He shows up on time, always calls first, and is always very pleasant. He comes right in, assesses the needs and gets right to work. Start to finish he takes about an hour and the results are great! He is careful and if I ever have questions or spots I want him to go over again, he never has a problem doing it. I have two young children and a big dog, so things here can get messy and I can get picky with cleaning. He never seems annoyed with me and I really appreciate that!
