I found Premier Home Pros via Angi's List, now I've struck out with several different recommendations from Angi's which didn't work out and that would be an understatement. Premier is setup with telemarketing that almost immediately calls you upon submitting your information through Angie's list. It's as if they are connected and transfer is nearly at the speed of light. The phone process is a thorough collection of information and setting up an in-home visit. This was my second go around with Premier, in 2024 I set up an appointment for a new shower enclosure, but the salesperson never showed up. I was still in their system referring to my initial request. The current request was for flooring; I set an appointment reluctantly but had to cancel due to another commitment. I decided to perform some due diligence going beyond reviews at Angie's and the results were ultimately very, very negative, so I've decided to move on. I'm done using Angie's List and remind people to check reviews at other places including YELP. Companies with a number of telemarketers tend to be big and ultimately very expensive based on smaller, independent contractors. Premier claims they only use their own employees, but many reviews suggest otherwise. Caveat Emptor - Let the buyer beware! read more

Very pleasant experience! Nick was very nice, well informed, professional and polite. He beat the time frame that was promised which we really appreciate. The installers were craftsmen who knew what they were doing and very detailed oriented. They were punctual , professional, well skilled and left our home taking all the old materials and trash with them. They cleaned up and went over everything with us. I had an incredibly unprofessional and hostile experience during an in-home bathroom remodel consultation today. Two representatives came out to my home: Jeremiah, who was calm, kind, and professional, and Mike, who displayed the most aggressive and childish sales behavior I have ever witnessed. When I declined to pay money on the spot, Mike completely threw a fit. He became visibly hostile, kept cutting me off, raised his voice, continually talked over me, repeatedly demanded to know "why" over and over to questions I had already answered. Because Mike was refusing to act professionally, I stopped addressing him entirely and turned to Jeremiah to try to understand what I was missing. When I asked Jeremiah to please explain to me what Mike is demanding to know that I haven't yet answered, Mike again decided to chime in telling me that im not going to get any different information. I again told mike I have no interest in talking to him anymore as Jeremiah was talking to me calmly but mike was unhinged. Mike then started to shove all of this things in his bag then just crossed his arms and glared at me woth a literal sour expression. Jeremiah explained their price-matching policy which is to match the prices of same quality products. But when I pointed out a massive logical contradiction in their pitch--that they claim no one else's quality matches theirs, yet they claim they will price match *same-quality* competitor quotes-- they had no clear answer. Jeremiah then mentioned they had a 3-day cancellation window. I asked if I would get a refund if I cancelled, Jeremiah said i had 3 days to cancell, then Mike started aggressively shaking his head "no" still with a contorted face and his arms crossed. I asked Mike if Jeremiah's statement was inaccurate, Mike snapped back sarcastically, "Oh, do I get to talk now? Now I'm allowed to talk?" At that exact moment, I told him, "Actually, no. Get out of my house." Mike made sure to leave more snarky comments on his way out, stating he didn't want to work with me anyway. He also flat-out refused to give me a business card or his contact number to avoid accountability. This company uses predatory, hostile "one-call close" tactics. Absolutely terrible ordered a whole new bathroom back in February here it is August 11 and it's still not done. I keep getting the runaround first they brought the wrong thing then they had to re-order it and that came in wrong we had to order it again faucets on the sink or loose faucet in the shower is crooked. I used this company to put a new shower in my master bedroom bathroom. They did a beautiful job or so I thought. Everything looks great except the door was not installed correctly and is crooked and does not shut properly. I have been dealing with them for over three months to make it right. I get a text saying that they forwarded my video that I took of the door onto the district guy. You would think if you spend $18,000 on a shower everything should be correct. Tub removal and a walk-in shower install. Sales guy told us one day, maybe two if there were hurdles. First off WAAAAY over-priced. Second, first day One guy shows up to do the whole job at 1:30pm, second day shows up to work on our now unusable shower at 2:00 pm, excuses and lies. The THIRD day' guy shows up at 10:30, put holes in my ceiling AND STILL NOT EVEN CLOSE TO FINISHED. The FOURTH day, got there at 9:30, wow almost a real start time. Spoke with Owen who blamed me for using soap and water, glass cleaner for glass door, and natural general non- abrasive bathroom cleaner. My bathroom was never installed correctly using enough silicon in the first place to secure leaks. Now after 3 weeks of being out of the warranty they want me to pay $200 to re-silicon a bathroom when they didn't do it correctly in the first place. Now the second bathroom they did they punctured my pipes and it caused a leak in my power room down stairs and my office down stair which was above the bathroom they just did. I had some much water damage that I had to get water restoration come in. Not only did they need to tear up my down stair powder and office they had to tear out the bathroom that I just paid good money to remodel. So now I am with out my bathroom. Save yourself! This was the fourth estimate for a tub to shower conversion we've received. We had a similar experience to another reviewer, Carol W. . Premier's estimate process was the most painful high-pressure sales pitch with ridiculous tactics we've ever experienced. What a waste of our precious time. We did not want to hear a long slide presentation about the negatives of fiberglass followed by 20 minutes about acrylic, etc.. Despite our encouragement to move on, she stuck to the script. Then, the outrageous sales pitch began. At one point she even said she was texting her manager to see if there was overstock on product in the color we wanted. Hooray! there just happened to be some in the warehouse which gave us another big discount! (Do people really fall for that?). When it was clear we would have to spend at least another hour determining what *might* be the bottom line, we called it quits. The following day I received a text offering even more incentives with better prices available, but the price couldn't be given via text or email. I just needed to let them know a good time to have a conversation on the phone. Seriously?! Based on other reviews here, I am thankful we seemed to have dodged a bullet. If it's such a hassle getting a quote, I'm not surprised they don't respond when there are problems. I don't believe this business will even be around long enough to honor a lifetime warranty. Awful job done for $15000.00! Beware! My mom got the walk in tub installed and they had to cut door jam out to get tub in, therefore leaving drywall damage around door jam which they will not fix! They claim it's in the contract they don't fix drywall, but if your going to charge $15000.00 to replace a tub to me it should look like they were never there! Giving one star because I couldn't give zero. Over-priced, but my wife was tired of looking for other contractors so we went with them. The install took over four weeks. Basically two guys came out for a few hours, then a few days later came out for another couple of hours. One guy doing work while the other sat in the truck on his phone. Then they had to order a glass door, took a week and a half. Then more of a few hours a day to work. We ended up paying an additional $2500 due to "issues" that were found. Finally got all installed and the next day the top of the glass door was hitting the glass wall when it closed. Texted the sales rep and no reply. Texted the contractor and he said he would be out that week and fix it. I texted on March 1st and now March 16th and no calls or someone to fix the problem. Once they got their money after the install we were ghosted. I'm going to have to pay someone to make the repair so the glass doesn't break or chip. Save yourself some trouble and go with another company. These guys are incompetent. read more

