Wow!! I finally found a doctor that really cares Dr jawadi is very knowledgeable great listener you do not feel rush when you are talking to her She is very kind and gentel she unswered all of my questions she went the extra mile to help me her staff are very nice also. I highly highly recommended her. She is the BEST GYN IN LAS VEGAS. read more

Dr. Jawadi is dismissive and minimized all concerns I ever brought up. The last straw was when I told her I hadn't had my period in months and my hair was falling out and requested a blood test. She said "take biotin and if it's still happening in 6 months I'll order labs." Are you KIDDING me? I had already been suffering for months and she really wanted to prolong much-needed care for half a year I was excited to go see a woman physician and unfortunately, my experience was not good. If you want someone that actually cares about you and listens to your concern seriously. She is not the one. read more

Not happy camper! I was coming to Dr. Jawadi, who I thought was an excellent Obgyn. I've been trying to call to make an appointment. I left four unanswered telephone calls. So I decided to go to the actual office and find out what's going on. Come to find out she's completely closed down. Supposedly sent out emails and I have nothing. I've searched through all my emails! I'm real tired of the doctors in this town just up and closing and not letting their patients know. People need to start leaving phone calls and not emails or sending out letters! This is a complete and utter bullshit. It's too bad because I liked her. I'm hearing a forceful closure. So who knows what the hell that even means! read more

My experience at Dr. Jawaldi went great. I don't know why there's so many negative reviews but I had my women's annual checkup here few weeks back. Now no lady likes to get Pap smear done since it can be uncomfortable but Dr. Jawaldi made sure I'm comfortable and checked my breast and did Pap smear w/her assistant's help. I can really feel her sincere and care for the patient's health. She did noticed I had slightly high blood pressure and asked me if I usually have high blood pressure. I felt very comfortable to open up and talk to her about family history and I would definitely recommend Premier GYN to anyone. My results came in within 3-5 days and it is available to check online when you create username and password. It's very easy to use for not so tech savvy person like myself. read more

the worst OBGYN i've ever been to. the front desk lady was very rude and the doctor was so unprofessional, she even had an airpod in while i was talking to her. i saw them on august 6th, they closed down their office on august 28th and they never sent over my rx to any pharmacist so now i have to pay to go to another OBGYN even though ive already been seen this year. ive called them so many times and no response. mind you, they stopped answering their calls BEFORE the office even permanently closed. read more

I use to like this office had no issues. I need a women's annual exam and was told that the doctor is now turning me away for absolutely no reason. I don't deserve to be treated this way. Doctors shouldn't have the right to turn patients away without talking to the patient first. That is absolutely wrong. I don't recommend this office for lack of professionalism and respect to patients. It's wrong. I didn't do anything wrong. read more

I saw Tiffany Hendrix, PA. What a wonderful experience. She's professional, talks clearly and plainly about your health, answers all questions and listens to your concerns. I felt cared for and was in good hands. read more

I do like doctor jawadi. Started coming here to get my hormone replacement medication . So glad I changed doctors.

Terrible experience with the front desk, and the lack of patience in explaining important information to a NEW patient. Be aware that this is not a full service clinic, that cannot even perform a basic routine annual exam without sending you to two other separate offices. This was never explained, and the receptionist was incredibly rude and patronizing. I rarely write reviews, but after leaving my primary OB after 10 years due to moving out of state, and experiencing a new office, this is terrible to treat such a delicate appointment so carelessly and rushing through the exam too. This was a very important annual for me, and I had some issues I wanted to address, but was unable to. Also, why is there additional staff in the room? Will not be back, or completing the unnecessary appointments they advised at separate clinics to bill me! read more

My name is Lisa. I read some of these negative reviews and I don't understand. I had a routine check up today and actually had no issues or personality conflicts. The gals at the front desk were absolutely nice, and the Dr was super nice and VERY caring! The people complaining may want to be truthful to themselves, because if the complainers on here had an issue, then you may want to check yourself. Awesome Doctor and staff :) read more

