful and a dirty businessman. He offered to give me a discount on the puppy if I sent him a pretty picture of myself. What a joke. He also said my pom was AKC registered but he wouldn't send me the paperwork with proof. I asked numerous times and Dan said they didn't have anything on file. HUH?? There are a couple things to think about when looking at Premier Pups before you get excited about their puppies. They provide NO genetic testing, verification, registration, photos, or temperament for the parents. This is important and can be provided not biased by a vet (as they claim to "biannually check these animals"). They provide no insights to the behavioral characteristics of the pups (alpha, independent, shy). And they provide you with two cheesy posed pictures of the puppy available, no video to show the puppy interacting with others. No photos of the litter. When I asked questions through their text portal, they dodged. Then tried to say they weren't a puppy mill because they had great reviews. For me, to pay $3000, you need to make a little more effort to show more about the dogs. Some simple math, for a litter of 6 that's $18,000. I think you can make a little more effort. I'm not sure why people are settling for this but if I want little information about the lineage of the dog, I'll go to a rescue. And if I want to know the temperament, they give you more truth through a rescue. So at this point, a rescue if doing a better job. read more

Love Premier Pups and my little girl I got from them. Literally, we get stopped by everyone who sees us out together because they want to find out where she came from and she's the most adorably tempered little pup. Premiere pups was on it when it came to shipping her out here- which I was very nervous about- and the emails on getting her home and adjusted were great. I love my puppy and she's obviously healthy and hearty and I have full confidence the breeders she came from are great! I would love to know more about them, but it doesn't look like that info is available on premiere pup. Giving four stars instead of five cause there are a few things that feel pretty sales-heavy and maybe a little disingenuous regarding Doctor Pup and the Puppee-poo Palace. First of all, the doctor pup website/service is completely pointless but you have to be subscribed for ten years for your dog to have a valid health warranty! Sure, the monthly fee isn't too bad, but you just spend over 3k to get a dog and the added monthly fee seems like something for nothing. I've got a great vet and have been going regularly and trust them implicitly so I feel like my dog is in good care and shouldn't have to be tied to a Doctor Pup subscription to have a health warranty. Pretty bogus. Second- the puppee poo palace. I was talked into it by a sales person who told me it would make my pups transition home more smooth since it was what she had been using at her breeders and before being sent here so I bought it. They also told me I would spend more buying these things on my own- turns out that's not true either. It took over a week to get here after I got my lil puppy so she is much more used to and inclined to the other sleep set up I made for her and it seems as though she's never seen or been in the poo palace before. The drinking bottle for the crate leaks and drips and drips and premiere pups was on it to send me a new one ASAP along with an extra blanket but this one just leaks and drips and drips and ruins the pee pad in the process. There's a warranty for this one, too, if your puppy isn't poo-palace trained in a month (mine is not) but I can't imagine who would follow the warranty since it's also pretty bogus. You have to pay for shipping and restocking and stuff and it's huge and who has the time to do all of that when you work and have a life and a new puppy. Totally bogus. In short- get the puppy from premiere pups but feel free to forego the other sales driven add-ons as they really, really aren't worth it. Sorry, Premiere Pups but the Doctor Pup and Puppee-poo palace aren't up to your standards! read more

Premier Pups was an absolute 10 out of 10 experience every step of the way. I got these 2 poo-chon puppies at 8 weeks to ease the transition as my beloved 14- 1/2-year-old poo-chon was about to cross Rainbow Bridge. Premier Pups was SO professional and provided SO much great information about the care and feeding of these two new fur babies. I had to fly them from Ohio to Southern California and the Premier Pups staff checked in by text and phone call to ensure their safe arrival and checked on them even after they were here. It warms my heart that a company is so dedicated to the well-being of the animals they sell! I even contacted them to inquire about the maker of the harnesses they sent home with my dogs and they actually sent me 2 new harnesses one size up with puppy toys at no charge -- I didn't even ask but it was so helpful as the ones on Amazon were too big! I would recommend Premier Pups to anyone looking for a fur-baby addition to their home! read more
