Daily driver Gen V Silverado throws a check engine light and starts shaking under light throttle. I pull over and read the code, cylinder 7 misfire. With these engines I was confident it was a failed AFM (active fuel management) lifter. Per my aftermarket warranty I was REQUIRED to bring my truck to a licensed repair shop for a diagnostic in hopes the company would cover the repair. Reviews seemed decent so I had the truck towed to the shop. They said the diagnostic fee is normally not covered by warranty and I'd have to pay out of pocket.. alright no worries. The next day they call and say cylinder 7 is dead and has no compression. Ok, kind of knew this already. So what's exactly broken? "We don't know, we would have to tear down the engine more. It could be a bad piston, piston ring land, piston rings or a bent/broken valve". When I asked did they pull the valve cover to physically look at the rockers due to it being a gen V LT motor which are notorious for failed AFM lifters, "no, we just did a compression and a vacuum test". Ok, so are you going to pull the valve cover and look so my warranty company can know exactly what's broken? "we have to have them tell us to continue with the tear down, we only bill the master tech for 1 hour of diagnostic time". Long story short, after a 1 HOUR $173 diagnostic fee they were able to accomplish a compression and vacuum test, unable to tell me what exactly was broken, the truck was there for 7 days, the warranty company denied my claim for engine repair and I had to pay $125 to have the truck towed home. They then said if you want us to move forward with the repairs we can, and with this kind of failure we recommend a full engine replacement....Yea I bet you do. I said absolutely not, I'll fix it myself and called a tow truck. Once off the tow truck and in my drive way it took 10 MINUTES to pull the valve cover (about 10 bolts) and wouldn't ya know it, #7 cylinder intake valve is not moving at all when cranking and the rocker arm is loose. Classic symptoms of a collapsed lifter. Now im in the hole for roughly $2,500 for a cam swap and tune. During the engine removal and tear down cylinder 7 was immaculate with all visible cross hatchings on the cylinder walls, piston was perfect and valves perfectly straight and intact. What was the issue?.... A failed, collapsed pos AFM lifter that is stuck in the lifter bore (as pictured). A $173 "we don't know", 7 day excursion on my daily driver that took me 10 minutes to figure out is what I walked away with. This is the first time I've ever taken one of my vehicles to anyone for anything other than front end alignments and Needless to say, I'll continue to do my own work and save the headache. Also, just my 2 cents, save your money on a warranty unless it's from a manufacturer. The front desk employees were nice though. read more

