I've had the opportunity to work with Lynette and vendor as a Photo Booth company. Needless to say, she was awesome to work with! She has been extremely accommodating and made sure everything ran smoothly from showing us our designated space and providing us with tables and power if needed. Thanks Lynette! Look forward to working with you again! read more

Premier Bridal Shows - Wedding Planning Near Me

I went to the Laguna Hills show/event at The Hills Hotel, I would not recommend others to join. I initially went to this event to help find vendors for my wedding and was excited for, however this event only had around 10 vendors. The event is very small compared to the Bridal & Wedding Expo. I was very displease with the event due to a limited amount of vendors and half of the vendors being very rude and unpleasant to talk to. The first vendor that we talked to right when walking in was a travel agency offering free vacation and he was very intrusive by asking what our income was, how old we were, occupation, if we can meet up for a presentation at an office at Orange, and his attitude was too pushy. We looked up the address where he was pushing us to meet up and it didn't seem safe, we declined his invite and he kept making comments about how my partner and I were immature adults and we were wasting his time while giving us looks. The other vendors passing (cake, makeup, invitations) weren't that welcoming. We then stumble The Hiltons Vacation Club booth and they lured us on by commenting how we're all the same ethnicity and to support by coming to the presentation the Hiltons offer in exchange for concert tickets and a 5 day trip to Hawaii. They made us pay $50 to go to the presentation which is all the way in San Diego and after they'll pay us back. The presentation was just a sale tactic to get us to sign for a time share and the sales person was very invasive in trying to get us to sign after 5 hours of persuading us about how great their club is. We felt so uncomfortable, it was even hard to try to leave the presentation room. Overall we ended up being scammed by them anyways and not receiving the concert tickets nor the Hawaii trip. The 3rd party travel agency that the Hilton used made us pay $150 to use their services and they kept delaying in booking anything for us until last minute and in that last minute they told us per contract we were responsible in making sure we booked our hotel and got our plane tickets from them within 10 days. We followed up everyday but they kept saying they'll call us back to book. Their reviews had others complaining about the same thing. Overall, this bridal event was not worth the 1 hour travel I'd recommend going to the Bridal & Expo Event instead. If you do go to the Premier events please be very cautious about talking to the vendors they offer and putting down any of your information. After the event, all the vendors got a hold of my email and phone number and kept sending me mail, email, and phone calls if I'm interested in their services. I only put my email/number to the vendors I talked to and signing up for a ticket, so I believe my email/phone was shared to all the vendors. I still get a handful of phone calls and emails that I won a sweepstake or contest that I never signed up for too and I'll be getting something for free in exchange of paying xx. The event is very small and the space for all the vendors is small too so you can go through everything in under 10 mins. During the event some of the vendors complained about the lack of attendees, other vendors, and the organization of the event which I don't think me being an attendee should hear about. I feel embarrassed going to the event with my partner seeing the event being a disappointment, vendors being rude to us, and going through a bad experience with a vendor we thought we'd be interested in after the event. read more

It was an absolute pleasure working with Premier Bridal at Hart & Main as a Photo Booth vendor for their bridal show! From start to finish the entire experience was super easy and stress free. The team at Premier Bridal was organized, professional, and dedicated to creating an unforgettable event for both vendors and brides-to-be. As a Photo Booth vendor, we were impressed by the seamless coordination and communication leading up to the event. Premier Bridal provided us with all the necessary information and support, ensuring that we were well prepared to showcase our services to the brides. During the show there was a continuous stream of enthusiastic brides stopping by our booth. The energy and excitement in the air created an ideal environment for us to showcase our Photo Booth and interact with potential clients. We also appreciated the promotion and marketing efforts made by Premier Bridal. They effectively generated buzz around the event, attracting a diverse range of brides-to-be and ensuring a great turnout. We had 5 lock and key winners, a second giveaway at our booth for brides to enter where we gave away 10 of our gold gift bags, 20 white heart shaped sunglasses and more gift certificates. In addition couples and their entourage got to take photos in our booth and take home super cute prints to remember the day. Overall, our experience with Premier Bridal at Hart & Main exceeded our expectations. We are grateful for the opportunity to be a part of such a well organized and successful bridal show. Thank you Shailyn, Lynette and the entire Premier Bridal team for their hard work and dedication in making this event a remarkable one. We look forward to the chance to be a part of more magical moments with Premier Bridal! read more

