I highly recommend Ward Service. I have been using their services for about two and a half years,…read moreever since I purchased my leased Hyundai Tucson, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about them. My first experience involved bringing my car in before a 5,000-mile road trip. I asked them to check everything thoroughly, yet I was only charged for an oil and filter change. I was incredibly impressed that they didn't try to recommend any unnecessary work. This level of honesty has continued; during a later visit, they even advised that while my brake pads would eventually need replacing, I still had time left on them. When I mentioned an upcoming trip, Jim kindly fit me in the next morning to take care of the replacement. Ward Service provides excellent, old-fashioned service with absolutely no up-selling. They are incredibly trustworthy and even offer rides home if needed. I highly recommend them for any of your automotive needs.

I arrived around 9 AM, waited about 10-15 minutes, and the synthetic oil change for my 2012 Honda Accord took another 20-30 minutes. It cost $50, and they also did a basic brake check during the service. The staff mainly speaks Cantonese with some broken English, but communication is enough for routine services. I also asked for a tire rotation, but they said they didn't have time that day. The shop is a no-frills neighborhood mechanic, nothing fancy, but efficient if your car is already in good shape and you need a quick oil change or basic maintenance. They're open on Saturdays, which makes it convenient when I can't come during the week. If you're looking for a fast, budget-friendly oil change, I'd recommend this place. For more thorough maintenance, diagnostics, or larger repairs, I'd probably choose a different mechanic.

I knew exactly what I wanted, 215/60R16 Michelin Defender2s, but I still needed a shop willing to execute the setup correctly. They handled the unusual fitment without turning it into a problem. The wheels were mounted and balanced properly, the different front and rear hardware was handled correctly, and the car came out smooth and completely vibration-free. The difference is remarkable. The car is quieter inside, much better over broken LA pavement, and still feels planted and sharp at freeway speeds. This was the final piece of a longer suspension build, and their work made the whole setup come together. If you know what you want, or have something outside the usual factory-size tire swap, these are guys I would trust to do the work right.