I came in to get a safety inspection and they told me that I would need to pay $4000 for a new catalytic converter alone and my entire exhaust system would need rebuilt totaling $6-7k with labor just to meet the requirements for the inspection to pass. I was surprised as I had just gotten the car from an owner who registered the car less than 3 months before and he passed his safety inspection with no issue. After looking online and finding my exact model car's catalytic converter for $200-$400, I know they were trying to scam me. I took it to Black's tire and auto to get inspected straight from their's and I passed just fine. They will try to take advantage and scam you for your money. My metal price that hold my car hood up is gone, and it was under my hood before I took it to the Prcisions. Alot of people been telling me how they have went there to get something fixed dealing with a car & after they had added on problems with their car. I mean things that they didn't have a issue with became a issue after leaving that place. My sensors are acting up now after leaving that place, my speed o Meter is not working, I can't tell if I got gas or not, or how much is in my tank, if my signal light is on smh. I have been taking my vehicles here for oil changes for about five years without any previous issues. I went in last week for an oil change and a couple hours later, got home and immediately noticed a fresh five inch horizontal scratch on my front bumper below the Honda emblem. I know without a doubt that there was no scratch before I went in there, because I do not normally smoke in my car, but always have one while standing directly in front of the car while it is warming up. I did make two stops at other locations after leaving their shop before I saw the damage, but both places I parked, there was dense shrubbery directly in front of my car, shielding it from anyone or anything from coming into contact with it. My vehicle never touched the shrubbery at either location. Yes, my car is over 20 years old, but it is in very good overall condition and has extremely low mileage at just 72,000 miles. This was my Mother's car since it was brand new, she clearly rarely drove it and the car was maintained regularly at her dealership. It runs beautifully, just like new and because it was formerly my Mom's car, I try to take very good care of it and I'm conscientious about where I park it, since I know there are a lot of careless, inconsiderate people out there. I immediately called the shop and spoke to their manager who clearly couldn't care less about the damage and immediately deflected by blaming me for not noticing it before I left their property. One thing I thought was strange in hindsight, was that when they were done with the oil change, it was parked right outside the front doors, as opposed to in the regular spots like they normally did the other times I went here. There were several open spots too, including the one I parked it in before they did the service. So, the manager blamed me for not seeing the damage before I left, deflecting me to their "corporate" office who he said would probably not do anything for me either. He was correct. I understand people try to blame businesses for things like this, but I have been going here without issue for five years. I know for a fact there was no damage before I went in there and it didn't happen afterwards, either. Since I never had an issue with them and didn't expect them to be as scummy about it as they ended up being, I did not think I needed to photograph every square inch of my car before taking it in to them for a simple oil change. As a matter of fact, in over 33 years of vehicle ownership, I never had my vehicle damaged like this anywhere. Nothing was brought to my attention before leaving and based on my apparently lucky previous experiences there, I didn't see a need to inspect the entire car with a fine tooth comb. The bottom line is, they clearly do not value their customers. They will immediately resort to blaming you for their negligence as if you're making it up or imply that it's your fault for not noticing something before leaving their premises. Their "corporate" person "Ronnie" claimed that their district manager went to the shop to investigate what could have caused this. He had the audacity to insult my intelligence by stating there was nothing present there that could have caused it. Yes, as if an entire shop of metal tools, equipment, carts, other vehicles, etc. etc. couldn't possibly contain anything which could cause a simple scratch on the front of my car where the 20-something year old mechanic performed the oil change as loud, obnoxious, unprofessional rap music was playing throughout the entire service area. These people are a joke and my entirely unacceptable experience with them compelled me to open this YELP account and post my first review. I do not normally post online reviews, in general but had to give a heads up to anyone considering this 2.2 "star" establishment to think twice before you trust these people with your vehicle. You might get away with no problems, as I did for a while, but once there is any kind of issue, they WILL show their true colors. What's even more laughable is once it was made clear they were not going to do anything at all to take care of this, I generously offered a compromise to settle if they would at least refund the $60 I paid for the oil change. I honestly should have read the reviews before committing to getting my service here. Aside from being cheaper than the dealership, I really don't think place is great. Not sure how they got all these "5 star" reviews on Google. Always trust Yelp, because Yelp can't be "bought". Here are the "Karen" items that I thought was disappointing about this shop: Bathroom - it was disguising. Sink had grime and dirt allover it. The toilet was soiled with fecal matter. No paper towel and no toilet seat covers. Discounts - they are available, but you have to find it yourself. Despite coupon flyers and specials/discounts flashing on their marquee, the front desk specialist's priority was keeping the money in the store. I saw "military appreciation 10%" on their marquee and asked if I would apply to my service.. answer was "only applies to major services." I went in for an oil change, transmission fluid exchange and engine coolant exchange, which cost almost $300, but I guess that's not a major repair. Several people came in wanting oil change or alignment service (which they have discounted on the marquee) and the sales rep never once offered the discount. I did find an online coupon that applied to my service, but I had to find it. It honestly would make me want to come back for future oil changes if I knew that the shop was in business for me. Service Time: For an oil change, transmission fluid exchange & engine coolant exchange.. it took almost 2 hours to do. He gave me an estimated time of 1.5-2 hours and it was done in 1 hour and 55 mins. Overall, if you don't mind paying FULL prices for services, then come. Otherwise.. I would recommend another place. *edit to add: The service person doesn't even bother to clip the tray inside my glove compartment back up. I know it was them Bc I had opened my glove compartment to get a napkin. My wheel locks are kept in the tray inside my glove component so I know he did it, which also explains why he didn't put it back.. just left it in my cup holder. They also parked my car in the neighbor's parking lot.. without letting me know. I stood outside trying to find my car and it was not even in their parking lot. read more