I just recently attended premier bridal show for my first time as a vendor and it was a much different feel from when I attended in 2019 as a guest with my now wife. Under new ownership (with Lynette) this show has such a inviting feel and attentiveness to both vendors and guest! I'll definitely be back as a vendor. Thank you Premier bridal, I've meet a lot of wonderful future brides who I hope to help in their life with homeownership! read more

Premier Bridal Shows - Vendor Booth, 2023 Anaheim Bridal Expo. - Wedding Planning Near Me

Attended the Bridal Show on 9/10/2023 at the Anaheim Convention Center and was pretty disappointed. To start, there were no signs posted on how to get to the event so it took a min to find it. When we did find the correct door, there was a small PostIt on the door. The bridal show was supposed to be Disney theme and there were only 1 or 2 vendors that had Disney. There we no catering vendors. I also didn't like that my email was given out to vendors that I didn't visit or provide my information to, so now I'm getting emails from those people read more

Premier Bridal is a great organized event. As a vendor I have been able to reach out to the owners at anytime and I get an immediate response. Anything I have needed they been there to guide me. I've been able to grow my business and build a team with my growth and networking through bridal premier. Also the fashion show is always a blast and a must see. read more

This was our first show as a vendor and I was a little scared at first but Lynnette spent some time on the phone with me giving lots of pointers to ensure that we were prepared for the show. They shared our content on social media which helped with traffic to our page. They also were very helpful the day of the show with troubleshooting anything regarding our booth. The show was kept clean the entire time and the attendees were great and very interactive. Overall a positive experience and we plan on doing another show with them in the future! I've participated in Premier Bridal Shows as a vendor and the experience has been an absolute joy every time! It's the best show to participate in for a few reasosn: 1. Lynette and her team is very communicative and helpful, so I felt extremely prepared. 2. The atmosphere at the actual show so lovely, everyone is friendly and the energy is great. 3. This is just a great opportunity to meet clients face to face, I feel like all the couples who attend these shows are seriously shopping and it makes a difference to talk in person instead of over email. 4. There's so many other vendors and it's a great place to network with each other! 10/10 would recommend this show both as a vendor and as a bride! read more

This is a boutique bridal show experience, both for the vendors and the attendees. The vendors have direct access to the Premier Bridal team, and Premier Bridal goes out of their way to make sure the vendors have everything they need to be successful. For example, they provide detailed instructions on what to do day-of, and at the bridal show, they keep the vendors energized by handing out snacks during the fashion show (among many other special touches). Premier Bridal also work tirelessly at making the event worthwhile for engaged couples and offer TONS of prizes. In addition, only quality vendors who have been vetted are allowed to showcase their services and offerings, so attendees can trust they are meeting the best of the best. Premier Bridal is a really special group. They truly care about those that are servicing and both the vendors and attendees are treated like family. Everyone that I have met through this organization has only positive things to say, and I am so grateful to have found Premier Bridal. read more

In comparison to Bride World, this show is great! While they typically have a smaller number of vendors, the quality of vendors is great! They have things that you actually want to explore and book for your wedding. Their is a variety of categories. I play saxophone & piano for weddings and events and have been a part of two Premier Bridal Shows over the past year (Laguna Hills and Anaheim). Within a month after the Anaheim show, I have booked two of my highest budget weddings to date! :) Mark, thank you again for all that you guys do to help us vendors! The business owner's comment on my review is a priceless example of this company's hypocritical manner of conducting business with their vendors. First and foremost, I did participate in a hand full of your shows so no, I was never a vendor that wasn't allowed in??? And as far as professionalism. My review is objective and honest, not to mention the fact that your company is the least qualified to speak about professionalism in any capacity! read more

