BEWARE! Do not work with this company!! I lost my house…read morelast January in the Palisades fire and was finally moving my family into a mobile home that needed bathroom tile installed. First, Armik sold me defective tile (it was on closeout so I wasn't expecting it to be perfect) but it was stained and cracked and unusable. But worse than that, he kept over $2,000 of my money for work he never did!! His guys spent only 3 hrs installing a small amount of hardbacker and then abandoned the job. Other workers were there that day and can corroborate. At first Armik denied they left. Then he said they'd come the next day but they never showed up and he wouldn't answer my messages. I finally tracked him down in person at his shop and after yelling at me, claiming everything was my fault and acting like a two year old having a tantrum, he finally ADMITTED that his workers refused to come in for fear of ICE raids and he had no idea when he could install the tile. I was sympathetic to his workers but we were moving into the trailer within days and my kids needed a working shower (which he knew) so I had no choice but to hire someone else. Armik refused to refund over $2,000 of the money I prepaid him for tile install even though they never installed any tile! He claimed he was entitled to keep it for the 3 hrs of hardibacker work!! DISHONEST. STAY FAR AWAY. He will always blame the client and take no responsibility.

It is the company's responsibility to quality control and inspect the products they are selling. But Marble Express only cares about what they can get away with, as long as they get your money they couldn't care less how the expensive countertops that you will look at every day turn out. All they did was send me the stone maker's contact info and turned the other way. It's greedy and disgusting.

We found out that our bathroom shower wasn't sealed correctly and were faced with having to re-do our bathroom. We started the process looking at Floor and Decor which was fine but felt impersonal. My husband suggested we stop by Glendale Tiles and Tops which is in our neighborhood. It was there that we found our dream tile for the shower statement wall. Martin and Abel were the team who did demo, tiling, constructing the new shower etc. They were lovely to work with. Martin is a very talented tile installer and Abel was his right hand man, always professional and hard working. They set up and protected our floors every day, were very clean and considerate and maybe most importantly did an excellent job. The electrician and the shower door guys that were brought in by the team were also very kind and good at what they do. Whenever we hit a snag or problem - for instance we had to figure out placement of the mirrors and that was a bit of a puzzle, Sam would come by noodle on the problem until we came to a solution. We ended up buying a vanity base and Sam made the vanity top - we used the same quartz on the shower bench, looks great. I couldn't be happier with the final result. It's truly a dream bathroom and we had a wonderful experience.

I parked in the residential street around the block, a very short walk to the shop. The shop is located near Brand Blvd. where all the car dealerships are so very convenient to find. I highly recommend checking out Glendale Tile if you are remodeling/renovating your bathroom or kitchen!
