my wife and i live in a big old house - 110+ years and still going strong - in oak park. we have…read morescores of trees, shrubs, bushes, and garden veggies outside, and have had plenty of multi-legged unwanted visitors INSIDE. i managed to get rid of the attic raccoons, bats, and odd squirrels, but those darned ants and other weird squiggly things ultimately made me throw in the towel, along with my various cans of bug spray. a friend recommended dan, the bugman, and we've never looked back. dan, and over the years, also his son and daughter, have taken extraordinary care of our house, making twice annual visits, with other spot visits as the little buggers found new ways in. dan is EXTREMELY kind, courteous, and terribly patient with me as he explains every answer to the multitude of questions i come up with. he also is really great to point out ways that we can improve the imperviousness of our house and foundation, in our joint on-going war against intruders. but most importantly, the stuff he uses - sprays, powders, and magic potions - are ALL totally safe for our many greyhounds and other sighthounds we have here at the orphanage. he gets along with our dogs very well, and isn't bothered by their rampant enthusiasm, nor are his kids. i cannot say enough about dan.
