    WARNING: Before you give this company your money, here are some things you should know. There is significant evidence (pictures, videos, emails) that supports all claims made in this review and supporting document. This evidence can be viewed here: https://tinyurl.com/premieroutdoor The company is not accredited on BBB, has very poor reviews on BBB and Yelp, and while Google reviews APPEAR favorable, these can be bought. In fact, the owner offers giveaways for 5-star reviews and the company encourages buyers to write 5-star reviews at the point of sale The company is silencing negative reviews by drowning them out with false and inaccurate positives. The company has a policy (only in fine print and never openly communicated) of NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES at any time, for any reason and the customer is NOT ALLOWED to reject delivery for damage. The company sent a swim spa that is not fit for sale. The wiring is not up to national electric code and failed the county electric inspection (video included in evidence document: here: https://tinyurl.com/premieroutdoor) The company did not deliver any exercise equipment. The company did not install the Clima8zone heating/cooling unit or the electric cover as promised. And the company does not disclose that it requires additional plumbing parts to install the heating/cooling unit nor did the company provide these materials. Without telling the buyers, the company put the several-hundred pound electric cover INSIDE the fiberglass/acrylic shell of the spa and shipped it on a flat-bed truck across the country. It requires a crane or a crew to remove and the company has not even enabled the buyers to check the spa for damage as a result of transporting the heavy, metal cover inside the unit. The cover still sits inside the spa today - three weeks after delivery. Video showing the placement and weight of the cover shown in the evidence document here: https://tinyurl.com/premieroutdoor The electric rolling cover is a free-standing (other than a line of glue) 500lb+ cover the company intends to sit 3 feet off the ground on flimsy racks with open space for children or pets to crawl underneath - that may be knocked over or buckle under the weight of the cover - posing a serious and imminent threat of injury or death to a human or animal/pet and that it should not be sold to the public in its current configuration. The company tried to get the buyers to sign a mutual release to free them of all liability and prevent litigation or any claims against the company - the buyers refused. Know your rights.     If no stars were possible, I would post that. Does not honor the "lifetime warranty". You pay for new and end up getting damaged, incomplete, or in even worse cases, nothing. Don't bother calling because they seldom answer the phone. This is an unregulated area of business so buyer beware. Do your due diligence and research them for yourself. True reviews like the one I posted to Google which included pictures and evidence are often buried or removed by them.     Worst experience ever! We purchased our hot tub in early March and paid cash. We lined up redoing patio floor, electrical, hot tub delivery, and screening of hot tub. Hot tub delivered in April without cleaning and with a crack in it. As well, the steps that were included in the hot tub package were not delivered. They sent someone to patch it (see pictures). This looks horrible! We also got a flow error when the hot tub was filled with water and turned on. Contacted them again and they sent a technician out who told us the hot tub needed to be leveled. CHECKED AGAIN for leveling and all was good. Called company to let them know, and they still insisted it was a leveling issue - so my husband drained the hot tub again and check leveling; it and all was good. My husband called the manufacturer since no one from the company was concerned about this matter. The manufacturer helped my husband over the phone and determined that the hot tub inside had been wired incorrectly. We have called asked for the owner's name as well while dealing with these issues and were told that the owner's name could not be given out to anyone. We found the name Shaun Jackrel in our paperwork and online and asked for him. We were told he does not work in the office and they would have to call him to determine if he could meet with us. They gave us an email address of JaguarPowersports@hotmail.com and told us we can send our concerns to this email address to reach Mr. Jackrel. Any other suggestions for how to deal with this company as we obviously did not get what we paid for from Premiere Outdoor USA in Jacksonville, FL?

    They lied when I bought a four wheeler they said it goes 50 it goes 21 and they lied about the repairs

This…read moretime we had to replace two up lights on a large tree in our front yard, replace a spot light in our front courtyard, replace six path lights around our back patio and rewire an up light on a holly tree next to our pond. In addition, they made sure all wiring was properly buried. Steve Teal is a professional and honorable man. He researched and was in touch with the manufacturers of the old lights in our front yard as well as the six new path lights. He got all of them replaced under manufacturer's warranty (they were all 5+ years old). Had we not gotten those warranties, this would have been a very expensive job. Cannot say enough about how pleased we are with Beautiful Blooms or how strongly we recommend them. This is the type of business and the type of people with whom you want to do business.

I was advised that because of my location (within 3 Miles of their shop) they can no longer service my lawn which they have been doing for 5 years, I do understand that labor issues in this current market can be an issue, but lack of notice is a problem. They tell me on the 29th of April they have transferred my service to a new company, without consultation, starting the 2nd of May. As you might suspect I have already mailed the check to them for the month of May, go figure. By the way they managed to raise my rate $50, two months ago so in essence raise the rate, increase their valuation prior to the move and dump the customer. While I did like their service, their approach to this move leaves a lot the be desired in terms of notice. USE CAUTION THEY COULD BE GONE TOMORROW WITH A 3 DAY NOTICE! Hoping the new company as is good as Beautiful Blooms says they are.
