OK, I understand. I have a representative/payee through SSDI who pays some of my required medical…read morebills. What I don't understand is as immediately follows: I overpaid a bill of $33.95 by $6.05 over (I paid the $33.95 bill to the amount of $40.00.) Instead, they (LSCC) sent me a bill for the amount I overpaid. I called to get their error corrected, and the lady I spoke with on the phone demanded that I must owe the "overage" (which I intentionally paid "over" to assure my bill was corrected. The lady I was talking with on the phone continually tried to make my overpayment fit into one of several possible scenarios where she could force the issue of making it look like I "must have 'owed' the 'overage' which I had intentionally paid to assure coverage of what they claimed I 'owed'." I got mad and demanded to speak with her manager. Her manager tried to repeat the same scenario in argument so I hung up on her. Then, my "representative/payee" from Family Elder Care, sent me an E-Mail a couple weeks later, corresponding with the LSCC Pharmacy, stating that I do not have any medications (prescriptions) on file. This is absolutely incorrect. I just went into my doctor's office to "pay" the "overage" which they said I "owe." They (the doctor's office) said I don't have any outstanding balance. Then, I stopped by the LSCC Pharmacy, and the formerly nice man, Corbin, my pharmacist, barked me down and told me to stop coming back to his pharmacy for a "hand out." I'm super sore sorry about my representative/payee's interference causing all this hoopla and quagmire. I guess Corbin is still perhaps still a nice guy--he's prob just looking out for the feelings of the unfortunate first lady who I spoke with on the phone, and maybe her boss.

I'm so glad a friend referred me to Meagan Wempe for HRT. I've been discussing the issues I was…read morehaving due to menopause and my gynecologist couldn't really help. Meagan met with me and went over a lot of information include HRT and how our bodies change due to menopause and it is something we need to handle. She ordered detailed labs and then met with me to go over the results in detail. Most doctors don't do that. They put a note in your portal saying your results are fine even though you see some out of range. I started HRT in December 2025 and what a big difference it has made in my life. Then I decided to have my pap smear with Meagan since she takes the time to go over all the information and find solutions. She also ordered additional labs. Then met with me for 30 minutes to go over the lab results. Due some of the results, she ordered more test to be sure all was ok and continue to monitor my thyroid results. I'm so happy that she goes over everything and if she has any concerns request more tests. My last results were not good as it relates to my iron. Right away she sent in a prescription, requested for me to take a certain vitamin and to refer me to a hematologist for possible iron infusions. Since I'm a pancreatic cancer survivor, I already had a hematologist, so the office sent over my results. Sure enough, he ordered for me to have the infusion. I've had low iron since I finished radiation which the doctors knew but all I got was to take iron supplements with no follow-up. It's only because Meagan took the time to review the results, order tests, that I feel I'm finally getting the treatment I need. I can't wait to start the infusion. Maybe I will feel so much better with not being as tired or dizzy. If you ever feel like there is something wrong and you aren't getting the care you deserve regarding your hormones or labs, then go see Meagan. I'm so thankful I was referred to this practice and to Meagan. Also all their staff is amazing whether in person or when I call.

I don't recommend this clinic because of the owner and the office management - NOT the doctors. The…read morearrogance and righteous stance on being a "private clinic" has NO ROOM FOR YOU IN THE REALM OF HEALING. You should be ashamed of yourself. If you are new in America and are trying to understand the medical system without insurance it can be tough, I get it because we need guidance and they don't provide this - instead the owner became very personal and decided that my care is too complicated for them - seizures post trauma broken bones coma blind in one eye and bipolar will not be welcome at Trinity Balanced Family Healthcare. if you are healthy and are a Texan to some degree - you may do well here. I have to stick up for my community in Epilepsy Foundation.com because we deserve compassion, patience and mindful care - this takes experience and the owner and CEO are too weak, emotional and incompetent to care for the sick and my experience will be reported to HHSC - as the owner Alicia stated" this is a private clinic and I have the right to refuse you for an appointment". Thank you for listening. God Bless

Medical abuse against the marginalized groups runs rampant in Texas. So, This hospital and its care is a diamond in the rough and included in our family's emergency plan.

On September 8, 2026 at 6:09 PM, I received a voicemail from Tyler, a nurse at Ascension Seton…read moreWilliamson's ER. He stated that the ER had found my inhalers wrapped in some sheets and that they would be left at the ER front desk for me to pick up. The voicemail did not mention that the inhalers would be discarded after seven days or give me any deadline for collecting them. I do not have a car, so I was unable to return to the hospital immediately. When I came to the ER on September 18 to retrieve them, staff could not locate them. The missing items were my prescription albuterol sulfate inhaler and a Primatene Mist inhaler purchased over the counter from Walmart. These medications are important because I have severe asthma and they are expensive for me to replace. The charge nurse told me that medications are thrown away after seven days and said it was my fault for not picking them up sooner. I explained that I do not have transportation and that the voicemail never informed me of this policy or deadline. I asked for the situation to be documented, but she told me that no incident report would be filed, said she could not help me and walked away while I was still trying to address the issue. I understand that the hospital may have a policy regarding unclaimed medication. However, I was specifically notified that my inhalers had been found and would be waiting for me. I was never told that they would be discarded within seven days. I am also concerned about the dismissive way I was treated when I tried to resolve the matter. I am requesting: 1. An investigation into what happened to both inhalers and the date they were discarded. 2. A written copy of the hospital's policy concerning found medications and personal belongings. 3. A written response to this grievance. 4. Assistance replacing or reimbursing me for the albuterol sulfate and Primatene Mist inhalers. 5. A review of how the charge nurse handled my concern and refused to document it. I have saved the voicemail and screenshot showing the date, time, callback number and transcript. Please contact me regarding how Ascension Seton Williamson plans to resolve this matter.

So I agreed to have her seen again and asked if they could give her a temporary refill until she could be seen. The staff gave me a hard time about it and said they would ask if that was possible. I never heard back, and when I went to the pharmacist about another drug I was having filled, THAT'S when the pharmacy told me it had been refilled. So today I realized that I forgot to write the appointment down and when I called and asked if they could give me the appointment time, the staff member puts me on hold and then comes back and informs me that since I am not my daughter or my daughters mother, I am not allowed to request information. When I countered with "But I made the appointment" I was told there was nothing they could do because it was policy. To which I countered again "Then why did you let me schedule the appointment if I am not allowed to have any information about the appointment?" Staff is not very helpful and from what my daughter tells me, Dr. Cooper is not very patient friendly.
