Booked this place for a party. The initial pricing wasn't too bad. $300 for the first 10 kids. We had 7 kids show up. The kids had a great time playing but the problem was the lack of transparency for pricing and expectations. At no time did they tell us that they expected the provided paint to last 1 game. And 4 games were scheduled over the 2 hours. Then after the 1st game, they ask you to pay $80 for another 2,000 balls. And then another $80 for 2,000 more. So, they're base price is more like $460 for 7 kids. If you're planning on bringing more, plan on spending some more money. We won't be having another party here. Also, parking is very limited. The staff isn't really helpful. The ref we had was out of it. read more

The place was really cool and good for kids. The bathrooms were nice and clean (atleast when I went), yet there is 2 girls who are at the front one with curly and one with straight. They were really unprofessional and yelling at the kids. The parents were just recording their kids play and they yelled at them to get back from the net (the sign says 5 feet away and they were more than 5 feet away). They also yelled at a kid for misfiring the gun stating "how many time do we got to tell you, can yall not listen?" Drive out was amazing as far the views, however, once you pull up parking is horrendous. It's limited and unorganized, especially for people who don't know how to park. We bought a Groupon special and used that for an all day play which includes the gear. Paintballs are extra and cost $20.00 for 500 and $60.00 for 2000. Be mindful of the rules as there is staff and refs walking around and of course monitoring the maps. They have a snack bar that only takes cash but you are welcomed to bring your own food and drinks. They have picnic areas and some are covered. I wasn't fond of one of the maps, it's wasn't leveled and the space was too open. Overall, we had a blast and would most likely return. read more

This is literally one of the worst paintball fields I have been to in 21 years of playing this sport. I arrived at the field to have very minimal parking. We walked up to the registration building to be greeted by a man in a small window that was rude. Then was instructed by staff to go around to a safety briefing which was given by someone who barely seemed like he knew the sport and spent so much time telling stories that he kept forgetting what rule he was trying to tell me. Then I was told I couldn't wear my paintball jersey cause it was long sleeve, I had to go talk to the field manager to get clarification on what the ref was talking about. Also the Staff at the front didn't mention that 99% of people there were for a party. so once we paid for everything and got set up they called for walk-ons we show up to 1 other player. this is by far the worst ran field and I will not be returning. read more

This place is not for wimps There is no paved parking, no a/c, restroom is up the hill from the main complex, bring your own granola bars, and water, don't expect much in the way of comfort, but customer service is abundant. Rates are reasonable and safety is a priority. Everyone is shuffled frequently to keep there from being a boring or over used obstacle course. I enjoy going with kids, they're hungry to bring an old man to his knees. Use their guns, they're well maintained, and if anything goes wrong they take care of it. If I bought anything before going, it would be my own mask, it's just not something I want to share. read more

Had a very bad experience. This place is shady. We had a group of 6 people of which 4 of our guns were not working. We couldn't even get out Bullets finished as during the game they were not working and they refused to take it back. The gears they provided were very old and washrooms were very unhygienic. The gears it seems they would have bought those 20 years back as they were mostly torn. The lady at the ticketing counter was rude and has no etiquettes of how to talk to customers. Interesting place. Was actually kinda cool with the actual paintball setup. Multiple zones and enough room for young kids to feel like they were in the "woods". The entrance off of the road is easy to miss. When you do see it, you still need to be careful navigating it because the driveway is all tore up with potholes that give you pause if you care about your rims getting gauged. There was a Tesla that bottomed out and had a few sparks. Our 4x4 truck was fine, save for jostling the 5 kids around in the back rows. Some of the attendants were nice and explained things patiently, but most seemed like high-schoolers that didn't really want to be there. Was a shame because that actually put a lid on some of the enthusiasm the 14 yr old kids had to start out with. The food options were very limited but that wasn't too surprising. They were great about allowing us to bring coolers with drinks and food. Trash cans were sparsely located. The big way complaint I had was about general maintenance and upkeep of the place. The bathroom was filthy, and encouraged use of the more natural, 'outdoor facilities' for our group of boys. The gear you rent like the face shields were wet from other people sweat and smelled like mold. And the picnic area in front was just several rotting wooden tables with rusty nails exposed. Folks that brought younger kids chose to wait in their cars (citing rusty nails and fears of tetanus). Being up to date on our vaccines, I chose to wait there and ended up with a few splinters from the rotting tables. Should have brought my own chairs. And the fire ants were everywhere!!! Left with a few nice sized bites that bothered me for a day or two. Actually, should've just made the drive out to a better facility. Overall I'd rather go somewhere else next time; but 2 stars for being close and relatively cheap. Sorry, but this was a swing and a miss for me. read more