Since my engagement I have gone to my fair share of Bridal events, and I have to say Premier Bridal Shows is by far the best! Here's why: MOOD: I would call it "The Disneyland for Brides!" As a future bride, I love the special attention and care I receive from Premier Bridal Shows -- from the free ticket you receive online, to the sticker you receive at the door (or free keychain if you're one of the first 50), to all the vendors talking and smiling at you - they definitely make you feel like you have all the choices in the world. LOCATION: The events are held almost every month at different venues, so there's always an excuse to go - you get to see and imagine these venues transformed into your wedding day. They choose some of the most wonderful and upscale venues to give you great ideas if you are still shopping for location. VENDORS: There is a good mix of vendors to choose from, so you can rest assure that you will find someone that matches your personality /concept of your dream wedding. These vendors are also some of the most generous I've met - giving away full services and expecting nothing in return (or perhaps just a big shout-out). I also like that it isn't extremely large (like other Bridal Shows I've attended) that you get confused and overwhelmed by all the choices. FASHION SHOW: They have THE BEST fashion show. Mary Me Bridal usually hosts this part and the models, the dresses, and the show itself if pretty awesome. The models do a good job showing off the dresses and stand around after the show for the brides to see them up close and even touch the fabric. Hair and makeup is normally done my 5150 Salon and they do an amazing job too. The DJs are also always entertaining and have fun games and giveaways for the audience. DOOR PRIZES AND CONTESTS: Most Bridal Shows give our little prizes like free bouquets, or picture frames, but at Premier Bridal Shows, YOU CAN GET A FREE DJ, FREE PHOTOBOOTH, FREE TACO CART, FREE WEDDING DRESS, FREE BRIDESMAID DRESSES, FREE WEDDING COORDINATION, etc. I have never seen such large prizes given away. My fiancé and I were lucky to have won many of these things for attending just 2 events. COMMUNITY: I have come to know that the bridal industry is very small and everyone is somewhat connected with each other. When you go to a few Premier Bridal Shows events, you become familiar with the vendors and see that most of them have already worked with each other, which reduces the stress of things not mixing well. I also love that they support and participate in each other's events which is always good business practice. The events are examples themselves. Most vendors contribute or offer their services to make the event wonderful - and you also get to see them "at work". Other tips I've learned from attending Premiere Bridal Shows events: 1) Set up an email account exclusively for wedding stuff. These vendors will be emailing you get great deals and offers - but your inbox will get full fast. I established a namebride@gmail.com email especially for this. 2) Set up a free GoogleVoice phone number. You will be receiving plenty of phone calls from vendors as well. This is a way for me to screen the calls, and when I finally do settle with a vendor, I give them my direct number. 3) Show up with stickers will your name, wedding date, email, and phone number. Signing up for things will get exhausting and your handwriting will get ugly - these labels make it easy for you to just peel and stick, and it makes it easy for the vendors to read your info. 4) Sign up for everything - you may just win awesome prizes! Yep -- in just a short time, I've become a very savvy bride-to-be. Feel free to contact me with any questions! read more

I was a vendor at the Anaheim Bridal show as well as the Ontario Bridal show. I cannot say enough about the shows and the brides who attended the shows! I was able to make awesome connections with vendors who were there and even better connections with the brides who attended. At each show I was able to book on site, which was amazing! I was also excited to book several weddings after the show! Thank you Premier Bridal for your hard work and for the opportunity to be a part of your shows! It is probably too late if you're reading this, but this company sells your information. I'm writing this review to warn others. I stopped by this expo for the last 10 minutes. I did one lap around the show floor, and not stop or sign up for anything, but merely looked at the booths for ideas. A couple days later, I was BOMBARDED with email saying "Thank you for stopping by!" from many different vendors. How did they know I was there? I didn't personally give them my e-mail... It's been several weeks, and even after unsubscribing from Premier Bridal Show, the vendors, and hitting the spam alert, I still get PLENTY of unwanted vendors' email... EDIT: I just wanted to thank Premier Bridal for reaching out and for being very professional in their feedback. I also wanted to add that I still get at least 2 or 3 flyers in the mail a day since visiting, and have received at least 30 unwanted phone calls since attending in January. I'm still hitting the "Report Spam" button for this and other unwanted Bridal-related email everyday. read more

