My go-to shop for keys. Andy delivers good service. With Honesty and Integrity and Value

We needed to get a new key for our car made because the piece that was held the key to the keychain broke. This place came highly recommended by a friend, so we just came by here on our errands day. It wasn't hard to find at all; a small shack right in front of OReiley's labeled Keys. The owner was very nice and made a copy of the key very quickly. Maybe like 2 minutes! And it looked exactly like the key that we gave him! So that was very quick and painless. I'd definitely come back here again for all my key needs (which doesn't happen very often though), and would recommend this place to anyone that needs to have some keys made! read more

Imad was very prompt and polite when I asked for a quick quote on a storage unit lock removal. His was by far the least expensive, and he was available quickly. He was very professional, and instead of drilling a whole Imad picked it. It only took him a few minutes. Thank you so much! read more

Premier Mobile Locksmith - Imad. Master locksmith - Keys & Locksmiths Near Me - Tustin, California

I can't recommend this locksmith enough! Fantastic service & professionalism. I was locked out of my home without my phone or wallet. Thankfully, I was able to find and call this service though my Echo Dot. This business was not only understanding of my situation, but very proactive. I have an industrial security lock, but it only took him a minute or two and I was back inside in no time. This is what I consider to be A-1 service! Don't waste your time fooling around with others. THANK YOU VERY MUCH! You are awesome. read more

I went to get my car key copied by Andy. His prices are way better than Ralph's, he worked very quickly, and on top of it all, is super friendly. In short, if you need a key copied (or even a mobile locksmith) definitely go here. read more

We were in a bind and got locked out of our office at our business. I made a call and he was here within 30 minutes and saved the day! Thank you Premier Mobile Locksmith! read more

I actively promote businesses that have been especially helpful. Andy was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. He not only repaired my van but know exactly what was wrong with my truck and home door lock. He has a kiosk right in the middle of Larwin Square that he procured from an individual that did NOT do a good job. What a difference! He is both mobile and has a brick and morter presence in the little (forgive the pun) kiosk in the parking lot of Larwin Square in Tustin. read more

I call and spoke to the technician. He stated he was busy working but would call me in an hour. I never received a call after three hours. I tried calling multiple times only to get forwarded to his voicemail which is full. read more

My vehicle would not respond to using a key. I had to crawl through the rear window to get in. I couldnt lock it even though all I owned was in it. Andy at Tustin Locks came out and took my entire door apart, he was friendly, courteous and found a broken part that he didnt even charge me for. This man knows what he is doing, and even talked with me when he was finished. I give him 5 stars, but 10 if I could. I will be back to him if ever I need anything else. Thank you Andy, you made my day :) Gloria Hoeksema read more

If you are looking for someone who follows COVID protocols this isn't the business for you. Showed up without a mask. It was outside so I purposefully just stayed very far away. Despite that once he got the lock open to the mailbox he came very close and patted my shoulder. Once i turned around as he was maskless and i did not want to be exposed he quickly gave me a hug. This is unprofessional and incredibly dangerous in the covid world. I had turned around so he hugged my back and I said "covid covid, stop" and he backed away and laughingly said "covid covid". Do not use, would not recommend. At the end of this interaction, when it turned out I didn't actually need any keys made, he still charged me $70 (instead of $75 he said) and asked me to please promise to write him a good review. Would be a better review if you wore a mask and stayed away from me. read more

I called Andy on a Saturday because I had a Kwikset smart key deadbolt on my home that locked up on me. I called a few other locksmiths and Andy's price was very competitive. He was very quick to fix it. If I ever have an issue with any lock or key, Andy will be the first person I call! read more

All I can say WOW! Andy is a locksmith maven. We were out of town and learned that our dog sitter locked herself out. I frantically searched yelp and found Andy; apparently the only open locksmith on Saturday. He messaged me immediately, was at the house in 20 and and had the door open 1 min later. Thank you Andy!!! read more

