I have to give F & S Services, Inc. the five stars. I believe they do deserve them, as I was looking for Notary Services in Long Beach on a Saturday night; I was so glad when I called their number and they answered promptly. I was beyond happy when they said that were willing to wait for me at their office to get my Mortgage documents notarized. Not only that, but by the time I got to their office, I was politely greeted by the Notary Public, who since the beginning was very courteous. She never made me feel in any way uncomfortable. She was very patient and understanding. She helped me with my documents and oriented me. I had no clue of which documents I needed to notarize as I had just received the FedEx package with the mortgage documents. With her knowledge, she guided me and successfully notarized my sets of documents that I needed to notarize. I could see her commitment with her business. It is all about client satisfaction. The service at F & S Services, Inc. went past my expectations. If you ever need Notary Services call them or stop by their office, they are more than willing to help you. This is my second year with F & S Services, Inc. and I cannot speak highly enough about them. The experience has been great. They are welcoming, enduring, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They have a few preparers at this office. The one that helped us last, has such a warm, welcoming impression about her that makes you feel very comfortable. I will not lie and say that she made the process quick and easy as my income taxes are a bit complicated. What I can say is that she seemed very prepared at what she was doing. My taxes consist of a couple or rental properties, couple of W-2 forms, Itemizations, purchases and sales of stocks, as I said not an easy return. She won me over every time I asked a question and she knew exactly what I was asking. She knew the answer to each of my questions. At the same time, she had a lot of questions for me. She did an amazing job answering my questions and even looked into possible outcomes for next year. And what I liked more about it is that I answered the entire questions she had for me without me getting annoyed. She knew how to approach me without getting me irritated. Great service. I searched many local places to get married, and I finally found a local place in Long Beach. When I walked into their office I was quickly greeted by a very kind young lady. I was then Immediately assisted by one of the employees. I asked her about their marriage services, and she explained to me, in detail, what they provided. It was exactly what I was looking for, and I was super exited that I could have everything done in one place for a reasonable price. Their services included our marriage license, marriage certificate, marriage ceremony, photos, translations and filing of all required documents with the county. I also did not have to worry about requesting my certified copy of my marriage license from the county because they took care of that as well! The thing I liked the most about this place was their fast and friendly service, I went in to get information on Thursday evening, and we got married that same Saturday. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking for a local and fast and friendly wedding service. read more

I came here for a livescan and for passport photos. I've had trouble with livescans in the past at other places because they didn't do a good job of obtaining good prints and I also do not have the best prints. After I told the lady my concerns, she assured me that she experienced at taking prints. And honestly, she really did do an amazing job!! She did each of my prints very carefully, making sure they were clear. She was also very friendly! Excellent customer service! In addition, no appointment was needed and is open Saturdays, which most places are not or are appointment only. Parking lot is a plus! read more
