    My new ride!
    Wendy H.

I just bought my 3rd vehicle from here. A 2023 Outlander SEL! I'm so pleased with it. I'm also again just so thankful for the great team! Betty was my salesperson and helped me every step of the way. She is a joy! The solution advisor Ino was also a wonderful help! They both went above and beyond to help me. Buying a vehicle can feel stressful but that wasn't the case at Premier. All of the rest of the team were also great. Again this was my 3rd purchase and I know I can count on them if I need any help along the way. I am of the old fashioned mindset that we should shop local. It means something to me to know the people I'm putting my trust into. Originally I came here for Scott but now I come back for the team. Thank you, Betty and Ino! Thank you all. You'll always be my first stop.

This past week, I found myself finally trying to get back into a vehicle after I was in a very bad accident that I did not cause myself! I went around to dealerships and it seemed like no one could get me driving. I called my mom down here from Vegas to help me look around for cars. We went into Premier and Kaylee greeted us with open arms and a great smile . She was the sweetest. I told her what I was looking for, she worked very well with Tom and Tony to get me into a very beautiful car. Tom and Kaylee definitely made me and my mom feel like family you guys are so amazing at what you do and it's very much appreciated. I think I've cried a couple times since I've gotten the car just because I'm so grateful ! thank you guys soo much!!

Was personally helped by Ino & walked out with a brand new car I tried other local places before hand. But this one not only stood out, but Ino as well as his staff were quick to answer any questions I had honestly & in a professional manner. If I could rate 10/10, that would be my rating. Premier Auto definitely went above and beyond.

what a compliment for the poor workmanship we saw and complete disregard for our satisfaction, as well as our safety. i think others deserve to know what they can (and can't) expect when they walk through the door. my mom's '18 mitsubishi outlander overheated one afternoon and she ultimately CHOSE to have it towed here. covered by warranty, it took them over a month to replace some part that connects to the transmission (oil cooler?). they call on a friday to tell us it's ready, but we were unable to pick it up until saturday. when she picks it up, her advisor being off, he had to be phoned just to get a complete version of her work order. there was no itemized list of parts and labor or anything but what they replaced and her complaint. the car's driven not even two miles to my grandma's driveway. when i went out 30 minutes later, there was blue (transmission) fluid leaking from everywhere under the hood. seriously, there was fluid EVERYWHERE. we call to tell them what happened and are told by not one, but two different people, that there was nothing they could/would do for us until monday. (we were also reminded countless times that we did not purchase the vehicle from them- however relevant that is) we were eventually handed over to cory, the 'part owner', who told us verbatim: 'i'm really not supposed to do this, but i'll find a loaner to put you into until we can figure out what's going on monday morning.' so, my mom, who was expecting to see someone who cared and ready to go above and beyond, was simply given the same keys to the same rental she'd just parked in the very same spot it still sat in. there were no strings pulled- they just hadn't returned it. come monday, we're told that some gasket near the oil cooler hadn't been replaced like it should have and that's why it leaked. i knew that wasn't possible because there had to have been 3-4 DIFFERENT places fluid was coming from. but they went ahead with the repair and called us a day or two later to pick it up. again, living out of town, we didn't make it there until after 5 almost 6, so her advisor was not present. this time i go with her and we are given the same paperwork, with little to no information on it. i asked for the detailed/itemized version and this time, nobody knows how or where to get it. i explain that given their performance on the last repair, i wanted to know that everything was done and done correctly or i wasn't comfortable driving my toddler home on the interstate. (meanwhile- though it SHOULD be of no importance- there was a salesman at the table next to us with a couple probably closing a deal) so i asked the lady about her willingness to accept liability for releasing a car that hadn't been properly repaired without the proper paperwork and that's when some guy 'mike, maybe mark' (will edit once confirmed) walks out from an office, and while nonchalantly asking us to keep it down, he assures us that the car is fixed and safe. and if we should have any problems, to call him. he gives us his number and we oblige. as soon as i start the car, there's a significant lag in engagement and it's shaking/rumbling. there's no way anyone had test driven that car before telling/convincing us it'd been repaired. we pull out of the parking lot and turn right back around, call the man with all the answers on the number he'd just given us twice- and there's no answer. we go in and ask him to take a ride with us, to PROVE to him something was still very wrong, and his exact words are 'i don't know anything about the mechanics of a vehicle' and basically refuses to give us the time of day. (it's important to note that said couple and salesman are no longer in the lobby). so, we traded keys again and took the rental. they called the next day to tell us they found no issue (obviously not having driven it), but they decided it needed an oil change to correct the problem. again, not possible. it doesn't take a mechanic to know an overdue oil change won't create that kinda problem. so, they change the oil, we pick it up, and go to my grandma's. my son and i then start to head home. the car lagged to engage from a full stop until rpms reached 4k. then it'd jolt forward and sputter some before it'd drive normal. that happened at least four times before reaching the interstate. the second i got onto the freeway, it repeated said method of starting and immediately read 'transmission service required' on the dash. we go directly to my grandma's, spend the night, call mitsubishi, and they FINALLY agree to have it towed to a dealership twice as far as they had it towed to get it to premier. it's still in their service shop today. pics attached is the leak AFTER it'd been 'repaired'.

