I'm not familiar with body shops and how they work , but when I got rear ended a friend of mine referred me to this shop Bc of of their certifications and the fact that it's a high end shop caught my attention . First time body shop experience and it wasn't bad at all , got my car in and out in a couple weeks and Daniel Torres took care of my claim . He would text me updates on my car part arrivals since I asked him to and with no problem i got those updates . My car looks better than before and for that I recommend this shop to my family and friends . This company is the most professional and kind outfit I have ever encountered. The staff is all extremely courteous and polite. They helped me with some damage on my Benz. It turned out that the repair could be buffed out and remove the paint from the car that hit me. It made me very happy as well as the elderly man was going to reimburse me. We took our 2016 Prius into Premiere Coach after being sideswiped. The quality of the paint body work seems OK except for overspray around the fuel filler and in the door jams. However, the interior of the car was a huge mess after they worked on it. There is dust embedded in the carpet and in nooks and crannies throughout the car. There were also small leaves in the interior ventilation ducts. They obviously leave the windows open while the car is being sanded. It is still a huge mess. Also - after getting a quote that the work would be done in 10 days it ended up taking 4 weeks. If you look at their facility neither of these problems is a big surprise. There are damaged cars strewn around the parking lot with damaged body parts sticking out of open car windows, broken windshields, or open trunks. This includes $100,000 Porsches and BMW's. It is completely disorganized. I would never consider taking my car back there again after seeing how the cars are handled. read more

If I could give them ten stars, I would. They know you by name. My car was leaking water. My entire trunk was submerged. I was seriously worried thinking I'd have to scrap the car entirely. I came in and asked if they could just diagnose where the leak was coming from since they did body work on my car this previous summer. Not only did they repair the sealant , they basically detailed my car. It looks brand new !!! It was on the house !!!!!! I'm seriously in shock. He delivered 5 star customer service and was very diligent about getting the quotes to me in a very timely fashion and very thorough with answering any questions that I had for him. Since I came on Yelp looking for a review while choosing a repair shop, I felt I had to leave a review after I experienced such amazing customer service. They are like the Nordstrom's of car repair shops! They called enterprise rental car when I got there to have them come pick me up and when I dropped off my car after it was ready (2 weeks early), they took the rental car back to enterprise for me. The whole time my car was being repaired by them I would get calls every two days of the status. When I picked up my car the person explain to me exactly what was done went through the whole invoice with me so that I was assured my car was safe. And it was beautiful workmanship on top of it. I have had 2 incredible experiences with Premiere Coach over the past couple years. On my first visit to Premiere Coach we had our Subaru towed to them after a freeway accident. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating (also free coffee & little treats). They were able to give us a written quote to fix the car within 15 minutes, pretty amazing. Their work was flawless. We had yet another accident with another Subaru (not our fault). This time the Premiere Coach representative met with us and reviewed the damage to the car, and created another written quote to fix the damages. They were very thorough going over the car and noticed a slight bend in the frame, that I think most people would have missed. This car ended up being totaled by the insurance company because of how detail oriented the Premiere Coach quoting staff was. I would definitely recommend them. read more

This place is an absolute joke! They have young kids doing the mechanical work and nothing they do is done right. They left $140 worth of parts off of my car. I had no 3rd brake light for about 2 years until a friend said that it doesn't work. The 3rd brake light is in the spoiler. When I removed the lense to find out why it didn't work, I found that the wire harness was missing entirely. Also, the bolts that hold the 3rd brake light in palace were over tightened so the lense was cracked and had to be replaced. The paint color on the bumper doesn't doesn't match, the rear bumper wasn't prepped correctly and the paint Is bubbling up. I have been back 3 times and each time, it isn't done right (orange peel, paint bubbling up, color doesn't match, etc.). I gave up on them. I am amazed that this place stays in business with the poor quality work that they crank out! read more

This is now the second time bringing my BMW in to get body work done here and I've been 100% satisfied both times. After picking up my car this last time, it honestly looks better then the day I bought it. The detail was immaculate and they even conditioned my leather! I took my car in for repair, the staff was extremely nice and helpful. When I received my car there were a couple issues that included my car mats were missing, and also one my my fog lamp bulbs was not replaced. It was inconvenient to have to take the car back. However the staff especially Scott was extremely helpful and immediately corrected the issues. I got new mats and my bulb replaced. I also got a ride back to my house then had the car dropped back off, it took them less than 4 hours to correct the problem and there was no headache as they took responsibility and immediately worked to resolve the issue. If I ever require this service again I will definitely come back. read more
