The bad news is that the pump was not the problem and we again were soon again without hot water. A friend came up with a temporary solution. When Scott came back out to look he could not identify the problem. Said he would come back out if the problem occurred again. When the problem occurred again he told me he was "not in the area" that day. Three days went by without him calling or coming out and ignoring our requests for help. A friend referred us to another plumber who came out within 15 minutes and identified the underlying problem in less than five minutes. If the problem is more than a clogged drain I would suggest considering other more experienced plumbers.

I cannot say enough how amazing Triumph is. I called them for a quote on replacing my gas hot water…read moreheater and they were one of several companies I had contacted to get quotes from. They were the only one to call back the next week and follow up to check and see if I had any questions or concerns and to see how everything went during the Quote call. They are a locally owned small business which I was specifically looking for to do the work. Eric, the owner came to provide the quote and was so personable and down to earth. I have an older gas boiler as well and while all of the other companies tried to upsell me on a new all in one unit he did not say anything about the boiler which, still works fine and I gave had no issues with. He spent time explaining the work involved to replace my unit and providing me the options and details of what he would be pricing out. Their price was inline with other quotes and they use multiple brands instead of just one. Whereas other places were quoting me on a lower BTU unit, which was the basic model, he quoted me based on a higher BTU unit and higher end unit which I appreciated. The one thing I especially appreciated was they were not trying to upsell anything. They don't operate that way because they are homeowners as much as business owners and understand people are not interested in the upsell and just want to get an honest price for the work needed. This means a lot because the whole experience was very relaxed and stress free. I actually had them also do a tune up of my boiler at the same time and they said everything was working fine given it's age it was working great so that was great to know and the fact that they are not pushing anything or playing salesman meant a lot. They sent me the proposal with all of the costs broken out and I could accept and sign up through the quote which was easy. Lexi handles all of the administrative end and and does all the follow up is amazing. She explains everything in detail and answers any questions and follow right up. They actually had a cancellation and called to say they could come then which I did. Eric and a helper showed up in the morning and were all finished up and out by noon. My install had some additional labor as the gas line had to be dismantled to get the old unit out and new one in so I thought this was pretty quick. They did an amazing job, were so respectful of my home and cleaned up better than they found it. He also showed everything they did and explained the settings and how to adjust everything as well. Was an amazing experience from start to finish and I now have an amazing company to handle my plumbing needs which is what I was looking for as well. They do anytime of plumbing and heating work as well as bathroom renovations as well. If you are looking for a great local small business for plumbing and heating and one that is not going to try and sell you anything, they are the ones to use. I could not be happier.

Outstanding, Honest, Local Plumber - No Games, No Scare Tactics…read more I can't say enough good things about Murawski Plumbing & Heating / Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. Bob is exactly what you hope to find in a local tradesman--honest, calm, knowledgeable, and fair. Every time we've had an emergency plumbing issue, Bob has been incredibly responsive and professional. More importantly, he keeps my wife and me calm when things are stressful, explains what's going on in plain language, and then handles the problem correctly the first time. One thing that really speaks volumes about his professionalism is that he did not install our Navien combi system--that was already in place when we moved in, before we found him. Despite that, Bob had zero issue servicing and repairing the unit, diagnosing problems accurately and getting it back up and running without any finger-pointing or excuses. Bob has also handled sewer repairs for us, which are not easy jobs by any stretch. Our house is well over a century old and still has mostly copper sewer lines, something many plumbers either don't want to deal with or simply don't understand anymore. Bob knew exactly what he was working with and fixed the issues properly. Another thing that sets him apart--and matters more than people realize--is that he always cleans up and puts everything back exactly the way he found it. Even when wall access was required at the sewer end, everything was restored neatly and professionally. No mess, no shortcuts, no "that's someone else's problem now" attitude. What truly separates Bob from many larger companies is how he treats customers. He actually listens. He doesn't dismiss what you're seeing or experiencing, and he doesn't use scare tactics to push unnecessary work. He looks over the entire system and gives honest recommendations--what needs attention now, what can wait, and what doesn't need to be touched at all. His pricing has always been fair and transparent--no surprises, no inflated charges, and no pressure. Just solid workmanship and straight answers from someone who clearly takes pride in what he does. In a time when it's hard to know who to trust, Bob is one of those rare local professionals you feel confident calling again and again. If you want quality work, fast service, and respect for your home, Murawski Plumbing & Heating is the call to make. No substitution for quality--this business truly lives up to that motto. Highly recommended.

He also inspected our crawl space for previous plumbing work that needed to have repairs to it. Paul had to order some parts in order to complete the job all on one day which seemed to be fine. Well, the pipe still continued to leak so I called early the next morning to see if he could just do the repair of the leaking pipe as the hardwood flooring was being damaged. Paul called me back as soon as he got the message and was over within a half an hour to fix the faulty connection, and also was able to fix two other faulty connections on this zone at the same time. The response time, customer service, and knowledge was great. Also the pricing for the first service call and this repair was fair, and he will be back when the rest of the parts come in to finish up the crawl space which is not as urgent as the leak on the main floor. We have definitely found us a new plumber!