We made it clear we have a toddler and a two-week-old newborn and wanted the process to be smooth which is why we came to an agreement on a price before coming in to see it. We were told it was ready to go on Monday but when we arrived, the car was clearly not ready. Despite being told it was cleaned that morning, the interior was dusty, dirty, and full of fingerprints. We were assured it could be detailed 'again' before purchase, so we continued. On the test drive, it was immediately obvious something was wrong with the suspension. When we mentioned it, the manager told us we could buy the car, take it to a mechanic, and bring it back if something was wrong. Obviously we said no, we want a working vehicle. Then they came back with a "new offer," saying they'd fix the suspension only if we paid $3,000 more than the agreed price. Whether this was dishonesty or incompetence, it's unacceptable. We wasted hours and left feeling misled by the salesman & management there. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere!

While in the Phoenix area, we looked at several and they were scams or bad customer service. Tucson was the same a month before. We stopped at Jones Buick GMC on a whim and so happy we did. They not only had exactly what we wanted, they bent over backwards to make sure we got the best deal. The car was spotless but needed a few things replaced. They honored everything they had planned on doing in the first place plus more. We were blown away at their commitment to make sure we were well taken care of. From Matt in Management, Brice in sales and Jesus in the Service department and everyone else, it all went very smoothly. I absolutely love the car and can not thank them enough for outstanding commitment and customer service.

Do NOT buy from this dealership…read more We had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. Initially, we were given one estimate by a sales representative in Buckeye for a vehicle located at the Casa Grande lot. After driving over an hour to see and potentially purchase the car, the sales manager showed no willingness to honor or even reasonably negotiate based on the original estimate we were provided. Prior to making the drive, I specifically asked about the interest rate and was completely ignored. The sales rep had previously quoted a 0% interest rate, fully aware that this is not a realistic or available option for a used vehicle. This was misleading and set completely inaccurate expectations. We had hoped to negotiate enough to include an extended warranty--which, in hindsight, was absolutely necessary. Within just one month of owning the vehicle, we have already had to address multiple issues, including: * Serpentine belt replacement * Brake flush * Transmission flush * Radiator flush * Gas cap actuator unplugged * Broken driver-side rear door actuator * Remote start and alarm system not functioning * Check engine light due to a downstream oxygen sensor that had been duct-taped and now requires replacement To make matters worse, the dealership knew we do not live in Pinal County, yet failed to inform us upfront that emissions testing would be required to complete the title process. We were only told about this a week after the purchase, creating additional inconvenience and frustration. This experience has been incredibly disappointing. The lack of transparency, misleading information, and the condition of the vehicle reflect poorly on both the dealership and its sales team. Proceed with extreme caution. If I could read it less than one star I would.

I have put all but three miles on it which are what it had when I picked it up at the Jeep dealership in 2006. It has always been serviced at a dealership, until now. This also is not my first Jeep I have owned several since my first new CJ7 in 1977. Now I'm not a Master Mechanic, but I do have a history with the brand and their various tic's. On this model when the 4-wheel sensors get dirty or dusty the service 4 wheel drive indicator comes on. The first few times had the whole diagnostic shindig done only to be told it just needed to be reset. Was also instructed on what to look for and listen for if the system really needed service by the previous dealership Today I stopped by to make an appointment for the 120k service and told them I would need the service 4 wheel indicator reset. I was informed that they would need to run a complete diagnostic which would be an additional $118 on top of the estimated $1,200 for the 120k service. I asked if they would refund the $118 if what I told them proved to be true, that it just needed to be reset. Nope. That told me everything I needed to know about the integrity of this service department. If you are going to charge for a test I don't want or need I'm not willing to take a chance on seeing what other charges they can come up with. I guess when the new Jeep pickup comes out next year I'll be going to Phoenix to buy mine. As for me, I won't be back
