Similar to some other reviews, the service they provided to treat for voles seemed to be effective…read more But, their sales and contract management process feels designed to force you to pay for services you didn't want. The initial sales contact stated that we would be able to cancel our service at any point. When I attempted to do that I was informed that wasn't the terms of the contract that was put in place. So was forced to continue the service for the full year. I assumed that our service was concluded. Just received a notice that they were returning for another service. When I called to question that, was informed that the agreement continues unless you provide written notice to cancel. So we will be charged for another visit because they need 30 day notice. They've now been notified so I assume we are now done with them. Also, if you use their service, be prepared for an on-slot of notices until your invoice is paid. Not an issue if you meet your tech and hand them a check, but very irritating if you are going through a process to issue payment. In general, not an organization that I'm likely to choose in the future.
