Just wanted to give a shout out to Ruben Duarte at Heritage Motors. I was looking for a replacement of my 2004 Toyota Corolla, she was A great car, but after nearly ten years and approaching 300,000 miles it was time for a newer "less used" model. Ruben set me up with the perfect replacement , After a short (20 min.) test ride, I knew this 2013 Corolla was the ticket , All those forms he had to fill out made me hungry we were there all morning, but I drove out with a beautiful Silver Corolla. If this one's anywhere near as good as the last one, I should not need any more new cars did I mention, I'M Retired ! Now I have a great Road Trip machine . Thanks Ruben , you made it as painless as possible !

last week my friend asked me to drive him over to casa grande to go to heritage motors to check out a car because they told them on the phone they could get him a car with no money down my friend was not in a financial position to put a lot of money down so he entrusted them enough to try 45 miles out of town to go there but when we got there the disappointment set in because the first thing they told us after that was the least amount of money you can put down on a car here is $750 why they did that I don't know why they lied only they know but what they don't realize is the only be able to live a few times before social media destroys them because now people don't like being lied to and have a platform to tell people so all these businesses better get honest real quick and real fast especially these hard times

Over direct messaging on FB Javier told me that wouldn't be an issue and Jessica later called to see if I wanted to make an appointment. I set an appointment with Javier, as he was who I had been dealing with. When we arrived, Mario took the appointment and he showed us a car that looked perfect, but it wasn't what my son envisioned. He showed us a second vehicle that was absolutely perfect. The purchase price was very reasonable and I was able to put half down on the vehicle. The financing for the rest was a breeze, there was only one snag, but that was on the financer's end, not the dealership's. Once we got past that, everything was golden. My son drove off the lot with a car that fits his personallity perfectly! Mario did an amazing job relating to him on his level and made the experience super fun for him. That first car is so important, and I am so glad that we came here to find it! I highly recommend checking out this dealership, the associates are all pretty young, but they know their stuff and are good at what they do. Zack was able to spin the wheel after the purchase and won a free oil change. Because we were there so late, we came back the following day for a full tank of gas and the following week for a car wash. They trully are a full service dealership!

This is in reference to a 2006 Jeep Commander with 121000 miles I was going to take in for its…read morehundred twenty thousand mile service. I have put all but three miles on it which are what it had when I picked it up at the Jeep dealership in 2006. It has always been serviced at a dealership, until now. This also is not my first Jeep I have owned several since my first new CJ7 in 1977. Now I'm not a Master Mechanic, but I do have a history with the brand and their various tic's. On this model when the 4-wheel sensors get dirty or dusty the service 4 wheel drive indicator comes on. The first few times had the whole diagnostic shindig done only to be told it just needed to be reset. Was also instructed on what to look for and listen for if the system really needed service by the previous dealership Today I stopped by to make an appointment for the 120k service and told them I would need the service 4 wheel indicator reset. I was informed that they would need to run a complete diagnostic which would be an additional $118 on top of the estimated $1,200 for the 120k service. I asked if they would refund the $118 if what I told them proved to be true, that it just needed to be reset. Nope. That told me everything I needed to know about the integrity of this service department. If you are going to charge for a test I don't want or need I'm not willing to take a chance on seeing what other charges they can come up with. I guess when the new Jeep pickup comes out next year I'll be going to Phoenix to buy mine. As for me, I won't be back
