At the first practice things changed dramatically. 1. During the tryout he was led to believe he was trying out for a team in his age group. However, it turned out to be a composite team of all ages, including much younger players. 2. He was led to believe that the coaches at the tryout (Davide Battistini, William Pulisic, Alan Orth) would be coaching his team. Yes, that's right, Pulisic, a relation of Christian Pulisic. At the practice he learned that a previously unknown individual would be the coach. ...what a scam! 3. During drills and play at the tryout the coaches demanded a high skill level leading us to believe this was the standard of the Academy. At the practice there were different ages and skill levels, nothing approaching the level of play that was demanded at the tryout. 4. The coaches at the tryout led us to believe that the team was already established and that they were looking for potential additions. In reality, they have no game-ready team and have thus forfeited the first 3 NCSL games. 5. Emails and text messages were sent concerning the refund policy that were never answered. 6. No communication possible. Ali Dean McDaniel is responsible for the club but is unreachable by phone. By an unannounced office visit I was told by the receptionist "Yes, he's here, have a seat I'll tell him you are here". However, after she disappeared back to the offices for a few minutes she returned and said "He's not here and I don't know when he will be back".

I've emailed several times to get a refund and haven't heard anything back. After briefly expressing my concerns to Anthony over the phone, I never heard back and he never followed up with his promises. I'm still waiting for my refund. This is a scam! Do not sign up and waste your money.

I arrived this evening at 635pm and the doors were locked. The sign on the door stated the store closed at 7pm. There was a female outside who told me she was yelled out of the store. The employee told her they were not letting more people in. As we were leaving the last customer walked out of the store and stated that the employee was very rude and wanted the customer out of the store ASAP. I looked online and found that Sterling Soccer was open until 8pm. The family drove over there and we found a pair of new boots. The employees there were awesome even though they were super busy. I have to thank the terrible employee at the Soccer Post because of his rudeness I found a better store to get soccer gear. The lack of customer service can just kill your business. I will continue to go to Dogfish but NOT the Soccer Post.