Paid 1,098$ for them to fix my a/c. Took more than a week. Not only does the a/c still not work properly and as they told me "coincidentally" another part of my vehicle that worked prior to them working on it is now also not working. The man at the desk talked to me like I was incapable of understanding anything that had to do with the car but made sure to let me know it should've cost me more money. But they were being kind to me because they kept it for so long. Had to take my vehicle and pay another 1,000$ at dealership to fix the new issue after trusting them with my car. I brought my car for the free brake inspection thinking there a good place since I work across the street and they're always packed. Took it they inspected it they said I needed stuff so I was going to get food and then go to the parts store all the way to Chick-fil-A my tire decided to fly off because they did not tighten the bolts but further inspection they strip the bolts and why my tire flew off my fender broke my brake light broke and my car was dented. Carter got me shook up from the tire fly off because I'm pregnant and it just made me so stressed and made my stomach hurt but I mean I guess it's good that they're fixing it all but I learned this isn't the first time they've done this. The only issue I had was the wait which is insane I was told it would be an 1 and a half wait and I was there for almost 4 hours waiting for a oil change. If I could give no stars I would. We brought my Toyota Sienna in for a diagnostic to see why the ac stopped working. Before dropping it off the air was blowing (just not cold). Upon picking up the van the air was not blowing anymore, no heat, and the controls wouldn't work. Clearly something was not done right or whatever. They said the compressor was bad and quoted us $1800 to fix it. We say no and then take it home. Well a couple days late we call and say we would like to try their financing and get it taken care of. Well when we bring it back in they have to order the part which is fine. The part came in the next day. They call us and say that they didn't cause it to stop blowing and it's a whole other problem on top of what is already being done. They want $2100. When we came back we were quoted $1312 and signed the paper for that. We had been approved for their financing for $1200 and could afford about $600 on top of that out of pocket. We are going to pick up the car without the repair being done because I feel it's always gonna be problem after problem with them. read more

Someone recommended this place for a specific person. Said person no longer worked there, so I thought It would be safe to let them work on my car. Wrong. Left my car here for a neutral switch failure. Which I went in, KNOWING this was the problem, but wasn't aware if there were any other issues. Called in a couple days after because they stated it would only take like 2/3 days give or take. Called in on day 3 to see if it'll be ready, they said the first part failed bc of bad wiring. At this point they're quoting like $600. 5 tests, in which I knew I didn't need two of them, but better safe than sorry right? Cindy the manager has very little knowledge or maybe she just failed to understand the technician or probably didn't bother asking more details. Because when I asked her was it the neutral switch she proceeds to say no....... & reassures me theyll get it figure out & all this other crap. I'm like shocked and curious to know what part is being swapped then.. day 6 rolls in I call & Scott handles it from here, nice guy, great guy, tells me the switch is being replaced..... bro what? Okie but Cindy said something else. Whatever. Anyways, they replace the switch & I get to the place whatever, car turns on, drives fine, that same night I go to the gym around 11pm & come out around midnight & my car doesn't start... Battery had to be replaced, they tried to push me to do other tests and other repairs even tho I had told them to do just the battery. Gave me push back, whatever. I let them know do the battery only. $700 deep now... a couple days later, neutral switch issues again. I look under and there tape looking raggedy and weird. Whatever. I call in, tell them. & then a day or two later my AC all of a sudden is pulling more power than it ever has. And now we're at today where my driver light is flashing. Literally one thing after another since I let them touch it This could either be a car that just decided to go back right after everything or they genuinely messed some things up. To say the least I'm never coming back to this place. I don't recommend, I'm sure the mechanics are nice, the one who swapped my battery out was cool, but other than that. Come on. Do better. I have never left bad review about a place before but I have to about this place. I took my 2012 ram 1500 in for a alignment and a tire rotation at Precision Tune Auto Care. Cost me around 170$. They told me it's still pulling to the right and for them to diagnose it would cost me a extra 60$ which I declined because last time I got a alignment it was pulling to the right also. But when I get my truck back I noticed the next day I have a lug nut missing and I have grease sprayed all inside my wheel well. So I called and brought it back. They tell me it's impossible for them to have missed a lug nut and that my axle boot has a gash in it and it's spraying grease. I didn't have that issue before bringing it in there..... will never bring my vehicle back there. now I'm going to have to replace the front C/V axle. And I had to go buy a new lug... read more

