Everything looks great except the door was not installed correctly and is crooked and does not shut properly. I have been dealing with them for over three months to make it right. I get a text saying that they forwarded my video that I took of the door onto the district guy. You would think if you spend $18,000 on a shower everything should be correct. Now after 3 weeks of being out of the warranty they want me to pay $200 to re-silicon a bathroom when they didn't do it correctly in the first place. Save yourself! This was the fourth estimate for a tub to shower conversion we've received. We had a similar experience to another reviewer, Carol W. . Premier's estimate process was the most painful high-pressure sales pitch with ridiculous tactics we've ever experienced. What a waste of our precious time. We did not want to hear a long slide presentation about the negatives of fiberglass followed by 20 minutes about acrylic, etc.. Despite our encouragement to move on, she stuck to the script. Then, the outrageous sales pitch began. At one point she even said she was texting her manager to see if there was overstock on product in the color we wanted. Hooray! there just happened to be some in the warehouse which gave us another big discount! (Do people really fall for that?). When it was clear we would have to spend at least another hour determining what *might* be the bottom line, we called it quits. The following day I received a text offering even more incentives with better prices available, but the price couldn't be given via text or email. I just needed to let them know a good time to have a conversation on the phone. Seriously?! Based on other reviews here, I am thankful we seemed to have dodged a bullet. If it's such a hassle getting a quote, I'm not surprised they don't respond when there are problems. I don't believe this business will even be around long enough to honor a lifetime warranty. Giving one star because I couldn't give zero. Over-priced, but my wife was tired of looking for other contractors so we went with them. The install took over four weeks. Basically two guys came out for a few hours, then a few days later came out for another couple of hours. One guy doing work while the other sat in the truck on his phone. Then they had to order a glass door, took a week and a half. Then more of a few hours a day to work. We ended up paying an additional $2500 due to "issues" that were found. Finally got all installed and the next day the top of the glass door was hitting the glass wall when it closed. Texted the sales rep and no reply. Texted the contractor and he said he would be out that week and fix it. I texted on March 1st and now March 16th and no calls or someone to fix the problem. Once they got their money after the install we were ghosted. I'm going to have to pay someone to make the repair so the glass doesn't break or chip. Save yourself some trouble and go with another company. These guys are incompetent. read more

In summary, they provide an average product in line with Bath Fitter, Bath Authority, etc. Once you hand them the payment, don't expect them to be grateful for your business any longer. In detail, my rating pertains to my installation experience. My installation time was not 1-2 day, as advertised, but 4 separate appointments over 2 months. I was initially sold a niche that could not be installed due to their refusal to modify studs behind the wall, so I was defaulted to 4 shelves. On the 2nd appointment, they installed the shelves poorly (not equally spaced or level). On the 3rd appointment, they fixed the shelf spacing and leveling, but did not have all of the products to finish the job, so they had to come back again. Due to their policy that all other appointments other than the initial installation appointment are considered service calls, they would not offer a refund of any value (I initially asked for $500) for not performing the install in the advertised time and for an incorrect installation. They state on their website that they are a "a highly experienced bathroom remodeling contractor", but from my experience, the technician that initially installed the shelves was not, as the simple shelf installation could have been performed by a mildly handy individual with a drill, measuring tape, and level. I asked them for a receipt on three different occasions. They say they'll get it to you, but then forget. read more

Horrendous company! Hired them to remodel two upstairs bathrooms. They assigned only one person to a job that required 2-3 people. They promised 2-3 days to complete the job - it took 6 days. Then they had to come back on a 7th day several days later to replace the wrong fixtures that were installed and fix another quality issue. To cap it all off, the drain on one of the showers was installed incorrectly. Water leaked into interior walls and the floors below, damaged dry wall and hardwood floors on the main floor and flooded the basement to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars, not to mention the disruption and stress. My insurance company paid for most of it. I asked Premier Home Pros to pay my out-of-pocket costs for plumber's fees and insurance deductible. At first they agreed - even drew up an addendum to the contract - but never paid. Their callous disregard, lack of urgency, and indifference, is shocking. read more

I can't begin to describe the hell that this company has put my 80 year old grandmother through over a tub installation. She paid up front and waited well over a month for any further contact from the company. After reaching out multiple times they finally came to do the install... they ordered the wrong tub and it would not fit. After multiple conversations on how to resolve the fact that the wrong tub was ordered (not wanting to reorder the proper tub... they wanted to move all her plumbing)... multiple phones calls have been made by her and us, have gone unanswered after she finally just asked for her money back! $10k!!!!!!! They delivered the wrong size vanity and after it was installed the installer stated in was smaller than the size we ordered and he had to cut the top down to the vanity size. They charged around $3k for this vanity and will not replace it with the size that was ordered and will only offer us $300. for their mistake. They are the worse company we have ever used. I got my corner shower rebuilt while increasing its space and plumbing system access. The whole project was a bit pricey, but yet necessary for my home. The project was led by Adrian on-site and he did his work well by updating us about their current actions, answering our questions, and eventually giving us valid maintenance instructions. So far haven't had any issues or anything to do with the (lifetime) warranty. Hopefully, it will never be necessary either. Overall good experience. read more

