    We just held our daughter's wedding and had paid a small fortune for luxury, air conditioned…read morerestrooms from a "national vendor". When the unit arrived, it was NOT what we had ordered (fewer stalls) and the AC didn't work. We had no idea what to do. Our venue contacted Bestway and they were able to quickly clean a portable restroom trailer that hadn't been used because of Covid for almost two years. It was air conditioned, it had more stalls than the unit we had originally ordered, and even came fully stocked with toilet paper and towels. Oh, at at less than HALF the cost of the original unit that was ordered. To be fair, it was not a plush as the original unit we had ordered, but there were no lines at the restroom all evening, and the AC was much appreciated by guests. Because these restrooms book up early, I am not sure what we'd have done if Bestway hadn't come through. In our case, they were VERY customer focused and I would give them my highest recommendation based on my limited personal experience.

We are in the…read moreprocess of moving to a new home with city trash pick up so I called to cancel service when my billing cycle ends which will be on the 26th of this month. They scheduled it for that date and told me it would be picked up a few days after that pick up. I got home today on the 5th to find that my trash can had already been picked up. When I told the customer service representative that it had been picked up, she said "I seriously doubt that" even though it had indeed been picked up and she could see that my account was still marked active. No discount in service was offered because they are allegedly going to have a trash can returned before my next pick up date. They argue that you are not missing service as long as they pick up regardless of whether you have a trash can or not, so now we have to have trash stored inside of our home until they can get a trash can returned to me and that is not considered missing service. A few years ago, I called two weeks in advance to have a large furniture pick up, and on the scheduled date no one showed up, so I had an old couch sitting in my drive way for several days waiting on them to fix the issue. They are consistently unorganized and do not care about their customers satisfaction. This is the worst customer service I have ever had and they are willing to make their customers suffer the consequences of their mistakes with no offer to do anything to make it right. Don't bother calling ahead and trying to make plans because they are not going to get it right regardless. Only giving one stat because I can't give zero.
