Those who got back with me either were several weeks out or did not respond after initial contact. CALM was prompt and consistently responded. Should've checked YELP 3 days ago. Rene was friendly, helpful, and informative. Best of all unlike some, he cleaned up his mess and ensured he left things the way they were or better. Will definitely use again and refer out.

Once again all communication…read morewas conveniently done online through the Yelp website or Yelp app. This time I needed 2 bathroom sinks replaced. After sending C.A.L.M. & other Yelp vendors some pictures of the work (Before and after pictures uploaded), and the deadline that needed to met; C.A.L.M.'s availability, competitive price and my prior experience with them won them the job. I appreciated Renee's (the gentleman doing the work) thoughtful updates via text or call about the project's progress. Can you believe it was even completed ahead of schedule! Upon completion I received an email from CALM's office via QuickBooks Payments requesting payment for the service - easy, convenient, efficient and professional. What else can I say? I love my new sinks and I hope the fact that this is my 4th time using them communicates that I am one satisfied customer. I'm looking forward to doing business with C.A.L.M. again.

Brilliant Solar Panel Cleaning Service! I just had Exterior…read moreSurface Pros clean my solar panels, and I'm thrilled with the entire experience. I'd been putting this off for way too long, and I wish I'd done this sooner. Quality of Work: The difference is night and day! My panels were covered in dust, pollen, and bird droppings (thanks, Fresno), and I could literally see the grime coating them. They used specialized equipment and techniques that were clearly designed specifically for solar panels--no harsh chemicals or abrasive methods that could damage the surface. After they finished, the panels looked factory-fresh. I've already noticed my energy production has increased noticeably. Professionalism: These guys really know what they're doing. They arrived on time with all the proper safety equipment for roof work, which immediately put me at ease. The technician explained their process, showed me the before condition, and then walked me through the results afterward. They were careful around the panels and my roof, and I never felt worried about potential damage. Super courteous and respectful throughout. Affordability: I was pleasantly surprised by their pricing. Solar panel cleaning can be expensive, but their rates were very reasonable, especially considering they cleaned 49 panels and the quality of service I received. Highly recommend Exterior Surface Pros for solar panel maintenance. Professional, thorough, and worth every penny!
