The pizza itself is actually ok, and for the price, you get a very large portion. If you are ordering takeout to eat at home, it delivers on value. However, the dine-in experience is completely ruined by one major issue: there is zero restroom access for customers. If you or your children need to use the bathroom or wash your hands before eating, staff will flatly refuse access, tell you there is no bathroom, and essentially turn you away. There is no restroom inside, forcing you to walk a block away or try your luck at neighboring businesses just to wash your hands. Finding a food-serving establishment in Encino that refuses basic restroom access to paying customers is unacceptable and disrespectful. I cannot recommend dining in here, especially if you have kids. If you want the pizza, order strictly for takeout and eat at home. read more

Found this pizza shop on Yelp. Wanted to try somewhere new. They're located in the plaza by Zeppin Sushi so there's lots of parking. We ordered the Combo pizza with garlic. It was really good. The pizza was quick too. The shop and ambiance is small but nice. Since it was my first time ordering, I had to pre-pay first but was nice that I didn't have to bring my wallet. The employee looked annoyed the moment I walked in, and when it was time to give me my change, they literally threw it onto the counter instead of handing it to me respectfully. We've now ordered takeout from here a couple of times, and we really like their thin pizzas. Not oily, and really interesting toppings. My favorite is their Mexican -- a tiny bit of a spice kick, but not overwhelming, and everyone seems to enjoy it. Kids seem to favor their Margherita the most. Super speedy delivery! We ordered a half pep/half veg pizza, buffalo chicken wings, chopped antipasto salad and a cannoli. The pizza was good! I liked how the veg pizza actually had a TON of veggies on it, without it being to watery or weighed down. Pepperoni was solid, super straight forward. Buffalo wings were OK, the buffalo wasn't that spicy and wings weren't super big or meaty. Salad was great to share and loved the Italian dressing it came with. I didn't get to try the cannoli, but the presentation was great and my friend who ate it enjoyed it! We paid with credit card upon delivery, which was nice. Stopped in here for dinner with the kids and this place is bomb. Very clean and very nice people who work here. They even custom made my salad. The bbq chicken salad was so good, and the pizza by far is the best pizza I've had in a long time. The kids loved the mozzarella sticks and the chicken fingers. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I'm visiting from put of town. I found this restaurant through Yelp and placed an order for delivery. The pizza arrived and had pepperonis instead of the Peperoncinos that I had ordered. I contacted the number on my email confirmation from my order, and I was given a refund. I was in the process of placing a second order so that I could get a correct pizza when I received a phone call from the restaurant. The person who called me inquired about what went wrong. Once I explained what happened, he immediately apologized and had the correct pizza delivered to me free of charge in less than 30 minutes.