I honestly don't even want to waste my time to write a review but I feel like others should know. They didn't really have too many vendors that I was interested in but that's hardly their fault. I looked around and decided it wasn't for me, but decided to go to the bridal gown show. There we were insulted by a dj from elegant proposals for not being a fun enough crowd, in between speeches about why we should book him for our wedding. But that was also bearable. The real fun starts after you leave the bridal expo! For the next several months you will receive phone calls, emails, and texts from just about every vendor at the expo "following up" with you because you "stopped by their booth and filled out an info card". Except I didn't. And I know this because I didn't talk to anyone at the booths and I definitely didn't fill out any info cards. Other than to register for this bridal show in the first place. They sell your information to their vendors. I just got off the phone for the 6th time with shell vacations where they assured me they'd remove my name from their list this time. If fielding non stop spam emails and calls sounds fun to you, then this is the bridal show for you! read more

I have been in the wedding industry for over 10 years as a Wedding Planner and Film Producer. My company, Solano 888 Productions, has marketed the business through different platforms and it included exhibiting in different bridal shows. I have joined a few before I discovered Premier Bridal Shows in 2013, since then I have been devoted to this expo and called it my Home and here are the reasons why: (1) Premier Bridal Shows has the BIGGEST and MOST DECENT attendees in Southern CA. And I am talking about QUALITY customers! We get an average of 300-500 quality leads in each show. If you're a vendor, you would want to invest your time, money and effort on activities that will certainly generate profit for your business. (2) Premier Bridal Shows is ORGANIZED and CONSISTENT. We consistently get our floor plans and exhibitors' info a couple of weeks before the show. The main organizers of the show are very accommodating and will answer your questions via text/email at anytime of the day (24/7). Their company has been pretty established that they even conduct 3-4 consecutive shows in a month. After a week, we get our leads/ registered attendees list of the show via email and get a 97% engagement ratio based on our email campaign statistics which is pretty HIGH for any bridal expo! At least we are assured that we are not only getting some bogus leads! ;) (3) Premier Bridal Shows is ENTERTAINING & FUN. They always make sure that they deliver the BEST entertainment to all the attendees. From live band, energetic DJ, musicians... And did I mention that they deliver the BEST Bridal Fashion Show as well?? YES! Premier Bridal Shows Fashion Show is definitely the BEST ONE! I will not talk about it more, just watch it here: https://vimeo.com/128478324 I can say a LOT more about Premier Bridal Shows but I think these are the MOST important things that everyone should know. I wish everyone the best of luck and attend at least one of its shows to experience what I'm talking about. I guess there's only one way to find out! =) read more

This was the first of many Bridal shows that we attended. We went to the Newport Beach event a few months back and found Chirpee, our DJ from Preferred Weddings! We saw him in action at the fashion show and loved his personality so much that we walked over to this booth to set an appointment to book him. This bridal show wasn't too overwhelmingly large and it wasn't too small. We were able to get enough information to get us started for our wedding planning. read more

