So yeah - after a heck of a time trying to find somewhere that still does old-school paper fingerprints for a client I obviously won't name, other than to say it's in the government sector, whose contractor verification system is stuck in the 90s and only took old-school paper fingerprints... ended up here a few days ago. After making an appointment online (thanks for not requiring me to call to make an appointment!), got a text the next day confirming it, showed up at the designated time, definitely did *not* see in the text message, by the way, that it had a gate code in it, which it probably did (I was also nervous when, through the gate, their sign said they closed at 4, despite having made a 4:30 appointment... they need to fix their sign, they close at 5 M-F. Anyway, once I got in, it took about half an hour total - again, partially because the reason I was there instead of going to the official PD fingerprinting down the street from me was because the client *needed* ink fingerprints, and nobody does that anymore, because it's inherently a pain. The guy doing it was super friendly though, and did a great job. (As he replied when I told him that's why I was there: more business for them, I guess!) Plenty of parking, too. Absolutely can't speak to prices, though - as a consultant, I've gotten fingerprinted several times, but I'm never the one paying for it!

I have seen her ignore people, she couldn't even get the sliding divider open one morning while there were a plethora of people outside. I'm not sure if she doesn't like me or is that's just how she is but it's not welcoming and there are far more efficient employees than her. I won't say her name but I will say Bernard should be a fireman the way he puts out whatever fire is in his path as well as helping others. Also Ronnie is great with the customers she's friendly she gets your package and mail before you get to the front of the line to reduce waiting she just stays on top of things I feel both of them should get a raise or some type of acknowledgement they both deserves it I fear what would happen without them.
