His team produces the highest quality of work and is very trustworthy. They worked on about 80% of our house by a 203K FHA Loan. The work was completed with extreme detail and perfection. I highly recommend this company for any home renovations and can be reached at (614) 836-2228. I'm going address the negative review made by Perry D., as I'm not sure how valid his review can be, when a 203K FHA Rehab Loan must be approved ahead of time by all three parties: the bank, the contractor and the buyer. Any scope of work that is changed per the approved and signed contract must be done at the buyers expense. All funds are paid to the contractor after work has been done and when the FHA Loan inspector has approved the work. In other words, there is a person the bank uses to ensure all contracted work is done right and to the satisfaction of the buyer. If the work is not done right, then the funds are not released to pay the contractor. Secondly, when doing a 203K loan, the contractors are not paid for almost 8-10 weeks after services have been rendered. This means they absorb all the liability of labor, materials and service.
