The service I came in for specifically was for Apple CarPlay unit with a physical volume knob in my 2014 Honda Civic, which isn't always easy to find. Insurance was covering, so price really wasn't an issue dor me. They aren't cheap, but they do amazing work. Turn around time was laid out in front of me, and they met the goal. It was a LONG process (read 1.5 months); if I didn't have a provided rental it may have affected my rating, but I did have one. Everything with the insurance process, getting me to/from the rental location, communication with me and the adjustor, and workmanship were all top notch. Ran into some issues on first attempt at a pick up, but they rectified it with fixing the issue, as well as transportation and delivery to the Irvine location. I then had wheels installed at the performance shop in Irvine. Again, it wasn't cheap, but they met all expectations. Shout out to Issa, Luis, Josh and all the of the SSR team that worked on my vehicle. If owners of high end luxury cars and supercars trust SSR, you should to. After reading horror stories from several body shop reviews, I came across Quality Auto body. I read the reviews and was skeptical of all the good reviews. I called them to inquire about their services and to discuss my truck. They were accommodating and answred all my questions. I took my truck with my adjusters estimate, and they agreed to do it for the estimated price. They also told me if there was any other issues, they would contact my insurance and update me. They repaired my truck in 2 weeks, as they told me they would, and kept me updated. I have a 2011 chevy silverado. It's not easy to match the paint on an older truck, but these guys did it perfectly!