One star. My wife had her annual exam. Which insurance fully covers. She had a few questions she had thought about asking. Dr Jawadi came in, briefly said "hello" and walked out of the room. Didn't ask if my wife had any questions, nothing! She was in a rush to go wherever. My wife had to stop her and ask her the couple of questions which were BRIEFLY answered. Horrible bedside manner. THEN... after getting a very brief talk, I'm talking 5-10 seconds literally, she left. Fast forward to our bill... we were charged as if it was an office visit, which then was billed to us. So $0 out of pocket, then turned into $100 out of pocket. When we asked about it the office staff told us that it's is just always billed that way. It's not. I am a medical provider myself. You have to select the ICD codes to enter them. So unless you want horrible bedside manner, don't go here. Maybe she was late for surgery or something, but that needs to be said. When women go for their annual it is an important time. Early detection is key for any annual visit. Time should be set aside to discuss things. We have already found another provider. I would NEVER treat my patients like this. read more

All I can say about this place is yikes. I went for OBGYN, not med spa. The ladies at the front desk are super rude and I am 33 weeks pregnant. I was trying to get my medical records so I can obtain a new OBGYN. This was an urgent matter so I could get an appointment for a new o gyn. Instead, I had to use police escort to get My records. The police officer even told me - Wow! You need a new OBGYN. This place is so weird. I would not trust it. He told me to go to the BBB and file a complaint! Dr Jawadi then keeps sending me a phantom bill for a ton of money for a phantom Procedure that I never had done. Beware, seriously. We are fighting the bill that they sent. My insurance denied it and even said - if I feel it's fraud, to submit to the state. Becuase they stated it looked like fraud. read more

If you are pregnant do not go here. I was warned that Dr Jawadi commonly drops her patients in their third trimester but I didn't believe the warning. The office and the staff are nice and I saw Dr Jawadi from when I was 2 months pregnant up until she dropped me without warning when I was 32 weeks pregnant. So please if you are pregnant go see a different doctor. read more

TLDR: if you want a doctor who takes your pain and symptoms seriously, do come here. I went to Dr Hayat a few years ago. They've been calling me to tell me they'd love to have me back and I'm due for an exam. Simply put, she is the worst doctor I've been under the care of. My chief complaint was persistent lower left abdominal pain. Other complaints included very painful periods and we had also been trying to conceive for 8 months with no success (I know infertility isn't diagnosed until 12 months, but it is still reasonable to look into given the other symptoms). She sent me out for an ultrasound which showed a medium size cyst on the left ovary (probably 3-4cm at that point). She told me that wasn't the cause of the pain, so I ask her what could it be then and she responded with "it could be a lot of things." No elaboration. No further advice. No recommendation on if I should see a different kind of specialist. She was completely dismissive of the complaints of extremely painful periods. Years later, I had to have surgery to remove the majority of my left ovary because of the cyst. It had become an endometrioma and I was officially diagnosed with endometriosis. And guess what? I no longer have left sided pain after the removal of the cyst. Shocking, I know. read more

Refused to see me as a patient unless I gave them my social security number. Receptionist could not articulate how this information was safeguarded, nor why it specifically was required (other than it was "office billing policy.") As a victim of identity theft and someone who values privacy, this office's policy of demanding personally identifiable information with no reasonable protections is worrisome. read more

Dr. Jawadi is the best OBGYN I've ever come across. She counseled me through a miscarriage, stuck with me through my full pregnancy and delivered my beautiful baby boy. Premier Ob/Gyn and Med Spa - My baby boy is almost 3 now - Obstetricians & Gynecologists Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

Gave an extra star because Dr. J seemed knowledgeable. But horrible service from front office to medical assistants. I felt SUPER rushed. As I was still asking questions, she had her hand on the door as if wanting to leave. I think it was a medical assistant who gave me a referral to a specialist. She literally handed me the form and walked away. When I Asked her a question about it, she kept walking away but at least answered my question. Recently I called to ask a question about a type of exam they do. The front office didn't know the answer. She told me she'd call me back and never did. I am looking for a new obgyn because I did not feel important at all. Avoid if you want personalized service. Not sure how there's some 5 stars on here. I guess it depends on the day. read more

