    Our wedding colors were black and white so having pink and purple lighting was not what we wanted

    If you're considering booking your wedding here, I highly recommend doing thorough research and speaking with multiple couples who have gotten married at this venue before signing anything. While the space itself is beautiful, our experience behind the scenes was far from what was promised -- and it added unnecessary stress to what should have been a joyful day. We were required to use certain in-house and preferred vendors, including lighting, sound, bar, and catering. Unfortunately, the lighting vendor we were forced to use was unprofessional and unprepared. Even after we paid extra for their "premium" lighting package, the technician did not know how to operate the system, could not get the lights to the agreed-upon color, left without telling anyone, and was allegedly fired during our event. As a result, all of our reception photos were washed in the wrong color lighting, something we had specifically worked to avoid. Other issues included: * Poor communication from the venue staff leading up to and during the event * Inadequate staffing for the dinner service, causing food to be served over an hour late and forcing our wedding planner to step in and help set tables * The bar staff being aggressive with guests * Disorganization in managing the timeline and vendor coordination After the wedding, the venue offered partial compensation -- but only if we signed an NDA. We declined, because we believe couples deserve to know what happened so they can make an informed decision. I wish we had known about similar experiences other couples have had here before booking. A wedding is a major investment, and for the amount we paid, we expected professionalism, reliability, and care. Unfortunately, we did not receive that here.

    Recently was invited to a grand party for a friend's anniversary where the couple were renewing their vows with a beautiful garden ceremony followed by a huge sit down dinner . Very impressed by the large indoor space and multiple ingress and egress and easy access . It has an exclusive feel I think because it's located on the far corner of Los Cab Racquet Club . Also like the immediate outdoor space where they held the ceremony. I can imagine other outdoor events that could be planned in this space .

    The Timeless Venue is the place to be to have your event!! It is a hidden gem. I can put this venue on the level of an extravagant turnkey home. The venue is absolutely GORGEOUS!! MY experience being an event planner, decorator, and caterer look for many things in a venue prior to me referring my clients or even myself to venues. This venue has exceeded my expectations. I cannot say enough about this place. The Event Manager Irene is thebomb.com!!! Irene was always accessible, approachable, more than willing to work with you regarding your planning and ideas, a woman of her word, timely, very resourceful, and more than willing to accommodate myself and my team anyway she could. What I loved the most about Irene is with my 2 events I had to deal with difficult clients, Irene remained professional, and she had so much patience with them making her a remarkable person!! I would highly recommend you asking for Irene to be your go to person when booking this venue to assist you with the planning of your event!!     Very nice venue. I had my wedding at their Terrace and it was the first wedding held at that balloon room in last Sept. I love the space and atmosphere there but had many troubles during my happy day. They did not provide plates and utensils and blamed on their in-house catering. My wedding coordinator had to deal with on-site supervisor and had such a hard time to get what we need. Is that ridiculous without utensils for a party? The food was not warm-up well. I picked the most expensive course on their in-house catering and the food tasted really good when we went to the food tasting BUT not the same on my special day. They had no high-chair, so I had to bring my own in. The elevators did not work at the end of party -around 10pm. I was very happy when seeing the beautiful venues on project paper and booked it right away even it still under construction. But, I was really unhappy on my day, they were not professional even my wedding was the first event here.

From the moment we walked in, we knew the space was spacious and beautiful, but what really blew us and our guests away was the quality of the service and the 8 course meals. The Food: Usually, "wedding food" can be hit-or-miss, but the 8 course meal here was spectacular. Every dish was served hot, beautifully plated, and tasted like it came from a high-end restaurant. Our guests are still raving about the Peking Duck, the House Special Lobster with noodles and the appetizers during cocktail hour. They even handled our guests' dietary restrictions with total ease. The Open Bar: The open bar was a massive hit! The bartenders were professional, fast, and incredibly friendly. Even with a large crowd, there was never a long line, and the drinks were poured perfectly. Having a high-quality bar service kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long. The Staff: A huge thank you to Anh Tony and Anh Tuan and the entire team. They made sure everything ran smoothly so we could actually enjoy our night without worrying about the details. Upon arrival, I was shocked by how overcrowded the restaurant was; there were about 65 tables crammed inside the venue, far beyond what felt safe or comfortable. My husband uses a wheelchair, and he could not get through because the aisles were essentially nonexistent. All the tables were placed right next to each other with no setback or space to move. During dinner, if anyone wanted to go to the restroom or simply step away, they could not leave their seat because the chairs were packed tightly against the people behind them. Once you sat down, you were literally stuck until the event was over. This setup felt unsafe, inconsiderate, and completely disrespectful to guests--especially those with disabilities. It appeared that both the restaurant and the concert organizers prioritized packing in as many tables (and as much profit) as possible, with no regard for customer safety, accessibility, or basic comfort. I will never return to this restaurant or attend another Khanh Ha concert. If you want others to treat you well, please remember the "Golden Rule": treat others as you would want to be treated yourself!

The venue itself is stunning, elegant, light, airy, and uplifting, which was exactly what we wanted for this occasion. The room's clean, timeless aesthetic required little decoration, yet it felt warm and intimate. The table spacing was perfect, offering both comfort and closeness for our guests. The accommodations were top-notch. The team provided a large screen and laptop for our video montage, a cable to play personal music through the in-house speaker system, as well as a microphone and podium. They even supplied an easel for our loved one's portrait and an additional table for photographs, ensuring that every personal touch was seamlessly integrated. The linen selection was extensive, but we opted for classic all-white linens, which complemented the elegant setting beautifully. The service was impeccable. Ana and Bryana were not only responsive, professional, and incredibly accommodating, but also genuinely kind and authentic, a quality that extended to the entire staff. They ensured that everything ran smoothly, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. The water and tea pitchers were always full, plates were cleared discreetly, and the overall hospitality was second to none. The food was exceptional, our guests couldn't stop raving about it! I called the person I signed the contract with and she ignored my calls only texting as response. And when told the security was not there NOR inside she proceeded to tell me to check like 3x when I have multiple witnesses SEE him finally WALK UP to the door from OUTSIDE (next door) to unlock the door we needed to enter. & even the night before I was the one whom reached out to see how to go about getting the keys or if someone opening the door cos I didn't know how that worked. Me. I reached out instead of just making me aware - "hey things are good to go for your event someone will meet you tomorrow at this time blah blah" just example. Maybe im being bratty but that was pretty much the only thing that annoyed & stressed me out for my son's FIRST BDAY. Overall poor communication & business on her end. I had to ignore her afterwards to enjoy my party. & a lot of my guest liked this place as well and are considering this space. Again, I WOULD rent this space again. There's a lot to like. I just won't be going through this one person again & maybe book directly through the owner instead or one of his other people under him.
