Part way through my scheduled time, I was called as asked if it was a rental and told that they would not work on the appliance until the landlord called to setup a payment method ahead of time. This is understandable, but not after waiting 5 days with no working dishwasher. The repair man was kind enough to point out that after 30yrs of doing this work, he has seen too many problems with repairs prior to landlord approval. Funny that those 30yrs did not teach him to ask the question ahead of time. Proceeded to be very rude on the phone when I question this, dismissed me and hung up on me. The technician was here for 45 minutes, replaced a $30.00 part, and the total charge was almost $400.00. I don't think the $150.00 charge was applied to anything. When we asked for breakdown of the final charges they refused to provide it. I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND this company if you prefer to deal with a company that offers a transparent pricing, are honest, helpful, and willing to explain their bill.

Contacted them again on Dec 30, said they would come, DID NOT show up. Ever since then, they stopped replying to our messages. We texted them at least once a month, NO RESPONSES AT ALL. Yesterday (August 23, 2022), I called them and someone picked up. I confronted them and they told me they NEVER came to where I live to do any job! This is completely unprofessional and outrageous. We gave them benefit of the doubt but they failed us over and over again. They either deliberately lied to us or they intentionally stole from us! It's disgusting! Today is August 23, 2022. we called them and an automated voice said "this number has a caller restriction" which prevents us from calling them!!! We tried to be as civil as we can but this is beyond unacceptable. If this is how they do business with everyone, then they will be out of business in no time!
