I lost thousands of previous photos, info and dozens of contacts. Supposedly no way to get this stuff back. My screen stopped working. Couldn't do anything on my phone. Couldn't look at anything on my phone nor make calls. I was dead in the water for a couple of days. I went to a verizon store and they were the ones who reset my phone by mistake. Yeah that's a hard one to swallow for me. I'll be remembering that one for quite some time. I digress, so later this same rainy day last week on the day of Halloween I went to this store for help. I am still amazed at what they did. First of all, I didn't get anything back on my phone but I've been able to access it and use it once again. Secondly these guys are done serious techno wizards. They just happen to have a samsung galaxy S9 that has a minor screen issue that they wound be able to install and get me going for least amount of money out of pocket. Or they could order a brand new one and have it the following day. Well, as many of us know it's difficult to do things without our phones these days. And how quickly i found out for the first time in my life. I've never experienced anything like this. I hadn't realized how much easier they make things for us. For even the simplest thing of using an app on your phone to do your banking vs. going in through the website. I opted for them to switch that S9 slightly blemished screen onto mine. Yeah, you can stop laughing now. No, seriously, stop laughing. Ahaha, it's OK, I'm also laughing at how old my phone is. 7 years I've had this baby. I'll be changing to a brand new one this week. So then you can stop laughing. The store is an average small store like in most malls. Easy in and out by the I Hop entrance and then right next to T Mobile. They had me in and out with a screen in under a half hour. Wam, bang boom. These guys really are an amazing bunch of people. I asked the main guy I dealt with because I wanted to give him a shout out but he declined me using his name. I of course respected his privacy and am leaving it out. But this store deserves your business and respect. They do a fantastic job. They know what they're doing and they're not blowing smoke up your hind quarter saying this and that. They tell you what they can do for you or can't with a possible other option. They give your the price and let you decide. No high pressure tactics or anything like that. Their prices are reasonable too. Just as important as their work. Like I said, I'm a true believer in these places now when I used to think they were hacks. Not by a long shot. They're respectable people working hard to gain your trust and your business and the do it with humility. Absolutely amazing quality work from you guys. Thank you for getting me back up and running. Thank you thank you. Appreciate you all :-)

She actually suggested that I go to Staples or Best Buy instead almost immediately. All I requested is that before she took my laptop that I can speak with a technician. She complained about not being able to schedule me nor give me an estimate of when it would be looked at. I run a local business right up the street, and expressed that it was an emergency. You would think local businesses would help each other out. Not the case... I guess I'm off to give my money to the big corporate service companies (Staples) instead of supporting my local Cromwell business. Nice Work AOS.

You can't get better care or service, and I'm talking about skill, personal touch, and price -- the whole package. Here's my most recent experience: I have a MacBook with a dead screen. I called Ryan and Chris about it. Chris came out to my house, picked it up, took it to his space to check it out. He called me that night and let me know it needed a $700 part from Apple, more than the budget I'd suggested. I said thanks but let's forget it. Chris delivered it back to my house the next day and didn't charge me anything. How are you going to get more honest, transparent, caring service than that?

The first had a broken screen, the cd drive was damaged (as was the case from being in a 100 pound amplifier vs. Mac accident), the keyboard had multiple keys missing and some that didn't work. They did everything and the machine works great! The second had a broken screen, broken trackpad, non functioning keyboard (due t o a windy coffee incident), non functioning cd drive, burnt out battery, faulty motherboard, and more! (I will say that I am not "gentle" on my computers, I expect them to work...and work hard) They did all the work and the computer looks BRAND NEW! Why you ask didn't I just buy new laptops? At over $2500 each, even with all the repairs that needed to be done, CMC made it far more worth it to repair than replace. If you need Mac repairs, these are the guys to see!
