In response to your comment Paul A.... Who are you? and if you own this business could you please…read morereach out to me. I have been speaking with Jeff Miller who I assumed was the owner based on the name. I did email as to why I declined the calls: I wanted all communication in writing in case getting my refund requires arbitration or court involvement. I am still waiting for a reply(from more than a week ago) regarding what part of the initial contract states I am required to sign anything further to recieve a refund. the refund is advertised as a satisfaction guarantee without further clauses. I would not have paid for the satisfaction guarantee had the information regarding me signing away my right to infer negligence been presented in the original contract. At this point signing anything more for pillar to post would be under duress. The inspection was not to industry standard. See attached photos of the burnt breaker box your inspector took and said was up to standard. Both the other inspector and both the sellers and my electrician noted it was a fire hazard. That is an absolute failure by Pillar to Post-Jeff Miller Team and should require nothing further from me to be refunded. Also not one of the people capable of reporting the fire hazard cost a fraction of your services. There is no excuse for such low standards that require weeks of requesting my refund. I paid for a satisfaction guarantee and an not satisfied. I am still waiting for my $679 refund. The best apology would be an immediate refund.

I had a great experience with WIN Home Inspection from start to finish. Brian was punctual,…read moreprofessional, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to carefully evaluate every aspect of the property and explained his findings in a clear, easy-to-understand way. I received the detailed report that same night, which was well-organized, included photos, and clearly outlined both strengths of the home and any minor areas to keep an eye on. I felt confident understanding the condition of my new home. I believe WIN is trustworthy home inspection company, and they made a stressful process feel smooth and reassuring.

After checking reviews and talking with friends who were recent home buyers I decided to use Win…read morefor my home inspection. While I do think Brian caught a lot of things, was very helpful explaining things there, and took a lot of pictures and videos - he missed a few big things. My first day with the keys I realized the kitchen counter was not at all attached to the kitchen counter and there was a leak in the pipes underneath the kitchen sink. After living there for two days the handle to the shower faucet broke off completely - this might not have been something he could've caught but I feel like as an inspector you would typically have a better eye than the average person for things like that. Although I did think that Brian was good at explaining everything, I was just a bit disappointed to find these things immediately.

Chuck is awesome! I recently hired him to inspect a 15-year-old, 4,600 sq ft home before purchase…read more We couldn't be happier with the experience and results. There are many great things to say: He always answers his phone, and is very generous with his time answering your questions. His inspections are broad and very detailed. He identified a long list of issues, many of which were small and could have easily been overlooked. Some inspectors only use binoculars or drones to inspect the roof. Chuck climbs up on the roof and inspects it up close, which is 100% necessary in my opinion. With that service alone, he discovered 6 issues, and saved me a bunch of money. Since we have a toddler, I requested specific water tests that are not listed on his website. Chuck happily collaborated with the local water testing facility to administer the extra tests properly. My brother-in-law was so impressed by Chuck that he will be using him on his next home purchase. After the service is complete, you will receive a PDF report of the findings. The report is clean, well-designed, color-coded, and easy to understand. Photos are large and easy to see. Descriptions are succinct and easy to communicate to contractors. I've seen reports from other inspectors, and they are terrible by comparison. (Small grainy photos, unclear descriptions, disorganized, and ugly.) Chucks reports are professional and presentable. We'll be moving into the house in a few weeks, and I am confident that it will be in the exact condition that Chuck reported. Oh, and he'll also be available to us after move-in, in case we have any further questions or need advice. Excellent service, and well worth the money. Thank you Chuck!
