I have driven past Premier Nursery many of times. So I decided to stop on by since I was out and about looking for flowers to plant in my yard. This was my first time and as you can imagine I forgot to take pictures since I left Lowes at Southlake with a cashier with a poor attitude towards her customers. This place is truly amazing and well organized and very clean. But, I digress the plants here looked really nice, from all kinds of flowers, shrubs, and trees. I was so into it that I literally forgot to take pictures. Our cashier was Ms. Jean, a really quiet young lady, but very polite and very welcoming. She asked if we found all satisfactory? I purchased, (2) Daisy Gerbers, @$8.88, each (2) African Daisy Osteosperm, @$7.88, each (1)Dianthus, @$9.88, each(6) Snapdragons @$2.45, each and (2) Alyssum @$2.44 each. Apparently, Premier Nursery does not stand behind the products they sell. We purchased 4 Junipers in July 2024. They are planted in the same area, with the same irrigation system, two have thrived and two have not. We returned to Premier Nursery and were advised that the two trees died due to overwatering, and not subject to their advertised guarantee. Again, two of the same trees are thriving with the very same irrigation and watering schedule. A 20% discount was offered on two replacement trees, which we declined. We opt to patronize a nursery that will really guarantee and stand behind the products they sell. read more

My husband and I have always been treated very well by Glen and the team here. Great selection and we get many of our annuals, as well as trees and shrubs here. Mulch and soil too and they load in your truck. Tuesdays are senior discount days! A few years ago I came in looking for plants and I didn't listen to their recommendations and those plants died. I eventually changed my tune and started listening and now my yard is a much happier and prettier place because of the solid advice and plants and sod I bought here. Then said since my question wasn't as short as I had said that he would put me on hold because "there was a nice lady with him who had money". I do love going to a nursery, and this is close to me and well-stocked. They have loyalty cards, coupons, and sales often, so you can get what you need at a good price. But...sometimes there are a couple of people that can get a little surly. It sure sucks the happy motivation out of your gardening project when you've been snarled at for making a light-hearted joke. They have a 2 thousand dollar Japanese maple that is dying from not being watered and in full sun. My heart breaks. I just want to take it to rescue it. All the plants are dry in the wrong shade conditions and stressed. It's the little shop of horrors. You can walk around because the lanes are cluttered with plants and carts of people who have given up looking. You can't buy the nice new looking plants that come in you have to buy the oldest at the high price. read more

This is our all time favorite nursery! They have every single plants we were hoping to find and more. 1. The price are very reasonable, compared to anywhere else that we find. For an example we are trying to find Mexican feather grass, other places sell them for $20-30 a bucket and this place sells it for $10. 2. Selections are great. The plants are all very healthy and the layout makes it so easy to browse and pick what you want. 3. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and willing to help without being pushy. 1.) Good Quality- The Plant shed has got a HUGE selection of plant items back in their green house that seems to go on for days. Seasonal flowers and plants, and clean cut aisle ways that you can wander at your leisure. They've also got a good selection of plant food necessities inside where you purchase your items. They do not however have pots, gardening or yard decoration items. Their prices are a little more expensive that Home Depot, but with the weekend coupon of 40% off, they've got you covered! They also stock sod! This was the only place we could find it in the area one summer when when went to redo our backyard. 2.) Good Customer Service- They've got really great descriptions of each plant that really lays out the foundation of how to take care of the item you're purchasing and how to not kill it.. (that'd be for me!) They're large and laid out in front of the plants. No hunting for little papers stuck in the plant. The employees are friendly and not overbearing. 3.) Simplistic- I love that they bring in seasonal items. A little pumpkin patch out front in the Fall, and a small christmas tree lot at the holidays. We used to get our spring time flowers here when I was kid, so I guess I have a little nostalgia in my heart for the Plant Shed in Euless. read more

Since I work full time I decided to save time by calling the nursery this morning and obtain pricing, availability, and information on two types of plants before making the actual trek. The man who answered my call was rude and instructed me to google and determine which plant meets my needs. (Unfortunately I did not catch his name.) When I responded that this didn't tell me anything and I was asking for his professional opinion, he says "I recommend A over B". After asking him why, I finally am told "because B tends to have more problems, it gets a fungus". To be fair, I understand that Google provides a lot of information. I also realize that it is possible he was really busy at the moment I called. However, to run a business successfully you are supposed to help customers. If you are busy, there is a polite way to say "I apologize but I am swamped, could you call back (or let me return your call)". Based on this experience alone, I will definitely not purchase anything from this location. Sadly, they have lost a customer who is preparing to landscape an entire yard. read more