Made an appointment to see Dr. Jawadi, as I was in search of a new OB/GYN in Las Vegas. Waited several weeks for my appointment. I arrived to my appointment 5 mins early but was told I could not see the doctor because I did not arrive *30 mins* ahead of time to complete my paperwork and I'd need to reschedule. The office was completely empty. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. I apologized and said I couldn't complete the forms at home due to a broken printer and tried to arrive 30 mins early, but had a bit of difficulty finding the office in the large office park. Rather than just allow me to quickly complete my paperwork and see the doctor, I was told to leave. I took off an entire day of work to come to this appointment. I risked exposure to COVID to enter this office and to be told to leave because I did not arrive 25 minutes early (when, again, I arrived FIVE MINUTES EARLY to my scheduled appointment) is probably one of the rudest things that's ever happened to me at a doctor's office. Obviously I don't recommend this place. If they're this obnoxious about something as simple as arrival times on a slow weekday morning, I can only imagine how obnoxious they'll be about everything else. Don't book here, there are plenty of competent OBs in Vegas who won't punish you for showing up early. read more

Dr. Jawadi is outstanding. I came in on a referral from a friend. I was 34 turning 35, pregnant with my second child. When you are deemed high risk do to age and health issues, you want the best possible care. I felt very well looked after the entire pregnancy. My needs and expectations were met and surpassed. The birth was a pleasant experience without any issues. I feel as though Dr. Jawadi made sure I was healthy, as to avoid any issues when giving birth. I can't recommend her enough. read more

I am a first time mother and was looking for a good OBGYN so my friend referred me to Dr. Jawadi. What I didn't like about Dr. Jawadi was that she seemed like she was in a rush every visit I had with her, and she focuses more on Med spas now and you can tell. As being a first time mother and this being my first pregnancy I would like to be informed of what I should know and expect during these 9 months. The appointments with her are very quick. She doesn't go over anything with you. After the first ultrasound visit she has with you she sends you to a different place because she doesn't even do ultrasounds anymore and every appointment is 3 minutes because she's rushing. I want a doctor where they can do everything at one place, not where I need to go to multiple other places. I also was leaking a lot fluid so I called the front desk to see maybe if they could schedule me for a sooner appointment because my next appointment was in 2 weeks. All the front desk said was "ummmm okkkk..." and that I need to go to the er, which I already told her I did, she just wasn't listening. Then she said all she can do is leave a note on my record. So with all this being said, maybe go here for your med spa needs but look somewhere else if you want a good OBGYN. ESPECIALLY for your first pregnancy! read more

Incredible staff, scheduling is always super easy and Dr. Jawadi is an absolute angel to work with !! She is by far the best doctor I've ever been to and takes the time to listen and answer any questions and explains everything in depth. All of the front desk staff and nurses are always super kind and friendly and they put your mind at ease every visit. Highly recommend Dr. Jawadi and all of her various services offered. read more

Dr. Jawadi has been amazing to me as a doctor the past few years. However, the front desk ladies are unprofessional, lazy, and rude. It sets a bad tone when I try to call with questions or make appointments resulting in me wanting to find another doctor's office. read more

Office staff are highly incompetent!! I was excited to find an OB/Gyn five minutes from my house as I've been driving across town for years for a doctor that I love. My first appointment to start the process for an IUD seemed to go well. I liked the doctor and thought this could be my new provider. After that, things went downhill fast. At my initial appointment I was told within 2-3 weeks I could have the IUD placed. I filled out all necessary paperwork and left the office. I waited 3 weeks and had not heard back about scheduling my IUD placement. I gave them one more week and called. The front desk staff seemed to not know what was going on. After a lengthy conversation and needing to call back, I discovered they never submitted the claim to insurance. They said they would submit and I could get the IUD soon. Then again, I heard nothing. Over the next two months (three months total) I called the office numerous times in an effort to sort out the issue. I spent hours talking to them, pharmacies and insurance. At one point the front desk said my IUD was sent to my pharmacy and to call them to pick it up. I called and they said they don't fill IUD prescriptions. I let them know and then they said it was sent a specialty pharmacy and that it couldn't be filled because the specialty pharmacy had been trying to reach me for a while to approve the IUD. I had no missed calls or emails regarding this. I let them know I contacted the specialty pharmacy and the pharmacy indicated to me that the doctors office paperwork was incomplete and needed to be filled out and sent to them. Didn't hear anything again so called back. At this time they said my IUD was rejected by insurance. I called my insurance and discovered they needed to send a prior authorization in order to fill the IUD order. I spoke to the front desk again and they were very unhelpful and seemed unwilling to complete the prior authorization. They then tried to push a different IUD on me that they had in stock at the doctors office. At this point, I was three months in to something that was supposed to take 2-3 weeks, along with countless hours of work on my end. I didn't hear back from them again, and scheduled an appointment with my last OB/gyn across town. I had an appointment and the IUD placed within three weeks, covered by my insurance, and with claims completely sent through the provider without any additional work on my end. I can't recommend this place to anyone. The office staff is unknowledgeable, unhelpful. I have never experienced this level of incompetence at any doctors office ever. read more

