I needed my dryer vent clean and discovered this was not a service available from just anyone…read more Through a Google search, I found The Dryer Vent Tech at www.thedryerventtech.com and knew immediately, by the beautifully candid business name, that I'd found what I needed. Scheduling the appointment was simple and seamless through online booking. Multiple text confirmations in the days that followed reminded me of the appointment and reassured me that my appointment would happen as scheduled. Keith, THE Dryer Vent Tech, called about 90 minutes before the appointment to say he was running ahead of schedule and could be to my condo early if ok with me. He arrived in a clearly marked vehicle, seemingly custom-designed to integrate the hosing, generator, and other equipment necessary for mobile dryer vent cleaning. Keith was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. The full service took maybe an hour, if that. The cost of the service was the same as what I had agreed to upon making the appointment - there were no unexpected fees and no pressuring me to have costly services I didn't need. I had a subsequent dryer issue and was unsure whether it was related to the vent. Because the "Check Vent" light was coming on, I reached out to Keith after my service to see if he thought there might be something wrong in the vent. Standing behind his work, he returned to my condo a second time to confirm there were no problems. It turned out to be a dryer positioning and space issue - NOT related to the vent - and evenso, Keith was gracious enough to help me with it. I am very grateful for the outstanding and good-natured service that went above and beyond. I did not expect to be wowed by elegance in getting my dryer vent cleaned, but I have to say Keith's business is, in fact, elegantly straightforward and accessible. He provides clear expertise and exceptional service at a great value with no strings attached. I will definitely be a return customer. Thank you!!

I got to learn a lot of cool and unique stuff that I wasn't expecting at first glance and also got to see a sick 3090 card on his desk which was amazing As for the actual service his prices were very reasonable and we needing a specific part that he didn't have on hand, so instead of making me figure out myself or smth similar he ordered the part and got the next day shipping without charging me extra which I really appreciate Overall, Marvin is an amazing guy, very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing so don't worry about trusting him with your stuff he's very smart, and easy to talk to so much so we had amazing conversation and stories to tell till the end of my visit and definitely learnt some stuff and would absolutely would love to come back again for any future repairs or anything of that. Linked down blow is a video of Marvin telling me to go "f myself" after just calling to ask for an estimate of my personal device he had in his care. This man is an absolute Fraud and is likely to break what he touches!!!! Update: It unfortunately will not allow me to attach videos of phone call but I can assure that If anyone would like to see how Marvin speaks to his clients I'd be happy to email the video! Just ask and I'll send my email along side the video for proof. Marvin tries very hard to intimidate people who are just in need of his services by threatening to add charges to their totals for no reason especially when he never fixes the problem and only adds to the issues! Also calling them very vulgar names! If you want my honest opinion you have better luck just trying to repair your device on your own or taking it to another shop as Marvin is the worst for customer service and to provide you with help!