I brought my car in to get the belt replaced. They told me that I needed a fuel clean out. My car was running completely fine until I got it back and it stopped shifting. It was $300 for the belt and labor. I overheard another customer in their who got all 4 tires rotated and an alignment that came out to $250 on top of that there was another customer who walked in as I was paying who saw these people (the workers) lift his vehicle up and brake fluid fly everywhere. They drove their vehicle to the shop with no problems with their brakes to getting their vehicle back and brakes are now not working. I do not trust this place. They are scammers who just want your money. They did nothing to fix my car said that they didn't touch my fuel area at all. But how would they know if it needed a clean out and then I get my car back and it's acting like this. I've had to deal with this exact problem on my car before and that's when I replaced my high and low pressure fuel pumps and my computer fuel system less then a year ago. So why is my car now acting like this after their job was to only touch my belt. You guys had one job and you fucked up my car, and I had to sell it because it was now to expensive to fix after you guys messed with it. You were only supposed to touch the belt. That has nothing to do with why my car is now not shifting after I pick it up. read more

They also topped of all my cars fluids, and refilled the tires up to the right pressure, which i didn't even pay for so that was pretty dope. didn't even pay $50 for the whole thing. Had 2 new tires installed on the rear of my car. They also replaced the eccentric bolts in the rear and did an alignment. 4 months later the tires were worn on the inside. Upon further inspection on my own, the eccentric bolts they changer were never tightened. I took it back to them and the service desk guy took a look at it. He told me there is no way to adjust the camber in the rear of the car. If he were more knowledgeable he would know that the same eccentric bolts they replaced are the adjustments for the rear camber. He tried saying that my car was lowered and that why they wore so quickly. He offered to redo the alignment but i told him that i would never bring my car there again. read more

Don't go here. My car has electrical issues & I sent it here to get it fixed. They charged me just under $300 and said they replaced my map sensor. Not even 10 hours later my engine light was still on and I sent it back. My problem with them is they just let my car sit in their little lot for 3 days and when I would call they would just tell me that they are waiting for the part they ordered to come in. I still need to commute to work so I stopped by and they told me to just take my car and they will give me a call. December 2020 I took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment. Everything seemed to be fine after I received the vehicle back. Prior to having this done, I had four new Michelins tires mounted and balanced and the rear suspension had brand new premium parts put on. Keep in mind that this isn't my daily driver's car. I just happen to notice one day before getting in the car that the rear tires had excessive wear in the middle tread. I then took the vehicle back to Precision Tune and mention that the alignment was off. The service advisor kept trying to come up with every excuse to say that I may have caused it by driving and hitting potholes and other bogus suggestions. After that obviously was not the case, he then took the vehicle back for another wheel alignment. After I got the vehicle back alone with the wheel alignment specs and compared them to the initial alignment it was pretty obvious that it was off. Now comes the issue about the tires are now bad and they are really no good because of the lack of tread in the center of the tire. He claims that he mentions it to his Manger, but the manager never came out to talk to me about the situation. Now I have to replace 2 tires because Precision Tune would not back up their error. You can be nice and friendly but that doesn't excuse the fact that the shop just cost me more time and money for an incident that should not have happened. Use to be a satisfied customer here, but they are having a difficult time managing the volume of vehicles in a timely manner. I even called one hour prior to arrive stating I cannot just leave my vehicle there over night and the lady at the front desk couldn't give a straight answer on estimate time that the vehicle would get looked at. However after the commute, it was a hard "we won't get to it until maybe Monday". I think this will be my last attempt at coming due to poor management and not being able to schedule appointments. Yea well the so called I investigation into my claim is apparently closed and they say they are not at fault and tried to tell me that a tire even if used will wear in less than 30 days on the outside only cause that's exactly what is happening with the tires I just had put on on july 30th. I already had to replace the first set of tires due to the supposed alignment they did and after 60 days the driver tire wore plum down to the cords showing. Be prepared to be ripped off if you go here for anything other than oil changes. Best prices on oil changes around, but beyond that, you really need to do your research. I used this shop routinely for several years until my recent experience when they tried to charge nearly $500 for a part I bought from Advance Auto Parts (literally the same location they get theirs from) for $225. Just a disgusting business practice to overcharge that much on part prices. Per Corey, the location manager, that price difference covers their warranty. Sad excuse for their egregious part prices. Do you get that many warranty claims that you need to overcharge double on part prices to cover them? If so, that should make anyone pause before getting work done with your company. I called the corporate offices to see what the corporate policy was concerning part price markups and if Corey's perspective was the corporate response. Shockingly, Ronnie, the one who normally posts blanket responses indicating they actually care, confirmed that the normal markup on a $250 part could easily be priced at $450-500 on the bill. He called it an "industry standard", and made no effort to make the issue right. So you don't look foolish, please save yourself the time of your generic response you put on every negative reply asking them to call in. I started with that, you showed no concern for the customer at all, and simply defended your egregious pricing scheme as an "industry standard". Thankfully, you're not the only shop in town and your version of an "industry standard" is far from accurate. The $800+ repair cost me $535 down the road with a 2 year/24000 mile nationwide warranty. Same part, same nationally certified mechanics, just no "industry standard" overcharging for parts. They instead make their money off the work they do, vice that 2 minute phone call to have someone drop off parts. What a revolutionary concept! For all who read reviews prior to choosing a shop, just do yourself a favor and price your job around. Any legit shop will give you an estimate on parts and labor and you'll immediately see how this business is trying to rip you off. Just shop around. I assure you, you'll find another place with equally good mechanics, much cheaper, with a nationwide warranty as well. DO YOUR HOMEWORK - DON'T LET THEM RIP YOU OFF! read more