My wife has been coming to this office and loved Dr. Jawadi because of how knowledgeable she is and caring she seemed. Even gave her referrals to other doctors for other health issues. They called to cancel my appointment the day of and said that Jawadi is releasing me of care. My wife has done everything that she asked and we couldn't even get an explanation and we are not difficult people. My wife has been in pain and they knew that and it seems very unethical for an Doctor's office to do that 30 mins before a scheduled appointment. I would understand if my wife was seen and the they decided to part ways. So patients beware of this unfair and unethical practices. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Dr. Jawadi as well as her staff are impeccable. I first met Dr. Jawadi and her staff in March of 2020 when I became pregnant with my daughter. From the start everyone was extremely welcoming and kind. If they are unable to answer the phone due to helping someone else they always call back as well as if you were to do the same with an email. This is by far the best Ob/Gyn I have ever met. I love Dr. Jawadi and her staff not only for their professionalism but for being able to understand you on a more personal level as well. I am going to miss everyone in this office when I move, but again if there is an Ob/Gyn that I would recommend it is Dr. Jawadi as well as her amazing and welcoming staff! read more

Let me start off by saying that I've been going to so many doctors for years due to some health issues. After losing my first baby and finding out I was pregnant again, I searched for a new OBGYN. I found dr. Jawadi basically because she was closest to my house. Lucky me! From primary doctors, oncologists, to holistic doctors, I've never had any doctor sit and give me a FULL HOUR consultation and explain everything to me that is needed and expected. Not to mention she's approachable and there's nothing better than feeling comfortable with your OBGYN... specially after going through a still born birth. My daughter was born perfect and healthy and I'm healthy... and my birthing experience was perfect. I had no pain, no frustration... it was concerning to me how easy my experience was. People think I'm crazy when they ask me how the delivery was and I say "easy peasy"! Ladies, do yourself a favor and make the uncomfortable experiences of being a female this easy and comfortable. read more

All the bad reviews are correct! DO NOT go here. I just saw the doctor 2 weeks before quarantine for a routine checkup. I recently got a call from the pharmacy saying my birth control wasn't being refilled. When I called Jawadi's office they said i needed to come in so they can do another check up. I said that I live with my 65 year old mom who has a lung and heart condition and due to the recent large influx of cases the past week, I didn't want to risk coming into the office for a 5 min checkup since I just had one. I proceeded to ask if we could do telecommunication or over the phone so I didn't have to come into the office. They rudely an unprofessionally (it sounded like they were laughing at me taking this virus seriously) said they wouldn't refill anything unless I came in, not even trying to work with me. After I posted this review, they called me back and yelled at me and said they were going to charge me a no show fee for an appointment I never made. I then said i wasn't paying it and they said "well you will be sent to collections" and hung up on me. They are clearly just angry and trying to find ways to take it out on me. DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

I do not recommend. Thankfully I had a mask on because the office smelled like medicinally cleaned lady parts. The receptionist was rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. The actual exam took about two minutes. The medical assistant was in the room the entire time the dr was there, so there was no chance to discuss anything privately. Very disappointed! read more

Dr. Jawadi and the staff are so nice, very friendly and make you feel comfortable. Doctors I've seen before for an exam just come in and start the exam right away. Dr. Jawadi took the time to talk to me about my history and my plans for the future, I am so glad to have her as my doctor now! The office is immaculately clean and I was even taken back before my appointment time. Thank you Dr. Jawadi and the entire staff at Premier Ob/Gyn! read more

I stopped going there and switched by Obgyn to doctor Amy. I feel like this doctor just cares about money and doesn't care to spend any time with her patience. Her assistant who does your weight and asks you questions she is very rude and you can always hear her making fun of patience request with a sarcasm from the patience room. I would definitely never go back there again and I have recommend it few people back to doctor Amy. This doctor wants you to go back every 3-6 months for birth control pills even when the other doctors would just write it for 12 months because she wants to just keep charging patience. read more

