This location is very fast and efficient! Very happy with their services and will definitely back.

Owner said their machine is accurate. I had to go to lake blvd to get the service I should've got spending $150. I recommend nobody use Palo Cedro premier. They don't care about what customers have to say read more

Just went to Premier in Palo Cedro, this is the first time in years I've had someone else other than me change my vehicles oil and fluid, the two young men here are extremely polite, and professional!! I'm very impressed with their work. read more

I'm pleased with the service I've received over the many years at Premier Oil. Service is prompt and professional. Side note. The little window stickers really help with the brain fade. Good work guys keep it going. read more

I've been taking our company vehicles to Premier for two years and recently their service has gone down hill. They are doing the bare minimum for a $200 service. They did not check my tire pressure, windshield washer fluid, or even my transmission fluid. They didn't offer to oil my hinges or wash my windows. During my most recent oil change they spilled oil all over my engine compartment and failed to communicate to the oil tech below the vehicle who hadn't installed the drain plug yet. Needless to say they exchanged words and had to let it quit draining to then refill with oil. They seemed like they were in rush, yet no one was behind me waiting. I can choose to go to any oil shop, but liked using them for the excellent service. Which they no longer provide. I'll have to take my business elsewhere going forward. read more

Kevin was super friendly, chill and offered extras without pressure. All staff were professional, knowledgeable about my European vehicle, gentle with my vehicle being finicky, offered me refreshments, and a free car wash. You can't go wrong giving these guys a try! read more

Premier Oil Change - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Palo Cedro, California

I went in for the $57 oil change and they charged me according to what I had done the previous visit which was 6 years ago. Ended up spending $92! And without telling me! They took advantage! Never again! read more

I have stopped here a couple times for an oil change since moving to the area and the gentlemen that work on my car are always super helpful as well and respectful. Great customer service. Specifically last time shout out to John and Thomas. It was freezing and pouring rain and they never stopped smiling. I appreciate that. read more

I am beyond upset with this car wash. It says that the car wash is touch-less on yelp (see photo), so I get there, pay for my car wash and get in line which you cannot get out of once you start, I then notice it is definitely NOT touch-less and I have no choice but to go through at this point. My car has swirls in my paint and it was THE FIRST Wash I took it through since I bought it a month ago. It's a 2020 Hyundai Santa Fe. Beautiful car. My first new car in 20 yrs. and this dang place scratched it something awful!!! Talk about false marketing. read more

I can recommend the car wash, not the oil change unless you want to be priced gauged and possibly blow a motor.

I wanted to give you an update on this facility....they have now added a "Touchless" Automatic Car Wash that is nothing less than SUPERB!.....I took my 10 year old through and he was like, "Daddy how can this thing clean our Truck without touching it?".....we were BOTH impressed with the wash! Highly recommended if you are every in Palo Cedro....heck we drive 5 miles from Redding just to use it now and get our Oil Changed! read more

The team is exceptional. They definately go above and beyond. They make you feel cared for at the same time get you out and done. No one wants to sit and wait or spend all day getting Oil changed. read more

called prior to sending my daughter to get oil change which they said would be 75.00 and sent her with my credit card info and so she calls me and said that it was going to be 400.00 and so I had her put manager on the phone and asked what the hell was going on , they were trying to charge her for a bunch of stuff not requested and still charged me over 100.00 for a oil change on a car, I have a Dodge Ram and have never paid that much for my truck, would never recommend this business and hate to see how many people fall into their trap read more

I always go here for my oil changes, coolant flushes, transfer cases & differential service, belts and filters. I often bring my own oil and filter and they are happy to apply a discount to my service and install the products I prefer on my vehicle. Palo Cedro is my spot of choice and is ran exceptionally well. Harley is one of my favorite techs and always goes the extra mile! He always greets me with a smile and is outstanding! read more

Got my engine, transmission, and transfer case oils changed and guys were super friendly and did a great job. Very quick

Bad customer service! They messed up my oil pan it's leaking and I've tried talking to the store manager and he was all oh we will take care of everything even the gas to get to the mechanic and all than once he heard it wasn't just a oil plug to replace that it has a Crack in my tank or what not he all sudden was like we gotta wait until he speaks to his district manager Justin and this guy man back and forth about going to personally check out my van at my mechanics shop to delays to checking it out finally after a week to only look at it for 3 seconds to try and say I hit something right on the plug and it's my fault! How the hell is it my fault your guys checked it out twice in one day before I took it to the shop retightening shit and never mentioned it looked like I hit something they said it looks like it leaked from somewhere else yeah my ass! So here my van sits at the mechanics for 2 weeks to finally speak to the owner for him to try to say the same shit as the district manager! You guys just don't want to own up to the fact it's your fault! Why the hell would I sit here and try to fix this out with you guys if I hit something and it was my fault are you kidding me! Waste of time knew they wouldn't own up to there shit! Will never use them again! Just costing me money for something I didn't do! Know you lost my whole families business! Been going to them for 3 years for this shit! read more