In summary, they provide an average product in line with Bath Fitter, Bath Authority, etc. Once you hand them the payment, don't expect them to be grateful for your business any longer. In detail, my rating pertains to my installation experience. My installation time was not 1-2 day, as advertised, but 4 separate appointments over 2 months. I was initially sold a niche that could not be installed due to their refusal to modify studs behind the wall, so I was defaulted to 4 shelves. On the 2nd appointment, they installed the shelves poorly (not equally spaced or level). On the 3rd appointment, they fixed the shelf spacing and leveling, but did not have all of the products to finish the job, so they had to come back again. Due to their policy that all other appointments other than the initial installation appointment are considered service calls, they would not offer a refund of any value (I initially asked for $500) for not performing the install in the advertised time and for an incorrect installation. They state on their website that they are a "a highly experienced bathroom remodeling contractor", but from my experience, the technician that initially installed the shelves was not, as the simple shelf installation could have been performed by a mildly handy individual with a drill, measuring tape, and level. I asked them for a receipt on three different occasions. They say they'll get it to you, but then forget. read more

Horrendous company! Hired them to remodel two upstairs bathrooms. They assigned only one person to a job that required 2-3 people. They promised 2-3 days to complete the job - it took 6 days. Then they had to come back on a 7th day several days later to replace the wrong fixtures that were installed and fix another quality issue. To cap it all off, the drain on one of the showers was installed incorrectly. Water leaked into interior walls and the floors below, damaged dry wall and hardwood floors on the main floor and flooded the basement to the tune of tens of thousands of dollars, not to mention the disruption and stress. My insurance company paid for most of it. I asked Premier Home Pros to pay my out-of-pocket costs for plumber's fees and insurance deductible. At first they agreed - even drew up an addendum to the contract - but never paid. Their callous disregard, lack of urgency, and indifference, is shocking. read more

I can't begin to describe the hell that this company has put my 80 year old grandmother through over a tub installation. She paid up front and waited well over a month for any further contact from the company. After reaching out multiple times they finally came to do the install... they ordered the wrong tub and it would not fit. After multiple conversations on how to resolve the fact that the wrong tub was ordered (not wanting to reorder the proper tub... they wanted to move all her plumbing)... multiple phones calls have been made by her and us, have gone unanswered after she finally just asked for her money back! $10k!!!!!!! I got my corner shower rebuilt while increasing its space and plumbing system access. The whole project was a bit pricey, but yet necessary for my home. The project was led by Adrian on-site and he did his work well by updating us about their current actions, answering our questions, and eventually giving us valid maintenance instructions. So far haven't had any issues or anything to do with the (lifetime) warranty. Hopefully, it will never be necessary either. Overall good experience. read more

We hired Premier Home Pros for to replace our shower and install a new vanity. They delivered the wrong size vanity and after it was installed the installer stated in was smaller than the size we ordered and he had to cut the top down to the vanity size. They charged around $3k for this vanity and will not replace it with the size that was ordered and will only offer us $300. for their mistake. They are the worse company we have ever used. They took my small shower out and added a new one. They placed the seal strips for the shower in the sun and they warped. It looks as though the seals strips have been cut too short and of course warped. It was leaking from underneath the shower door and behind the door. It's bad that you have to put towel down in the floor to catch water from a new shower. I have called them the last three weeks for them to order both seal strips, but I seem to be getting the run around. This is a company that is supposed stand behind the excellence of it offering.
