Our gate lock broke so we took it to Andy at his location off of Newport Avenue in the Big 5 shopping center to see if it could be fixed without having to replace the lock mechanism. It would have been easy for him to tell us we needed to replace it, as it was old, broken & rusted! Instead, he worked on it for us and cleaned it up so we could reinstall it. He made additional adjustments to ensure that the key would work by changing out some of the pins. Andy was very nice, professional and incredibly patient. He was helping another customer when I arrived with reprogramming the key for his car and he helped another public transit driver who came in to have a key made while I was there. I got locked out this morning. Searched locksmith on google map, and found them which are closest to me. Called them, came in about 7 minutes, and opened the door in about 2 minutes. Then they adjusted my lock after opening the door. Whole process took about 5-6 minutes at a very reasonable price. . Really friendly and professional. Car ignition would not turn on my 2003 Honda. Most locksmiths wanted to replace the ignition altogether leaving me with a different key for ignition and doors. They were also charging more... David not only was able to repair the ignition and re-key so that everything matched, he did so at a very aggressive price and on a Saturday at my home. I went to a locksmith to have my key fob cut and programmed. They gave me a qoutation and i found it quite expensive. i was also informed that it's not a guarantee that the key fob will work with my car.
