The cars are used and if you do experience issues just call them up and they will work to get you into another vehicle. Prices are as good, or comparable to the major rental companies. Clearly someone needs to be in charge of greeting customers as they pull into the drive and wait to be assisted. Unfortunately, not one person made eye contact or even acknowledged that I was there. It's awkward just standing there feeling ignored while waiting for help. The valet guys were mostly standing around looking at their phones. A simple "Hello, someone will be right with you" would have gone a long way. Once I was finally assisted, the staff was great and very professional, so this really comes down to first impressions. Customer service starts the moment a customer arrives. Hiring a greeter -- or simply encouraging staff to acknowledge customers and SMILE -- would make a huge difference.