I have stopped in around 8 times across a span of 3 months, my truck had 2 check engine light codes, both related to emissions. They replaced my catalytic converter (not cheap!!!) they did a very poor job, I found the passenger side exhaust gasket sitting on a bolt on the frame, the vehicle had multiple exhaust leaks at every single exhaust flange and many other things I noticed due purely to negligence. I brought my truck in the shop with 2 codes and sometimes left the shop and the light turned back on immediately! and when I would come back they would look at me like I'm an inconvenience to their poor labor. I do not recommend this auto shop and their predatory behavior towards customers. If this is their tactic to get "repeat business" it's embarrassing. read more

I am only giving this service station one star, because there was not a "zero star" or "not recommended" option. If you visit this establishment please BEWARE of their unnecessary "up sell" and "add on" services and recommendations. Go knowing what you need and what you are willing to pay and go elsewhere for second opinions on their additional "recommended" services as unfortunately this seems to be the way they make their money. I will not be surprised if they lose their State inspection License because they are using it to push additional services...for example replacing a 99cent bulb will cost you almost $11 for them to do it there...save your money and visit a more reputable company that supports our military and is not out to make a profit on unsuspecting customers that don't know how much they inflate their parts and service charges. read more

Two months ago I took my Subaru in for a check oil light and cruise control light and wanted a full diagnostic. I was told it was the air flow sensor and that would fix the check engine light and that another sensor that I didn't need at the time would fix the cruise control light. We had the air flow sensor replaced and figured that while they are in there to go ahead and have them do preventative maintenance. We were told that nothing else was wrong with the car and to ignore the check engine light if it came back on because it would be due to the other sensor that we were going to wait until after taxes to replace. Not long after the light came back on but we were told to expect that. Then there started to be what seemed like a lot of exhaust, but my commute is less then 10 minutes so I chalked it up to the cold weather. Then we decided to take it for a longer drive and it started spewing oil like a college kid at their first frat party. We went through 30 quarts of oil to get home that day and the entire back of the car and engine compartment where covered in oil mist. I took my car back to precision and they tried to claim at first that I'd over filled the oil and that was the problem, and as much as I'd love to drive the Tardis I know my car can't hold that much oil, I explained that wasn't physically possible and they agreed to clean it up and look for a leak. After them having my car for a week they finally let me know that they found two leaks but those couldn't possibly have been a problem when I brought my car in previously for a full diagnostic. I refused to pay them to work on my car again and took it to another shop where they discovered that one of the leaks wasn't due to a poor seal but due to the part having been put on incorrectly, they took it off and put it back on and suddenly that leak was gone. Which means that either part was installed incorrectly and leaking two months prior or someone messed with the part to cause a leak which lead to not the two leaks Precision claimed I had but FOUR leaks that the current shop showed me that I have. And this is just the issue that I had with my car, my fiancés Subaru that we took in on the same day is now sitting in a junkyard due to the engine failing. We got two different shops to look at his car and both agreed that the engine issues looked like they had been going on for months. I went in to get an oil change. I was told I needed my brake fluid flushed. 2 months later my check engine light comes on, my mechanic checks my car, NO OIL! And my brake fluid is still dark in color, which is the reason they said it needed changing. ABSOLUTELY BAD SERVICE. Will NEVER go back. read more