Took my son here for a birthday party celebration. Of course, yours truly always runs 4 hours behind the current time... HOWEVER, even in that instance, the host's dad was able to get my buddy geared up and ready for game quickly and smoothly. When I had forgotten to bring the release form, the manager said 'No problem! We have one right here for you." Sounds good to me! The ref stayed close by so when the fields were ready for the next game, the boys could max out their playing time. Not a lot of choices at the snackbar, but then again, who's really here to eat? Nachos, chips(?) and sodas I think was about the extent of it. A lot of seating areas available for the non-players as well - shaded too. Parking looks a bit cramped but I think a lot of folks carpooled. The only tricky thing I thought of as I was leaving was the entrance/exit. The park is uphill and coupled with the fact that a lot of people had driven their trucks to PPP, it looked like you'd definitely have to watch if someone was approaching you - coming and going. read more

This place is cool, good maps, the rental equipment is good enough for being basic rental gear. don't come here expecting anything fancy, it's not a lounge. if your an adult that's not playing your not gonna be satisfied. its great for coming in, playing some good paintball, and calling it a day. went here for a party and had a great time. instructors are cool too. only issue is the parking, but if you get there at a decent time it's not an issue. idk why all these other people are complaining about the customer service it's all really simple and we had no issues. read more

Have been to this Paintball park twice and I think it could use alot of 'cleanup'. First of all, IF there is a sign outside of the facility; its covered in brush because we just about passed it up; non visible! Second, the very small drive area to pull in is steep for cars, deep & missing asphalt. Then where you park, theres very larger than normal fire ants all in the area that I feel should be treated! If you're not extra careful, you could get stung bad. There was a big pile of wood pallets that was next to the area where you get your equipment. The cabana-wait areas need some cleaning up/ upgrades overall. The host was very nice & engaging to the group. read more

Did public play with 4 14 year old boys. Sign waiver on line day before. Got Groupon half off. Box off paint balls 72.00. Box lasted from 10:00 till 1:00 about 5-6 games.Bathrooms are primitive parking bad unless you get here before 10:00. Get here early set up drinks and snacks under a tree with picnic tables. I'll start with the good. The fields were really fun. While there aren't any inflatable fields, the woods, urban, and hyperball style fields were laid out well. That's about it for the positive notes, though. The bad was bad enough that I'll not be going back. The refs were terrible! There was one guy, Roman, who is obviously friends, maybe teammates, with the refs. 3rd game of the day we I shoot him and he calls himself out and raises his marker signaling as much. Apparently, the ref told him it was a bounce and lets him continue playing. Had he called for a paint check, I would have kept an eye on him. I moved on, though, since he called himself out. The following game, someone knew he was in a building and went to surrender him. The ref called Roman out, but since the 1st guy didn't stop to do whatever it was he was supposed to do to acknowledge the surrender, Roman was allowed to play on. The final incident that I or my group was aware of, was in our second to last game. He was less than 20 feet from one of my friends (10-12 feet if we're going to get specific). My friend was yelling at him to surrender as we were instructed to do in the rules meeting. The ref standing right behind Roman did nothing about it. Then, Roman lights up my friend with no less than 8-10 rounds. The explanation my friend received from the ref was that it had to be in the same bunker and that it wasn't about distance as much. The, shall we say gruff, field manager told him that Roman is a tourney player so that happens. If Roman doesn't know the difference between tournament play and open play with a bunch of new or novice players, then he shouldn't be allowed to play open play. In 22 years of playing at more than 2 dozen different fields, I have never seen such favoritism displayed by refs. read more

My nephew had his birthday thing there. They went above and beyond to provide strict COVID protocols to the kids as well as adults. Tristan (the ref) was very patient and understanding with our family. (We are kind of lot. Lol) All employees were patient and welcoming. When we arrived at 2:30pm we were greeted politely and were shocked with all the different weapon mods and playing packages that they had but weren't listed on their website. Took my daughter and some of her friends here for her birthday. I reserved the $199 party package and paid $100 deposit. During the play, our assigned referee suggested another case of ammo since we were low and indicated that we would have plenty of time to utilize this additional ammo. Once the additional ammo was bought, the referee shortly announced that our time was up leaving us with almost a full case of ammo that will never be utilized. At checkout, they only credited $92.81 of my $100 deposit towards my balance! read more

