The staff is inept at best . I showed up to find they weren't there. There was no call no text no email. But they still sent me text messages after I made another appt if I was coming. I pressed 3 which meant to cancel my appointment 3x and they called me the night before reminding me of my appointment. They claimed they never got the text canceling. Like I said the staff isn't very good and even if you get through they are rude ! Last time they blame AT&T for my troubles getting through to them. Doc are great but staff and their overall system has lead me to other practices.

Fast forward to today, I asked to come back in to see him bc my eyes were bothering me (light sensitivity, eye pain/throbbing), and I was worried that my iridotomy didn't last. After a full exam, he determined that everything looked great and my eyes issues are due to dry eyes and he prescribed eye drops. Never once did he make me feel like the idiot I wanted to feel like, but truly, I'm just thankful he was able to see me again and alleviate my nerves. The person who retrieved my medical record also wrote down my prescription numbers reversed, leading to an additional 20 minutes in the exam and some psychological stress over how confused the Dr was! Phoned 3 times leading up to appt, no one answered. Finally received a call 5 minutes prior that the Dr is running 2 hours behind schedule. There are warnings all over the place saying they'll charge you a late fee. 2 hours. It took 20 minutes to get checked in--you have to write your name down and wait for the front desk to do so. Most staff in plain clothes, no badges, lanyards, or anything identifying, so it's incredibly hard to tell who works here. Have been here an hour. Have almost been run down twice by busy staff busily walking very importantly. They couldn't find my vision insurance using the same insurance card as I always use for vision, and wanted in-depth information about it I've never been asked before.

This is my 2nd (follow up) visit. Nothing like the first. So far.... I'm still in the 2nd waiting…read moreroom. My appointment was at 10:30. I arrived at 10:15. At 10:40 I was called by the tech & went through vision tests. I was then shown to the subsequent waiting area where it is now 12:12 & I have no idea what is happening. No one from the facility comes out to offer an explanation or apology. I have never waited this long & at the 2hr mark, I may choose to wait no longer. I do not have all day to sit in a waiting room. The fact that not just me, but the other 12ppl here are being totally ignored is unacceptable & inexcusable. If this is not a one-off, I will be choosing another eye dr. Stay tuned for an update. So at 12:35 an assistant appeared & called another patient. Not me. I inquired how much longer was the wait time as I had been waiting over 2hrs. The response? Flippant & "oh, the wait is 2 1/2-3hrs. I told him he could cross me off. I went to the front desk & informed them why I was leaving & I would not be returning. I got to my car, searched another provider, & set the wheels in motion. What an epic failure & total waste of time!!!! Sad..... bc I actually like the Dr I saw.