Premier Oil Change - Back again today for top quality and service at premier oil change - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Palo Cedro, California

This review is for the car wash: I was pretty excited to see a touchless car wash in PC, it's just too bad it doesn't work well. I paid the extra $2 for the power dry, and it was the worse power dry I'd ever seen. When I pulled out of there I had water drops everywhere and had to use my wipers to see through the windshield - that tells you how bad it was. It's a good wash to get dust and pollen off, but it doesn't do anything for the bug splats. Too bad :/ read more

I love getting my oil changed here and that is not a typical thing for me to say! All the techs are so kind and courteous and PROFESSIONAL! It is fast and efficient and well worth the price. The men do offer a lot of add-ons but, you do not feel pressured to purchase and can easily say no. I have been impressed each time I go here at the whole process. Two thumbs up! read more

Waited for 45 mins got no help ended up leaving. I have been going here for 4 yrs today was the worst service I have ever had at any oil change buisness. They lost a loyal customer and I will never refer anyone to this company save your time and your money. Watched 2 other customers leave aswell. Maybe they only want a limited amount of customers. read more

The manual car wash operated at Premier Oil Change in Palo Cedro is in terrible shape the money machines don't work half the time and it seems management doesn't seem to want to keep the things in good operating order. I wonder if that culture flows downhill toward there service on vehicles as well? read more

Worst place ever do not go here just hope they dont mess anything up because they will not fix it if they do. I have to take my truck into the dealership now because of them. This is a small community and to be so rude and unhelpful is not good business.i have a lifted truck and very expsnsive tires they messed with my tire and put my whole system out of wack i tried to tell them i think something is wrong he laughed at me and mocked me i guess he is the manager! He should be fired! I had my children w me and didnt know if i was going to make it home read more

I love coming here to get an oil change and a car wash. They offer beverages while you get your oil changed as well which is really nice. The workers are friendly and don't pressure you to buy unnecessary things. Awesome job! read more

These guy are amazing! Super friendly, fast and efficient! I head about Premier Oil Change on the radio and finally came over to try. I told them it had been quite some time since my last oil change and they helped me make the best decisions for my truck in my price range. Cody and Fred explained everything they were checking and what was recommended at each step along the way. I ended up spending more than I had planned but I was way overdue and am still very satisfied! read more

5 stars! Very friendly and very efficient. Offered drinks before and after the process and even gave me a free carwash for next door.

Came here my son's recommendation to get my oil changed during a visit from the Midwest. Super impressed with the professionalism of the staff, no pressure add on suggestions, the speed of service, and the quality of the work performed (I'm a jet aircraft mechanic, and I double checked what they did - habit). The free beverage for everyone in the vehicle, WiFi, and the free wash were nice touches. The touch free wash took care of 3,000 miles of baked on bugs, Utah salt flat dust, Wyoming mountain trail mud, and general road grime. I got a super price as a first time customer, but even their regular price seemed reasonable. Wish we had this outfit at home! read more

After handing over my debit card for a $235 oil change I have some thoughts about Premier Oil Change on Lake Blvd. If you don't like being upsold this is not the place for you. If you are not familiar with what your car needs and have to rely on the integrity of your service provider, this is definitely not the place for you! Also, if you do know what you need and what you don't, be prepared to stick to your guns through repeated sales pitches throughout the service. The employees were nice enough but they made no attempt to inform me about how much each of the DOZENS of services they "offered" would cost me until the end when my bill literally knocked the wind out of me. There are no signs to indicate how much things will cost so you're really at the mercy of the fast talking employees who pull out all the stops to sell you unnecessary services. I checked in with a trusted mechanic after my first (and last) budget-busting visit yesterday and he told me I had been taken to the cleaners. Not only did they charge a much higher than industry standard price for the oil change itself, they charged for things that are usually included in the price of the oil change - FOR EXAMPLE, they charged for the oil itself and the oil filter separately from the price of the oil change which is NOT industry standard. They also managed to upsell me into oblivion with services that weren't necessary or even recommended for my vehicle. It's a real bummer to feel taken advantage of, especially around the holidays when money is tight anyway. If you're going to go to this place, bring your game face and be prepared to deflect aggressive, sales pitches the entire time. I recommend passing on it all together. All the whistles and bells and free car washes can't make up for the lack of integrity I experienced here. Very disappointing. read more
