    We came across Gracefully Vintaged after attending the Fullerton Community Center Wedding expo. They had cutest set up and knew we needed them for our wedding! We hired them to do our sweetheart table. Leeann was AMAZING and we couldn't be happier! I highly recommend them for your event!

Having a wedding at Saddlerock Ranch is a bit more complicated because you have to bring everything yourself, including rentals, power, catering, etc. Throughout the entire planning process, Melissa was extremely responsive, organized, and made you feel like your wedding was the only one she was working on or cared about. She is one of the kindest women and has a positive attitude to make you always feel at ease. I have to say I didn't once feel stressed about planning because I knew everything was in good hands. I don't understand how Melissa and her team do it, but honestly, my whole wedding day felt like magic. The timeline was always on time or even ahead of schedule and if an issue arose her team would handle it in a calm manner with a smile on their face (something I could never do!). For example, I left my veil at the hotel room (30 minute drive roundtrip) and Hailey delivered it to me 5 minutes before I was supposed to walk down the aisle. All my guests, including myself, groom, and family were all out of there at the end time @ 12 a.m. and her team stayed until at least 2 a.m. breaking down. Melissa and her team were worth every penny and if I ever have to plan a large event in the future they are at the top of my list! We followed up to see what wedding planning packages she had and safe to say this was the best decision made. Eliza, Tammy + Team provided the full service for our wedding. We hired them for planning, design, coordination, rentals, and florals and it made life so much easier. I had the best experience with Eliza and team with our weekly meetings for a few months to align on all the details. She understand and appreciated our mixed cultural background and how we wanted to incorporate elements of this for a Persian and Vietnamese wedding. I have always heard wedding planning to be stressful but safe to say my experience was the best and the day of the wedding went beautifully. Nothing ever goes to plan and I'm really happy Eliza and her team are experienced enough to adjust to last minutes changes such as guest no shows, etc. She captured our vision perfectly and I'm already thinking of future events I would plan with Bel Events again!

    Horrible experience, stay away!…read more This is a review for Eliza at BEL Events for her wedding planning services. We met Eliza at our venue 8 month before our wedding date. During the first session she presented herself well, and she talked and bragged a lot about her 18 yrs of experience in event planning and stories about how she handles wedding situations. So, we thought she is the right event planner for us and signed a contract. After signing the contract and making the payment, she was very hard to find and we did not see the expected action from her side, and every time we followed up, her response was: "don't worry I will manage everything before the wedding day". We were asking for the basics of planning such as timeline, vendor recommendations (a few to choose from) and communications (which was part of the contract) but not no action except a quote of her own rental service. We were getting closer to the wedding date and her lack of action made us so worried and very frustrated. Eventually we had to get involved and did almost 90% of the work ourselves. She was very hard to find but even when we could talk to her, she would create more unnecessary problems to an extant that my wife had panic attacks after a few meetings we had with her. 2 month before our wedding she caused so much anxiety and frustration that we decided to end our contract with her and find another planner. Thankfully, our new planner was amazing and our Wedding planning went very smooth after that, and the event was as wonderful as we could imagine! With way lower cost than what Eliza had proposed! After I requested to cancel the contract she disappeared and never responded to our emails, which is very unprofessional. Here is a list of a few issues from our experience of working with here: 1- Accessibility: every time we had a question or needed to talk to her, it was taking several days until she gets back to us. With irrelevant excuses, like she would show me her busy google calendar! 2- Push to use her own services as vendors: Per her contract she had to suggest different vendors so we can choose. But since she has rental and flower services, she was arguing so much to stop us from even looking at other options! She charges unnecessarily expensive! By doing a little research, we found our vendors and saved at least 50% with same or better quality! 3- Nonsense arguments and rude attitude: In many occasions she was just insisting on holding the event the way SHE wants, without paying attention to our request or desire. Every time we requested something, her answer was: "I don't want MY event to be that way or I don't want MY guests to be that way"!!! With a condescending attitude emphasizing that "I have 18 yrs of experience and I know what to do"!!! Any simple request would become a long story and unnecessary argument. In one occasion my wife requested that guests throw flower petals while walking out of aisle, and she immediately said: "No!, you can't do that, I don't want my cleaning crew spend time on cleaning the petals"!!!! In another occasion Eliza was insisting on only using her recommended valet service (which was quoting more than double the price of the service we eventually used) and on top of it she was forcing us to rent extra parking lot out of venue and pay extra for shuttle service!!!! While the venue had enough capacity! And when I respectfully said: I am confident that the venue has enough capacity for parking, she got very angry and said: "in that case tell all your guests to use UBER and they can't drive their own car"!!! It was a nightmare working with BEL Events and I don't recommend her service due to lack of professionalism and decency in her business.