They took my small shower out and added a new one. They placed the seal strips for the shower in the sun and they warped. It looks as though the seals strips have been cut too short and of course warped. It was leaking from underneath the shower door and behind the door. It's bad that you have to put towel down in the floor to catch water from a new shower. I have called them the last three weeks for them to order both seal strips, but I seem to be getting the run around. This is a company that is supposed stand behind the excellence of it offering. New Shower Install. I had many issues with this company. They were very late on the first day (and they did not call me to let me know-I had to call them), the wrong glass sizes were ordered and I was without a shower for two weeks, marks are on the glass door when right one did come (I was told they are working on it with the glass company), the glass door was put on crooked, promises were not kept like water marks repaired from previous shower, and now being ghosted, to name a few. It looks nice, but for the price and issues, I would have expected better. The install started in February, it's now May, and the issues have still not been rectified. read more

The quality of the materials that they use for the shower are good. I would give these guys a higher review, except for the fact that their customer service is terrible once you hand over the check. We have a few issues with the shower door from our remodel of the shower. I have not been able to get anyone to return our calls to schedule someone to come out and fix it. What good is an unlimited warranty if they don't honor it and ignore request to get it rectified. It seems like they value a customer up until the job is done and then they don't follow up on being attentive to reported issues or concerns. Our shower door makes an awful cracking sound when you shut it and we are afraid to use the shower out of fear that the glass will break. Maybe if they follow up and fix our issue I will bump my review up, but for now I am very upset with their lack of attentiveness to customer complaints. read more

We wanted a tub to shower conversion. The sales manager Louie Laqatra took measurements and promised seamless walls in the shower. He also volunteered that since he was also the owner any issues if they arose could be taken care of directly by him. Trusting him we signed the contract. That was a huge mistake. We found out later he lied to us. He was not the owner. After 3 weeks of signing the contract the installers came. They couldn't install the large wall as one seamless sheet so they cut the sheet perpendicularly in the middle stuck them together with a visible gap showing between the two pieces. We refused to accept this as it was not as per our agreement. They wanted to cover the gap with a bandage over it.These so called professionals then suggested that to install the full wall as one sheet they will have to make a hole in the ceiling. At the same time they would not be responsible for the ceiling. Poor customer service. Louie Laqatra took the measurements assuring seamless walls. So called professional installers broke the tub and started the install without measuring and checking if it could be done as agreed upon. Since we were paying 14k for the project we thought we will spend a little more and get it fixed ourselves. A three foot hole was made in the ceiling and still these so called professionals could not put the whole sheet in one piece. They then told us it could not be done. When we told Louie that since they cannot do our project as per the specifications agreed upon to return our advance of $4200 and cancel the contract. Louie Laqatra told us that was not an option and threatened to put a lean on our house. We also then found out that this lying Louie Laqatra was putting positive review about Premier Home Pros on Google reviews to falsely improve the ratings of his company. What a bunch of frauds. Anyways having no choice we agreed to have them finish the job by making a horizontal cut above the shower line and putting them together. They agreed to give us a small discount for this. Now a new game started. This so called professional company could not procure a glass shower door to finish the bathroom. We had to make a zillion calls and the installation manager would keep promising but nothing would happen. He would falsely tell us he had all the necessary equipment and was sending the crew out. They would show up without the door finish the wall and leave. It took over 55 days for this company to complete the bathroom. The hole in the ceiling which was also supposed to have been fixed by them was so shoddily done that we will again have to spend money to have it fixed by a proper professional. By now we were so mentally exhausted by the lying ways of every individual that we dealt with in this company that we prayed and thanked God for bringing an end to our ordeal. Breach of contract. Refused to refund deposit. Installed wrong shower base and said due to glass doors were already ordered but that wasn't true. Wrong vanities. Shower door leaks. Replaced door seal 3 or 4x and still leaks. Vanity leaks. Repair or replaced parts 3x and still leaks. Vanity lighting was supposed to be repositioned and was told not in contract so had to pay $300 more and lights were not even centered over cabinets! Med cabinets not installed flush to wall, readjustments had to be made. Air in water lines. Was told this would be taken car of by one of the managers and it was not and still air in the lines. The flooring was supposed to be done, only have the flooring was done due to lack of materials. Had to wait for that to be finished. Their salesman told us Premier will do the drywall repairs and paint and then managers says it's not in the contract. Salesperson did not put everything in contract. He actually had 3 contracts, all 3 were different!! Horrible! The very first crew that came put to work on the demo came and backed out of doing the work and said they were underpaid! So they left! Requested a refund and was told no its too late! So here we are 5months later and still leaks! And our water bills has been higher too! We requested from the Manager Joel for another worker to come and correct the leaks and problems and he did agree and then few days later he said no, he said he cannot send 2 workers out to fix a filter! We have went thru 3 filters for the shower because the shower drips. The drips for the shower did stop after the 3rd attempt but the drips did comeback! Again there goes my water bill. I do not recommend them at all. So yes they breached the contract many times..we should have gotten our deposit back. I also get a message stating if we hire someone else to fix the problems, this would terminate the lifetime warranty! Think about that! As much as they have done wrong and keep sending bad or the wrong parts and keep sending the same installer that can't fix the leaks, why shouldn't we be allowed to hire someone else?