I was a vendor at Premier Bridal Show this past weekend in Anaheim Convention Center. My company, Infinite Beauty LA provides hair and makeup services to brides. The show was a great way for me to get exposure to brides and other vendors in the industry. I was overwhelmed with all the brides and inquiries that I almost ran out of flyers In addition, the staff of Premier Bridal show is very helpful and friendly. I attended a different bridal show about a year ago for another family member, and I remember getting some really good information, participated in food tasting, tried on rings, etc. Honestly, I guess I had high expectations when I took my daughter and her group to this one. Most family members had to drive about 2 hours to get there (Long Beach Convention Center), I spent well over $100 for the tickets (one VIP & one 6-pack) and parking (not to mention $60 for 4 drinks once inside). It literally took us less than 30 minutes to walk through the entire show and visit each and every booth. We arrived when they opened at 11 and we saw everything by 11:30. We chose not to stand around and wait for the fashion show at 12:30. There was no food tasting at all; in fact there was only one cake booth. There were no jewelry vendors; we were specifically looking for the groom's ring. It all took place in one very small room. I was a bit embarassed that I had family drive so far for a 30 minute show, and we walked out with the same information that was available online. I do want to say that the vendors that were there were informative. I collected brochures and business cards, but it was mainly information we already had. We are planning this wedding on a limited budget and the money spent to attend this show could have been put toward the actual wedding. Oh well, live and learn. read more

Allegedly this company doesnt sell your info and only vendors that attend have your info. Yet I somehow I am on more and more mailing lists. It wasn't too bad the first two weeks but it gets annoying after a while. Granted, you have no way of knowing how you got on these mailing lists since your email is used at different websites and vendors. It feels like it didnt start until attending oke of their events. Also: I think 25% of the vendors at the orange event were pushing "vacation club purchases" aka time shares. Didn't get much out of this at all. Word of caution: beware of spam. read more

I was really looking forward to attending the Premier Bridal Show in Newport Beach. I am still looking to find many of my wedding vendors, and I hoped that I would be able to meet reputable companies at the event. The event was much smaller than I anticipated, and I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and organization. I found that most vendors wanted us to enter various contests, and by doing so we had to give them our contact information. Weeks after the event, I am still receiving phone calls and emails from vendors, some of whom I never even gave my contact information. All in all, this was a disappointing event. I feel as though I just signed up to receive spam mail and phone calls indefinitely from vendors I have no interest in pursuing. If you do decide to attend a Premier Bridal Show, I would encourage you to refrain from giving your information to ANYone, as it seems they shared my information. read more

I attended the Premiere Bridal Show in Santa Monica this past March. My mom wanted to do some bridal activities while she was in town visiting me (since she lives out of state and hasn't been able to participate in much of the wedding planning), so I thought this would be perfect. I wasn't too excited about the amount of vendors available once we arrived at the bridal show as it was mostly stuff I had already booked. Not too big of a deal, but we got through the entire room and left in about half an hour since we barely stopped to talk to any of the vendors. We did try signing up for some free giveaways, which was apparently a big mistake because ever since the event, both my mother and I have been getting harassed by vendors trying to get us to attend timeshare presentations (essentially all the Honeymoon vendors) and to get various beauty consultations. In fact, one vendor reached my father when my mom wasn't home, and tried to tell him to convince his wife (my mom) to come back out to California for Microdermabrasion. I find it very annoying that some of these vendors are bothering us, but figure it was our fault for signing up for their giveaways. What bothers me the most about the entire experience, is that the bridal show seems to have sold my phone number and email address to all of the other vendors. I never once met with or signed up for any giveaways with the photographers, DJs or wedding planners at the Premier Bridal Show since I have had all of those vendors booked for my wedding for several months now. And yet, I am getting called and emailed left and right by all of these vendors. I think they also sold my information to vendors outside of their event, due to the sheer number of people I now have harassing me! I suppose if you recently got engaged, it might be worth it to meet with a lot of different vendors in the wedding industry. But I feel like a lot of the vendors (not all) are trying to scam everyone - I would be very cautious before booking any of them. read more

