When walking up the ramp, we were checked in and greeted by John who also gave us a tour of the field. He was open about the back half being under construction for cool improvements that will be completed soon. Paul took the time to show off the items in the store front. The staging area has lots of fans to help combat the Texas heat and the timers displayed on a large monitor ensure that EVERYONE knows exactly when the next game is. Sean helped us with the rentals and made sure the equipment was organized, clean, and ready for the next person to use. Paul and John both did a good job at enforcing the rules and running fair games. We look forward to coming back when the larger part of the field is ready!!!

They truly bring the fun and the competitive aspects of this sport together, and it is very motivating. Here you can play casually for fun and exercise, or you can play competitively to unleash your inner CoD persona. Team up with friends and work together as you train communication and situational awareness, or sneak your way through the map taking shots from cover. The speed field is another huge win here. Nowhere else in town will you find a dedicated field to this sport that is so professionally managed, accessible to all, and affordable to play.

We did open play where we played with anyone and were taken to multiple arenas/fields then divided in two groups of 20+ people each. Every field had different game rules and geography which made the games exciting. Wear comfortable clothing and running shoes. You may get splattered or shot with paint so bring something you're not afraid to get messy. Paint should wash off easily!

We rented everything and all of the equipment was sturdy. To play a round, you walk up to this referee station and wait until one is ready to take you to a course. You will always play with your "group" - and these are not created by the refs. If you want to join other groups to form a larger group, you'll have to ask them first. My fiancé and I came here solo so I ended up playing paintball with like 2 dozen strangers. It was super fun!

Great Academy location…read more Everything is decently priced and they have quite a range of products. A friend of mine got an exercise machine for under $200 dollars, which I thought was pretty good. They even moved it out to the truck (in the pouring rain no less.) One of the big things they have going for them is their firearm prices. For a retail store they have a decent selection with prices to match. Ammunition is also priced well. They don't have much for high end survival/camping/hunting gear but it is a retail department store, so for what it is, you have to love it. Well stocked and plenty of staff to assist, I would come here over Cabela's 11 times out of 10!

I noticed they had a brand called Freely with a BOGO sale. I grabbed a few bras in addition to other clothing. A young man checked us out and when I asked if they bras were BOGO, he replied "I dunno. Something was I think." I thought that was strange and not the response I should have received. He should have looked at his screen and told me. It was just odd. Also, this location rarely has baskets You have to grab one from the parking lot. Looking for the one they are building closer to us. Maybe location will make a difference.