From start to finish, the whole process was absolutely seamless. Mike and Robyn are SO organized and top of things, and made the process so simple for us! All of the vendors were provided to us and were all incredible! The florist, DJ, catering company, decorations, videographer, Photo Booth,, all of it! Both Mike and Robyn are extremely personable, very responsive and easy to talk to. The whole planning process went extremely smoothly and we were so excited for the outcome and to see it all come together. We were absolutely blown away the day of our wedding!!!! Their team is absolutely incredible as well. By the time we showed up to the venue, most everything was put together already and everyone was working so hard and so well together to make our day exactly the way we envisioned it. All of their staff was so helpful throughout the whole event and really made the day and night truly spectacular. We've received MULTIPLE compliments from guests about how gorgeous it all was and how amazing the staff was. We cannot recommend The Red Horse Barn highly enough!!!

Monique, my mom, and I planned a wedding together in 7 months and it was a wild ride. Monique was so calm and patient throughout the entire process and always kept us in check. Even though my mom and I were extremely picky, Monique constantly would find solutions to any problems we would have and was always so kind to us. She came with us to all our vendor meetings and kept helping us search for things until we were satisfied. Monique is incredibly organized, detailed, helpful with suggestions, and knowledgeable about anything and everything. Also a great communicator and helped us talk to vendors. Every single one of the vendors she recommended did a stellar job. Having always heard wedding planning in incredibly stressful, Monique took that all away. Even the month leading up to the wedding, my friends were asking me how could I be so relaxed? The answer is simple... we had Monique! She made a very comprehensive timeline to follow the day of the wedding. On the day of, she brought three assistants and ensured everything ran smoothly. Friends and family were telling us after the wedding that they could tell the wedding was extremely well organized and the best wedding they've ever been to. She turned my dream into a reality! Florals: I had a whimsical vision for my flowers and I wanted it to look like bursts of stars. I am lucky I didn't have any preferences on specific flowers, but Cindy gave a very detailed list of the florals she would use in our quote which I appreciated. As we progressed towards wedding day, she would advise if something would not work with our setup or plans and pivot accordingly. When I saw everything the morning of, it was soo beautiful against the blue sky. It looked elegant, gentle, and had that little bit of whimsy. Any floral decor for the tea ceremony was also transported to our reception where it was repurposed for the sweethearts table!! Coordination: There is a saying that if you didn't notice anything that means you had a good experience. Mostly for user experience in websites, but the same can be applied here. I'm an easily stressed out gal so I knew having a day-of-coordinator would be beneficial. There were logistics that were super important, but it would have never crossed my mind had Cindy not brought it to my attention. At the reception, Cindy and her team made sure to have it run as smoothly as it can. They took care of all the setup, communicated with the vendors, and cued us for the next event / activity so we could finish in a timely manner. Thinking back on the day, I didn't have to worry about a thing and just floated around like a jellyfish. Cindy is punctual, detail-oriented, friendly, and personable. Her team is just as kind and wonderful. They even helped me get a lil bug out of my dress without skipping a beat. I had such a wonderful experience with my wedding as someone who didn't think she needed one to be happy. I was able to focus on the love for my friends and family which is so important to me. I was deciding between venues and ultimately went with Venue by Three Petals per the astounding recommendation of a bride who also had hers here in 2021. Having had my wedding in September 2023, I can definitely attest to the great things that have been said about this venue. Planning a wedding of ~250 guests was definitely not the easiest thing to do but I was so lucky to have worked with Jenn throughout the process. She has been instrumental from beginning to end. Her professionalism, attention to detail, patience, and accommodations... The accolades go on! She knew what little pieces to add to make the wedding really stand out. Her work with the floral chandelier was amazing! I had given her the floral design deck provided by my florist and she did such an outstanding job with coordinating it. My guests can not stop raving about the food and the generous portions!! We opted for seven courses that included the hors d'oeuvres and it was one of the best decisions I've made. I loved that they packaged all the courses for my husband and I to take home. Honestly, I wish I was a guest at my own wedding because I wanted more. LOL. Also, the drinks? Amazing. Incredibly glad we invested quite a bit into the bar! The lychee-tini was my signature drink while my husband's was the tuxedo mule. They were definitely a big hit. The bartenders were so kind! I had no idea how much work there was involved in just getting all the paper work in order but luckily with Ijou's help everything went smoothly and we didn't have to worry about it. We had multiple meetings regarding design, the timeline and everything that was involved. The meeting that we had at the venue, Ijou was there to ask questions that we didn't think of and made sure to help answer any questions that the venue had for us later. Like any planned event, the wedding did have its share of problems but IM Events was there to put most of the fires and I only had to deal with minimal issues that no one could foresee.