So my husband and I really enjoyed the Premier bridal shows when we went to the last year. We found two of our vendors through these shows and really thought we'd be happy with them. We found our photographers Nancy and Art with Weddings 64 through them and absolutely loved them. They were so accommodating and made sure our photos were beautiful. The time lapse and photo video they gave us were excellent. We also found our DJ, Elegant Proposals, through them and thought we'd be very happy with him, but we were wrong. Elegant Proposals Entertainment was great at DJing, they were very entertaining and the things they provided were very nice. The thing we are unhappy with them about is the fact that on the night of our wedding we were supposed to receive a cd of all the photobooth photos that were taken during the night. Marc, our DJ, told us at the end of the night that the only cd he had brought got scratched and therefore he couldn't make us the cd. He told us he would send us the photos on google drive and I agreed thinking everything would be fine. A week later I e-mail him to find out where our photos are and he tells me that his hard drive got busted and it would be a week before he got it back. I e-mailed him again two weeks after this and never heard anything back. I have since sent him 2 more e-mails since then and its been 4 months since our wedding and still have not heard anything from him. I feel that this is extremely unprofessional and this anger could have been dissipated with a simple e-mail letting me know what's going on, even if the photos have been lost. Due to this experience, I recommend that anybody who attends Premier Bridal Shows not use Elegant Proposals Entertainment. I would hate for anyone else have to deal with this unprofessionalism and disappointment. read more

So most of you know about the disaster we had with our photographers/videographers from our wedding.... well after 7 months of pure chaos and nightmare with them, WE ARE FINALLY GETTING THE REST OF WHAT WE PAID FOR! and you know how that happened? Someone who has absolutely no responsibility to fix the situation spoke to me, stepped in and used his name to get through to them... Mark At Premierbridal is the Director of one of the biggest bridal shows that I attended and where I signed Classic Photographers..... when he heard about my story he immediately jumped into action (even though he really didn't have to. He could have easily said sorry to hear, have a nice day. We found classic photographers at his show, but that had nothing to do with him directly- this man and his team care so much about having the best of the best vendors readily available to their brides. They jumped into action so quickly for me to make things right just because they felt compelled to help. Well, they won't be letting these awful people be getting access to any more brides on their watch! Mark said he would try to get some answers within a couple weeks (which I was so grateful for because I know he's busy with upcoming shows since bridal season is near).... well 24 hours later, I was on the phone with a new manager at Classic Photographers and I am now waiting for the final products to arrive. Mark, I will NEVER, EVER be able to thank you! Please, friends, if you are getting married and want to attend a bridal show, PREMIERE BRIDAL SHOWS is the ones to attend! You won't be sorry. Me and my girls had a blast so we went to multiple of theirs. Not at bridal shows are the same- this team specifically takes their vendors seriously!!!!!! My daughter and I attended the show on Sunday, 3/19, at Doubletree Anaheim. It was really a lot of fun and well organized. The brides were so excited walking through the venue. The vendors were all super friendly and informative. There were just a few vendor booths that I could have done without (window replacement company and timeshare company). A bakery had cake samples, Doubletree had cookies, many vendors had raffles. My daughter won a very nice gift at one of the vendor tables. Premier gave out little gift items and made everyone feel very welcome. They had stickers for everyone to wear (bride, groom, mother, entourage). The fashion show was a blast. The MC was very entertaining and involved the audience in fun activities. My only complaint was with the hotel parking structure. There were signs directing people where to park for the event (the structure next to the hotel). For some reason, the gate would not operate properly when it was time to leave. People were stuck waiting with cars wrapping up several levels. I called the hotel asking to get someone out to the gate to assist. When the attendant did arrive, he still had people insert their tickets (by the way, Premier provides validation). The line was still moving very slowly. When we got to the gate my ticket would not work either. I finally asked the attendant why he didn't just override the gate to get the line moving. I think he had no choice at that point because the machine seemed to stop working. Anyway, a super fun wedding expo for new brides (and grooms if they feel like going) to get their feet wet with their wedding planning. A tip for brides that worked for us. Prepare pre-made address and email labels. It will save you time when filling out cards for contact or raffles! Also, set up a separate email address just for your wedding. That way you will not have to sift through your regular email account for wedding information and at the end of it all, you can delete that account. read more
