They were recommended from another electrician who was booked out for 6-months. The big install was the installation of a Generac stand-by generator last October 2021. When Costco and other vendors couldn't find a stand-by generator for at least 3-4 months, Grotberg Electric was able to locate one and installed it in one day. The install was first rate and the customer service was 5-STAR. Over the past two days, we had power outages due to high winds. In both cases, the stand-by generator kicked-on as soon as the outage occurred and cut-off as soon as power was restored. The generator turned-off literally seconds before my text alert from Avista arrived to notify me that power was restored. I recommend Mike and his team at Grotberg without hesitation, and I give them my highest rating.

He also explained why things had to be done a certain way, very knowledgeful! After getting back our refund in Feb of 2013, I went forward with getting it wired up. His price was right on with his original estimate! I had him add in a second part to the original job as well. There was no light on the back door. He added the light and, put a VERY good light electrical outlet with it as well. He was extremely professional, curtious and his work was of very high quality. Even the inspector was impressed! He did an excellent job of keeping the work area cleaned up after the job was done. There isn't a trace of him being there. He also arrived exactly on time (a little early to be exact.) If you need an electrician, this is the person to call!

He agreed to help me figure out how to fix the mess and make it right. He worked based on time and material but I know he didn't bill me for all the hours he worked. He would not accept any money for his labor until the job passed state inspection. He even got a new permit when he discovered the original contractor filed it wrong. I have historically had very poor results with most contractors I have hired. I am happy to say Bryan is a cut well above the rest. He runs a one man show and you will be very lucky if you can get him. He gets my highest rating. Thanks Bryan!

I'm glad I met Chad over at Valley because when one of my guys backed my truck into the overhead power line running to the garage from the house, I called Chad (he had given me his cell phone at one point so I could get a hold of him personally if I had any issues) and he was at my customers house 30 minutes later and had it fixed soon after. Needless to say they made me look good to my customer and because of how prompt and professional they were my customer was at ease. The 2 electricians who showed up were very courteous and accommodate our request to wear masks. They quickly assessed the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes.