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!!! I went in here today to purchase some Asian Jasmine because I had a coupon for 40% off the entire order. I purchased 6 planters of jasmine at $5.51 each which was the price they had written on a paper tag in front of the display. After using the coupon, my total was $31! When I asked about it, the clerk said it was 40% off the list price which he had to look up and it ended up being $7 something, I don't remember! He gave me some line about how the price listed is for customers that don't like coupons. What a bunch of bull crap! I will NEVER set foot in this store again!! read more

A week ago I bought 24 snapdragon plants from this nursery on Airport Freeway in Euless. I consulted several sites specific to the planting, watering and necessary sunlight for this type of plant. I followed all recommendations. By this week, all the plants were keeled over and dying. I took one of the plants back to show them they were dying. Ended up talking to one of their "plant experts" who told me I should be doing the opposite of what the plant sites told me. I have a gorgeous yard because I know a lot about plant and their care. The expert treated me like a stupid person who knew nothing about plants. He made no offer to replace the dying plants or my $40. My husband called back and they were rude to him as well. Obviously, they were willing to gender a customer's bad feelings over this treatment. If you go there, know that, according to them, one employee may not have all the answers you need. So you will need to consult more than one person to get all the answers you need about the plants yo are buying. read more

Not very helpful but good selection. Recently went there to buy a Japanese Aralia because when I called, they said they had it in stock. When I got there, we found four of which three were dead or dying from lack of water. The fourth one looked healthy enough but when I planted it, it turned out to be three plants that had recently been transplanted. I shop all nurseries around town looking for new or unusual plants. Employees at Plant Shed Euless are not the most friendly. They are certainly not very helpful nor do they welcome you to the store. As far as variety and quality I would say they are average. Big box stores offer a much better guarantee on plants at the same or better prices. read more

Just moved to the neighborhood and drive by this place each morning on the way to work. Yesterday we decided to stop as we need to do some landscaping and found the customer service non existent. We could see people that we thought worked there standing around talking to each other but not one person acknowledged us as we looked around. I thought it may have been a one off situation but now that I have read the reviews I see it is not just me that has experienced the poor customer service. I shop at this location frequently and love the vast variety of nursery products. Gardening is my passion and I always have questions when purchasing my plants or herbs from them. I have never had a bad experience as the staff are prompt to come to me and ask if I need assistance and answer any questions concerning the care or seasonal issues about the plants I am purchasing. There have been many times the Plant Shed is teaming with customers thus the possibility of a long wait at check out, however, all checkout lanes are then opened and everyone is greeted and checked out in a timely fashion. We bought a lot of shrubs and flowers here over a week ago. I called yesterday to find out the return policy because a few of our shrubs had died (although we were following the instructions that were given to us by the nursery). The first lady I spoke to was very rude and after a couple of condescending remarks I was put on hold. A man comes on the phone and begins to hammer me with questions. When I answered him, he shouted at me and "I asked you a question and you didn't answer it!". At this point I ask to speak with a manager, and he says he is the manager. I had him on speaker during this and my husband overheard. He took the phone from me bc I was shaking I was so upset. He told the manager not to speak to his wife that way and the manager became increasingly aggressive and spoke to my husband in a very unprofessional and extremely rude manner. We never had our question answered about the return policy because apparently the manager was too busy shouting at us to answer the question. I have NEVER been spoke to like that from someone who is in a retail position (I don't think I have been spoken to like that period). It was ridiculous and we will NEVER shop there again and will make sure everyone we know doesn't shop there either. Why support a place, that treats their customers like garbage??? Don't believe PLANT SHED 90 days guaranty! We bought 10 Indian Hawthorns, 6 Drift roses and 6 Japanese Boxwoods less than three months ago. Since then 6 Hawthorns had died but the rest is fine. I talked to the manager and asked to have those replace under their guaranty. He insisted that the weather and my watering are the problems and will not honor their imprinted 90 days guaranty. I am giving this a three star review only because the quality was good, customer service the worse. My husband and I went early Sunday Morning October 16 to buy some sod. My husband pulled his pickup over to where they loaded the sod and I went to pay with a coupon that had a bar code - what more do they want?? The man serving was rude nasty and sarcastic. Kept going on about a super saving account. I told my him I didn't understand so he pulled out a copy of the ad and points to another part of the ad and said "you were supposed to use his".