Visited this office in August, 2022 for a general routine check up and status of a "known" pre-existing myoma. I was very impressed with what was written about the Dr. on the home page, and we expected nothing less. It reads: "...so she could take time with each patient, giving them the information they need to feel comfortable making the right decision for their bodies." After the appointment, we asked for recommendations to the imaging office they use so there wouldn't be any lapse, or miscommunications between them. Didn't hear anything for nearly 3 months. We called the doctors office Friday Nov 4 and they said "no news is good news" and proceeded to say "Simon Med messed up and didn't send the results" So apparently they didn't know the "news" either. Nor did they care. RED flag. Front desk said the doctor would call Monday or Tuesday. Nov 8 - NO CALL. Drove there and demanded the printout. My wife's myoma grew 1cm and is now 7.4 cm and is on the verge of "needing medical attention" (2nd opinion). The service we received was nowhere near what was "advertised" on the /about the doctor/ page. Would not recommend this OBGYN to anyone. Rude front desk and argumentative. Nasty hospitality. should have read the YELP reviews prior. Apparently "very few love you guys on yelp" - you should take that down from your front glass. read more

Let's see I arrived 30 minutes early to sign in as a new patient and didn't get called to be seen for almost an other 30 minutes after I was scheduled all for my appointment to last 15 minutes... but that's not why I am leaving a poor review... Women's health is a very sensitive subject as is + in factors such as life events & having to be in an intimate, vulnerable setting where you're literally exposed to only feel dismissed and almost judged by a doctor and her staff (since when were assistants allowed in the exam room??) was a horrible experience. I personally felt as if I was rushed & pushed out and not able to open up freely about any of my health concerns... I literally left the office crying.. but that's still not why I am leaving a one-star rating.. I am double-insured under both of my parents, and triple check every time I go to a new doctor's offices for co-pay coverage, etc. Why I am being charged almost $500 for basic testing that I as a female never have been charged for is extremely upsetting. I was never made aware that maybe at this specific office they charge for basic testing or my insurance doesn't cover it before proceeding. Not happy at all with how this was handled. read more

My wife got called after 4 other people that showed up later . Even though it's an obgyn it wasn't very kid friendly - we have two other children. Had open sharps container with no cap, my 1yr old was walking towards it , thankfully I noticed it first. Before taking my wife's vitals the nurse could of mentioned nicely sorry no kids back here not kid safe, instead didn't get told until right before dr came in - wife needed to use the bathroom almost got lost & dr was nice/ gave directions and mentioned no kids allowed in the back only in waiting room. When I told the nurse ( next to front desk receptionist) they had an open sharps container/ my kid almost stuck his hand in it ( before I grabbed it first) , she rudely interrupted me in a condescending tone stating: should of left your kids at home My wife prefers me to go with her to obgyn appts we weren't going to make it on time if we dropped our children off at daycare first. If I could give no stars I most definitely would. I hope nobody that has or will see Dr.Jawadi has to deal with the disrespect and unprofessional encounter I had my last appointment. I came to her with concerns to be welcomed with a defensive attitude and accusing me of wanting something to be wrong with my first pregnancy and that I was basically lying about her not informing of things I would like to know. This is my first pregnancy and she took no time to inform me of what I should expect ,what I should and Shouldn't be doing putting things in my chart that was not discussed with me. The moment I addressed my concern her first response was I should find another doctor, not my goal but I did thank god. I was made to feel like my feelings and concern was not valid and her bedside manner was non existent. I stayed calmer then she did through this encounter and after the conversation she left the jelly on my stomach gave me one tissue to wipe and I ended up having to use my clothes to wipe the rest off. After all this I received a letter stating she was withdrawing her care which is fine I already found other care. She had the audacity to say I showed aggression when it was her who got defensive and lost all bedside manner. All I asked for was communication she escalated it so much she has issues or maybe too many patients I don't know but don't dare come to her with concerns read more

Found out I was pregnant so I needed to find an OB right away. I went to Wellhealth for my first appt. and quickly switched to Dr, Jawadi. So glad I found her. Much better care and service. The clinic is small and clean. I believe only she and another provider work there and they only have a couple of back office assistants but it's not usually a long wait. They also don't allow kids in the office. The only thing I don't like about her office is that they don't do blood work on site. read more
