It started with him not honoring the discount of the pool kit that was an extra 90 dollar's that he guaranteed that my pool would open clear, or it would go towards the opening of the pool. He also said that he would use his own chemicals but ended up charging me for chemicals used. Didn't screw down over half of the concrete pool cover anchors. And has been ignoring me about a current pool leak that I have.

While they did finish it, they held us hostage refusing to finish the work TO OUR AGREED standard decisions along the way until paid in full, even though each stage was disappointing. Horrible service!!!…read more I requested services with Amy for a pool inspection on 8/13/2019. My initial appointment was set up at 2:30 pm - we agreed that 4:30 pm would work better for both of us. I received a text at 4:27 pm from Amy stating her sand truck was late so she was running behind; which was no problem because things happen. But, here is where the problems began; I waited until 5:30 pm to confirm if she had made it to the home - she then let me know at 5:36 pm she was in traffic at a standstill. Amy advised she will get back with me once she was out of traffic & heading my way to confirm if it is still okay to come!!! I called twice; and also sent two texts at 6:58 pm to confirm if she had made it yet... NO RESPONSE. I then advised her at 7:07 pm after attempting to call her once more before sending her a text advising, "Do not worry about coming to the home. I am assuming by your lack of appearance and response to my multiple texts and calls that you are not fulfilling the job you said you would. I have found a more reliable source, and your services will no longer be needed". Amy reached out to my agent the next morning of 08/14 around 11:30 am stating she is willing to put a lien on the home if she doesn't receive payment - not even attempting to send an invoice or report!!! Amy took it upon herself to complete the inspection after being told her service was not needed anymore due to HER lack of communication! OH.. did I mention she didn't show up until 8:30 pm or 9 pm... she couldn't give me the correct time after she "attempted" to look at her phone to confirm the exact time she arrived. I am never the one to write reviews, but due to Ms. Amy being the "owner of the company." I don't have anywhere else to file a complaint about her poor communication & customer service! I forgot to mention she stated my above message was rude to her - which I do not agree! What is rude is that she hung up on me NOT ONCE but TWICE because she "doesn't want to deal with this mess." that she caused! This could have all been so simple. As I am writing this review; I have yet to receive an invoice or the report! God Bless!
