I had the delivery within 5 days. When I called Mike to let him know that the majority of the bullnose was chipped he said it will not be a problem, just let him know how many are damaged and he will replace them. that was over a year ago . Still to this day he will not return my calls . I have given him multiple chances. Next stop small claims court. Thank you Mike for making this a painful experience. First, the new driveway wasn't straight and called his crew back, which none doesn't understand one word of English did a sloppy patch job on left and placed asphalt over the grass which is now popping through and crumbling the edges. Talking with some neighbors and they also have some displeasure and learned I was overcharged for a single cookie cutter driveway. I paid the same price my neighbors did who had double wide driveway. I called and spoke with Tommy from Brookdale in May, and he said to call in August for warranty repair for September. Now, October, I tried calling and contacting them many times with no response. They are not answering calls, emails undeliverable, and no website operational. Unable to make contact at all. These guys are crooks, they take your money and never return. Sell you promises and dont delver such as a 7 year useless warranty. Feed you a line of BS, take your cash and run. Also our town requires a permit for soliciting which they did not have abd were in violation. Wasted time and money. Avoid them at all costs.

On top of that, I spent an additional entire weekend preparing everything for their arrival so the work could be completed as scheduled. Day of work was confirmed. At 8:00 a.m. on the morning they were supposed to arrive, they canceled the appointment. Not days in advance. Not even the night before. They waited until the morning of the scheduled appointment to inform me they wouldn't be coming. They followed up with 3 variable stories from being overbooked to an ER visit for reasons why they cancelled. I lost day of work, an entire weekend of preparation wasted, and absolutely nothing accomplished. Canceling an appointment at 8:00 a.m. might be convenient for them, but it's incredibly disrespectful to customers who have rearranged their lives and invested considerable time preparing. It's a complete lack of professionalism and total waste of my time. Take your business elsewhere. Find a company that values your time, honors its commitments, and understands that professionalism means more than simply putting a date on a calendar.

Wow, these guys are true professionals. We recently purchased an old home that passed inspection…read more We had Ben Grano come in based on a referral from a friend for an estimate on concrete work. He immediately noted issues in the basement that the previous owner covered up with lots of Drylock paint that were not caught by the home inspector. He recommended replacing some columns under the main beam as well as adding in three pilaster columns to support the main beam and the walls after he noted cracking in the concrete blocks. We also decided to do a french drain at the same time. Ben gave us a written estimate that was incredibly detailed and easy to understand. On the first day of the job, Gene Grano arrived with the crew and emptied our basement before setting up, covering anything left there and laying down plywood in our driveway and on the grass. Once the crew started breaking the floor near the walls, they found that our home had no footing and the walls were built right on top of the dirt. The central columns were also laying on top of the floor with no footings. Ben and Gene explained everything to us and went over options. We were very upset about the situation but they reassured us and went over the game plan. The crew was awesome. They worked nonstop Monday through Saturday and were very polite and professional. The entire job was complete in just under three weeks and we are incredibly happy with the outcome and we know that the job was done right and our home will be safe and secure for years to come. Every part of the job was explained and shown to us. The crew did a great job cleaning up every day. We could not be more happy with Mario Grano And Sons LLC and are happy to refer them to anyone. His crew is very punctual, on time every morning, and clean the work area every evening to make it safe to walk on or across while the cement cures. We needed our whole front porch replaced due to it sinking and separating from the house. We had them install a nice size patio and sidewalk, pitched away from house, to keep the ground water away from foundation. While they were at it, we had them redirect our gutter downspouts directly to the street. Will be calling them back for a driveway update soon.
