Unfortunately, I paid him $1,200 for cement cleaning and sealant services that turned into a disaster. He said we could drive on the driveway after he applied the sealant. We now have black tire marks worse than before. In addition, the sealant is extremely slippery. My neighbor slipped on our sidewalk! Brandon promised to come out on three separate occasions to fix the slippery concrete and wash our driveway again. He never showed up! He never returned phone calls or text messages. I am now calling other companies to see how I can get this fixed. I will be filing a small claims action. Please beware before hiring Brandon and his team.

I was looking to evict the birds that had two nests under my panels and making a mess of my roof…read more Reached out via Yelp based on reviews and was sent to four other providers. I liked that they sent someone out right away. Had others simply provide estimates for clearing out the birds, cleaning panels and roof, and installing the guards. I must say that they were higher priced than the others. The quote was dropped by $100, but felt confident that they were better than the others. I must say they did a great job cleaning the roof and panels. The install of the guards look great as well. With that being said, four days later and the birds are still hanging out. I wish this service would have caused the birds to move on.

I got an amazing quote and immediately scheduled the work. They cleaned each solar panel, cleaned the pigeon nests out from behind the panels and they attached the critter guard. The before and after pics are amazing how clean they got them. I will set an alert for them to do regular cleaning every year. The evicted pigeons just flew to the neighbors roof and are quite happy. One last thing I'll mention is that the daily solar output improved measurably after they cleaned the panels. I highly recommend Premier Solar Service.

This is the second time in a row that Solar Maintenance Pros has failed to show up to clean my…read moresolar panels. To be honest, I haven't been happy with this company for quite some time. Even when they do show up, several panels are often missed, and I have to bring them to their attention. In addition, they have broken several roof tiles in the past and had to replace them. The people performing the actual cleaning are usually young adults (kids, in my book) who seem to lack basic customer service skills when I communicate what needs to be done. Today, when I called to ask whether they were still coming for my scheduled cleaning, the customer service representative asked, "Did you receive an email confirming that we were actually coming? All appointments are scheduled as tentative." That's not how appointments are supposed to work. If you schedule an appointment, you show up. If you can't make it, you notify the customer. According to their system, customers are apparently expected to assume the company will not come unless they receive additional confirmation. That approach is completely backward and unacceptable. Needless to say, I will be looking for another company to maintain my solar panels.

Joe with Happy Panels responded quickly, and was able to meet with us to give a very fair quote for clearing out the bird mess from under the panels, installing the bird barrier, cleaning the panels, and cleaning the gutters. Joe is very responsive, answered all our questions, is very personable, and very knowledgeable. Joe was able to get us scheduled right away, and showed up right on schedule. The communication was great, the job was done quickly and efficiently. He even sends before and after pictures when he is done. We are very happy with Happy Panels and would recommend Joe.
