About 2 hours before we arrived at the oil change center in which by the way we had no plans to get our oil change. We were heading down market street on our way to play a wiggle ball game and when we reached market and twin view light I noticed a little kitten in the center divide section. I stoped and put my hazard lights on and got out soon after that then the kitten ran under the car under the engine compartment. We pulled over alone with a good samaratin to try and get the kitten out of the engine area. After 10 minutes or so we didn't succeed so I had no choice but to carry on to wiffle ball. We were playing for about hour and half. After the game we looked in the engine compartment area and the kitten was still there. Tried again to get the kitten out with the help of 5 or 6 friends and again...... not happening. So I figured I needed an oil change anyway so headed to premier hoping they could help. As we pulled in the asked of course are you here for an oil change and I said yes but I'm also here to see if you can get a kitten out of the top engine compartment. With our hesitation 2 workers took about 4 minutes till they got to the kitten. They took the kitten out and said they will call animal rescue. Those 2 were very polite and were willing to go the extra mile for just a little kitten that was scared very much. This was a black kitten I would hope someone who reads this will adopt. Just the fact that this little thing escaped the traffic and then survived roughly 5 or 6 miles by an engine. Makes this little guy with more than 9 lives.

We ended up with a red suburban this time, that shows the dirt way more than the whit we usually get. So, I see this has a self serve pressure wash option here. Great that's just what I need, fast and just get the exterior clean. I just used the high pressure wash and 2 rounds was plenty. No need to do a dry, driving fast on the freeway blows off most the water! The self wash worked well and I'd recommend this option if you don't mind doing a little work yourself, just watch the back spray! There are other more full service options here too, but this is the best for me. I gotta remember this place is here for my next rental vehicle.

He was transparent in relaying what he hoped to accomplish, as opposed to promising my car's hood would once again appear brand new. I waited in his sitting area while holding my breath. Within an hour, Jason presented me with what appeared to be a brand-new hood on my precious Nissan JUKE. The black exterior paint with a metallic midnight blue underlay shone with pride and joy. Jason and I were both ecstatic with the positive results. I returned the following week to have the rest of my JUKE detailed so every square inch of the outside shines with pristine pride. Robert, the detailing specialist, read my mind and covered every square inch of my JUKE's faded glory. I drove away seeing the sun's reflection brightly shining. Jason maintains a tight schedule, is ready the moment you arrive and is honest in an industry difficult for women to navigate at times.