I work for a car wash and one of our customers cars locked itself with the key inside. I had called a few other places for services but they said they were to busy. Luckily I called here. I was greeted politely and friendly. I texted them my address and gave me an ETA. They were fast on getting to my location. Once here someone gave me a call and asked for my exact location. They opened the car less then 3 minutes. No damage, quick and easy. They wore their mask during the process and were friendly. Glad I called here and will be calling them first for any future locksmith services. Long story short, they were fast, and friendly. read more

Andy did a great job. Gave me a good price if I could wait till after rush hour to re key my F250 truck. Showed up on time and cut new keys quick. I lost my keys in a Uber ride the night before and couldn't get them back. His Van is organized and he seems to be very proficient with his craft. Good job Andy. read more

Iman is the owner of this company and he was a very friendly and hard working owner. We needed an extra key for our car and after calling many businesses, he was the most affordable in town. There was a problem with our old key and he made it right and took great care of us. I appreciate him and hope you go to him with any key needs. read more

Best locksmith ever thank you so much they have such cute designs for keys ! im so happy i got a cute hello kitty house key love it so much

Amazing service! We lost our car key and called premier mobile lock smith. He came to us in less than 30 mins.

Andy was one of the only businesses to even answer my call! I called almost a dozen businesses in Orange County and they didn't answer, didn't call me back, gave me a busy signal, or couldn't do the service I needed, which was a new motorcycle key. Andy worked with my schedule to arrive the same day, was so pleasant and personable, and is my new favorite. Thank you Andy for 1) answering your phone, 2) being available, and 3) getting me a new motorcycle key. I'm a customer for life. read more

This place is a gem for keys.. I just used one of those kiosks in the supermarket for 10 bucks a key, and 2/3 of key keys were duds. The nice gentleman at the premier mobile locksmith made copies for me for a 1/5th of the price and in about a 1/5 of the time as the kiosks. Don't waste your time and money on the machines, just come to this guy to get a way better deal and reassurance. read more

done perfectly! felt much better about contributing to community business. very kind as well.

We just moved in our new house and needed to rekey all of the locks. The lady at Lowe's told us we could do it ourselves and we tried her way with no luck. We decided to call around to different locksmiths and Andy gave us the best deal. I am SO happy we chose him!! He can out on a Saturday evening and fixed all three of our doors. We even had a spot we thought we'd have to fix with door putty where the previous owners didn't assemble the previous lock correctly that made the door stick. And he fixed that free of charge! He is very nice and professional, and great at his work. Highly recommend! read more

Very quick and efficient!! Reasonable price overall a great experience and very friendly

They have a very good service, fast and efficient, in addition to making the keys that you cannot find in other places, highly recommended

This guy is great. My car key stopped working on my door locks. It started a couple years ago with the passenger door. It was very frustrating and I kept getting they run around. I knew just getting a new key cut wasn't the answer because that's exactly what I did when it first started happening. I new it had to be something with the actual locks. Called the dealership and they said it would cost us $1,500 to fix the locks. He checked all the locks and recut the keys and they work perfectly. If I ever need a locksmith he's my guy. read more

I had to get my car ignition cylinder replaced and I knew it was going to be an extensive process. I called Premier Mobile Locksmith and I am so glad I did. He was upfront, honest, and got the job done quickly. Through the process, he went above and beyond and was informative throughout the process. I will be using IMAD HEJAZIN with Premier Mobile Locksmith again. read more

Very happy with the service. I had lost one of my two car keys on Friday. I had tried to have a replacement key cut and programmed elsewhere but they tried and said they were unable to do it as they keys they cut kept were catching and not turning in the ignition on Sunday. Since that visit I was all of a sudden have issues with the ignition. My key that I had no previous issue with just wouldn't turn without tonnes of wiggling/trying. Was referred here by my local garage (Mountain Tyre/Service - 1st St) today (Wednesday) and I am very happy that they did. The guy was able to repair my ignition and make me two keys with chips programmed to my car for $200 with a year warranty on the work. An independent Honda specialist and Norman Reeves Honda both advised I need a new ignition barrel. The quotes with parts and labor ranged from $550-$750 plus tax. The lower of the two quotes would have left me with different keys for unlocking and starting the car too. The guy was pleasant on the phone, knowledgeable, was available for me to drive over when he said he would be and did the work fast. read more
