A wise-robot, named ChatGPT, once told us that a majority of wedding headaches come from finding…read morethe perfect venue and having a great caterer. Luckily for us, 3 Petals took those wise words and said "hold my champagne." We gave 3 Petals team a large task of 270 guests, a moody romantic theme, picky eaters, quality drinks, amazing food, and a floral chandelier that made us gasp. Not only did the team understood the assignment, they handled all of it without missing a beat. We can't talk about 3 Petals without talking about the staff. And we have to start with Ashley, because she deserves every thank you we could give. As our POC for the entire year leading up to the wedding, she was an absolute sweetheart from start to finish. Every email answered promptly, every question, no matter how small, was met with patience and clarity. It felt like planning a wedding with a friend who genuinely wanted our day to be perfect. Ashley truly set the tone for what the entire 3 Petals experience would feel like, and that standard carried through every single interaction with their team. The venue staff as a whole are warm, genuine, and flexible. You can tell they actually love what they do. The venue itself is a true blank canvas. We wanted a moody, romantic theme and 3 Petals team suggested maroon draping. Game changer. It completely transformed the space and gave the room a warm and intimate atmosphere. The team provided extra lighting to balance the moodiness of the room and made sure our linen choices tied everything together perfectly. Their in-house rentals are fairly priced, their florist team is incredibly talented, and the floral chandelier they created was honestly more stunning in person than anything we had imagined. Since they have established relationships with so many local vendors, coordinating everyone was smooth and stress-free. Now the food. We need to talk about the food because this is where 3P truly shines. Many of our guests were from families of great cooks. We are talking picky Asian moms and aunties who will absolutely let you know if something did not meet the mark. Every single one of them complimented the food. This was the highlight of the wedding for us. We went with Signature Menu 2 and swapped the first course for cocktail hour bites, and that decision alone was worth it. We had tried the cocktail food at our tasting and knew immediately it was going to be a hit, but the actual wedding night confirmed it. Every single item was amazing. The curry shrimp was juicy and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of curry flavor, served on a crispy bite that had the most satisfying crunch. The halibut ceviche was a fresh, beautifully executed Asian fusion take. And the filet beef cubes were tender, soft, and seasoned so perfectly that every single bite felt intentional. And those were just the appetizers. Dinner raised the bar even higher. Our front runners from the moment we tried them were the twice cooked short ribs and the steamed sea bass, and they delivered on the wedding night exactly as promised. The short ribs fell completely off the bone and melted in your mouth. The sea bass was incredibly fragrant and cooked to perfection. The soup was delicate yet packed with generous amounts of shrimp and crab, and they did not skimp on a single thing. And the lobsters with garlic noodles? Bomb! All our guests raved about these dishes. The compliments did not stop at the wedding either. Weeks later, guests were still bringing up the food unprompted. That speaks volumes about what By 3 Petals puts on the table. Our guests really came for the wedding and stayed for the drinks. The full top shelf bar meant every cocktail actually tasted like a cocktail. No watered down drinks, no flimsy plastic cups, just well-made cocktails served right. The venue went above and beyond by helping us craft his and her signature drinks. It was a small personalized detail that got people talking all night and made the bar feel like part of the experience rather than just a table in the corner. Venue by 3 Petals is truly the full package and one of the best decisions we ever made for our wedding. Thank you 3 Petals Team for the best night of our lives!

We had our wedding at Venue by Three Petals. We toured many, many...too many...venues and were so…read moreglad that we did not need to look any further after touring Venue. We had Eden guide us on the tour, and she was patient, kind, helpful, and answered all our questions. Ashley was our go-to person once we booked this place for our wedding, and she helped us bring our vision to life. We went with the Western menu, and the tasting day was fun and personalized. Zach, the bar manager/bartender, is the MVP and made sure our specialty drinks came out exactly the way we wanted and was there on our wedding day as well. A huge plus about this venue is that they do not have an endless list of rules like the other venues we toured. And yes, they pour real, actual shots in a shot glass for our guests and us for the wedding. Venue checked off all our boxes for what we were looking for, and they have a great sound system as well. Our guests had so much fun, and we did not want the night to end. The area is spacious, and we did not even use the entire available space for our guest count. Everyone is professional and reliable, and we would recommend this venue to any couple looking for a place to have their wedding. Big thank you again to Venue and special shoutout to Ashley, Eden, and Zach!!

I had such a wonderful experience working with The Simple Luxe for my son's first birthday party…read morethat was farmers market themed! From start to finish they were incredibly easy to communicate with- responsive, attentive, and truly listened to what I wanted. Lisa and her team brought my vision to life, and it was even better than I imagined. What really stood out was their willingness to work within our budget without compromising on quality or creativity. They not only designed and set up all the balloons, backdrops, installations but they also spent extra time helping me decorate and design the farmers market with the custom gifts I made and/or purchased for my guests. The entire process felt stress-free and enjoyable. Everything turned out beautifully and we received so many compliments. I am truly honored to be The Simple Luxe's first farmers market themed client and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a talented, reliable, and kind vendor who goes above and beyond. If you have been following them on social media like I was and have an upcoming event - reach out to them and get a quote! You will not be disappointed!

Jasmine was also a pleasure to work with. She was very communicative, easy to talk to, and made the entire process stress-free from start to finish. She really listened to our ideas, gave us time to make decisions, and helped us stay within our budget. Huge thanks to the setup and cleanup team as well. They were punctual and respectful of the time we had the venue booked. My wife and I would definitely recommend The Simple Luxe to anyone (if it's within your budget). Their hard work and dedication to their clients truly shows in their work.

Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.

Elena was the only person working but she made sure our experience was great and checked in on us often :) Elena started off by bringing us our teas + cream and sugar. I got the chocolate chai, very nice aromatics and spices coming through with some notes of chocolate at the end. The scone was honestly my favorite thing along with the jam and the cake pop! They were ok for most of the party, then without any communication just kicked the kids out of the play area to spend 20 minutes cutting cake. There was no warning like hey party's winding down, just cutting cake. Once they served the cake they told us we had to leave. Play wise, it was the same My Gym set up. Their circle time activity wasn't exciting to the kids because they just wanted to play. The bubbles were ok but in my mind, they did it too early instead of a big finish which would've felt a lot better as a transition that the party was over. They did offer socks with grips, though, so that was a plus. I don't think I'd return to this location when the staff at the Newport location was so much nicer.