To begin my low rating was based on my experience here at this field. I've been paintballing for 15 years and this is the first field that I felt discriminated for being an experienced player that was an outsider. I drove from Houston to play here and I was disappointed. The refs were watching us like a hawk! They felt that I was going to cheat by switching my gun from semi to psp. Every employee has a walkie talkie and the field manager said a few things on the walkie talkie referring to my group. I guess they had bad experiences with players with their own equipment. The field is great for new players to start on. But beware if you are not a regular here at this field. One of my teammates was shooting at psp and he told me that it's ok because they know him. Again the field is great but the management sucks. Paint is like $65 a box and that's a rip off! I don't think I'll ever be back here again. read more

Maps are good and that's pretty much it. Came all the way from Houston to play to be disappointed. Too many rules and too expensive. Semi only and field paint only. No warnings for infractions (i.e. You pull your mask up they kick you out after 1 time). You have to have your gun check (if you bring your own equipment) before every game (which is wasting paintballs thus wasting money). They have a good amount of refs to watch the games as well. Gotta use their paint which is $65 per case. Overall I did have a good time but won't be back to play there. Field manager was kind of a douche as well. read more

First of all thank you to CHEWY for making our first time experience an awesome amazing one. My son and family and his friends had a blast playing in the rain. Celebrating my sons 15th birthday was an awesome choice. I know we aren't professionals at playing. But the experience Chewy set out to give our party was one we will all remember. I like how we didn't have to bring any equipment everything was provided for us. Very clear instructions given to our party getting equipment. Clear instructions when we were advised about pricing and boxes of paint. I knew upfront what price rang I was looking at because I did my homework before had. Called to ask questions before booking all questions answered very well called before party due to rain and was explained everyone still gets to play only if lightning they stop the games. Called morning of party we had three bail our party and wanted to know if our party would still be able to play our time slot. Very nice was advised yes and they were already waiting for us at 9:30am. They were on top of everything our party was at 10:30am with a 2hour play time slot. Chewy made sure after every game everyone had paint and air to play effectively. That helped a lot and made the experience much more worth it. Yes the box of paint was expensive but again I knew what I had signed up for and to see my son his friends and my family having such an amazing time was priceless so I didn't mind. We will be back for sure I'll be playing this time around thanks again for some amazing memories. Don't forget to tip your Referee ours did an awesome job thanks again Chewy! P.S. it helps having all your waivers as we did because I handed them to attendant she checked us into our time slot went to next window got instructions equipment and was ready to play. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My wife had paid $100 deposit for a group to play two hours. When our time came up - a RED level storm had just moved away. Another yellow level storm was visible on radar half a hour out. But young kid employee says "Oh well, so you'll get wet. Don't play and loose your deposit. Or fork up another $50 to reschedule. Didn't care that a storm was coming - just wanted the $$$. Absolutely didn't care for safety of customers!! STAY AWAY! DON'T COME HERE! If they don't care about your safety with storms in the area, what other safety needs are they intentionally overlooking, just so they can get your money?? read more

As another reviewer said, the maps are okay but paintballs they require you use are way overpriced. Rental facemask are pretty scuffed up and hard to see through. First rental paintball gun was a dud too. Entrance to facility is not marked well and easy to drive by. Driveway is only one car width and difficult to get into or out of if a car is headed the opposite direction. One referee was an smart a$$ because we ended up in a birthday group by accident at the direction of another referee because their PA system is inaudible in certain areas. Let me start off by saying that our referees were great and this review is not about them. Be very careful on booking a party there. They do NOT distinguish between GUESTS and PLAYERS. The website does NOT allow you to put in the amount PLAYERS and amount of GUESTS. If you put in 20 guests they will charge you for 20 PLAYERS. I did read the terms and conditions when I booked that applies to PLAYERS. As many parents can attest; Most parents do not just drop off their children at Birthday parties. However, when you book online it doesn't give you options for guests and players. It ONLY asks for the number of GUESTS. So I reserved my party for 20 guests. Yes, I had 20 guests but I only had 10 PLAYERS I was forced to pay for 20 GUESTS that I reserved for. There should be TWO options one for the number of GUESTS and one for the number of PLAYERS. I reserved to ensure I had space for my guests who are not playing and space for my players who were at the tables. Even though I only had 10 players, I was forced to pay for 20. This was NOT just an error on my part as the family next to us was faced with the same issue. They also reserved for the number of GUESTS not PLAYERS. Two different families with the same issue on the same day is NOT something that is a one time issue. What a scam!!!! read more