I have taken multiple vehicles to Precision Tune Auto Care over the years, they have always treated myself and my wife with respect. This is the only place in town that has EVER called to give us full details on what was going on and asked if we wanted the parts replaced or not. They are great at customer service always helpful and if they can't fix it(4x4 issue) they referred us to someone that could that didn't rip us off. I highly recommend them. read more

In Dec 2020 I had a 4 wheel alignment done because I replaced the rear supension with new quality parts also with New Michelin Tires. This month (April 2021) I noticed that both rear tires had excessive wear in the middle tread. After taking the vehicle back to have Precision Tune to address this issue I was giving the additude that I may have created this excessive wear via driving over potholes. As I explained to the advisor that this was not my daily driver car and from the time when the alignment was originally done it has been less than 1000 miles driven. The car was left with them to redo the alignment. So after it was done the attitude was they did me a favor because it was 4 months since it was done originally. So here's the real question was the alignment done correctly the first time if so I really don't think I would be back getting this corrected. The advisor was coming up with excuses of how the alignment could have gone bad. One was me driving through potholes, then he mentioned the production day of the tires so as he was going through these off-the-wall suggestions I told him that all of this was just plain unacceptable! I was told that the Dist Mgr was at the store but he did not make any effort to come to the counter to address this situation. I was given my keys and paperwork of the alignment and NOTHING was ever said about the excessively worn tires that were not suitable to drive on. The bottom line is the tires are no good and need to be replaced. Just think about the shop title (Precision Tune) meaning: Quality and Correctness. this is really far from it. It really looks as if the main objective is just to get it done as fast as possible and not focus on the details (Quality) of the work. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Claimed I needed "new spark plugs, brake pads, and a few other small things. The catch, I never asked them to replace any of it, even though they said they did. I had a ignition coil misfiring and took it to them because I didn't have time to work on it, low and behold, said they replaced the spark plugs because "they were old". Pulled out of the lot, problem started right back. The next day, I pulled the 6th cylinder ignition coil out to find that the plastic casing had fallen apart and was causing the miss fire. They hadn't replaced the spark plugs, not any of the other parts they said they replaced. Whole business is shady and looks to rip off anyone (especially Marines). Honestly, the worst auto shop I've ever been to. read more

I had a bad experience in Wilmington and figured I'd give the one here in Jacksonville a try Corey was very convincing so I trusted him I bought 2 of my past cars here and they were pretty awesome about fixing them. I recently bought my truck here and was told it had a slow leak which I have yet to see a drop of oil on my drive way nor on the motor since I cleaned it I had my spark plugs changed and I was working on my radiator and I pulled the skid pan out from under the car and one of the old ones fell out in my hand. So I figured ok can't go wrong with a wheel alignment and again I was told I needed new tie rods they were seized I needed inner and outer it would be close to 700 dollars with parts and labor. I wanted a second opinion so I took it to a alignment specialist and they looked at my tie rods and said they were fine and did my alignment. 65 dollars. So if I could give them no stars I would Corey you definitely need to check your employees and make them do their job not all car problems will be easy read more

ALSO a customer who had to put 1 star because there was no 0 star. Told me day 1 that they'd call me about how long it'd take for a simple brake repair... I ended up having to call them 30 minutes after they closed to be told they would have to keep it till the next day. Do NOT take your business here for any automotive work no matter how simple. The additional parts claims ran me about $1,500 if I would have chosen to replace what they "claim" needed to be replaced. I came out out of the shop $300 poorer and my original problem was not repaired. You'd be better off learning how to do simple tasks yourself. read more

If I could give less than one star I would. As much as they were helpful when I had to call I was not informed about anything on my car. I went in the get my alignment done and it ended up needing a whole new control arm. Then apparently they had to get a new bolt because the one I had on my car rusted through and "fell apart" because they were probably using an impact gun on it, and it broke. Then they told me after I had to call them again that they didn't have the bolt and then when they got the bolt hours later, it was wrong. So it had to be kept over night after being told it'd be fixed and I was left to find a way to get to the airport. The next day rolls around and still not call about my car about the bolt being found, nothing. So I have to call them once again and figure out what's going on wi my car. "It's on the alignment machine" at like 11. Then I call again at 2 and it's still on the alignment machine. Call at 3 and then they tell me it's done. I didn't not get one call from them the whole time I had my car there. Not only that but they messed with more than they should. They told me they had to remove something and wasn't specific with what it was then told me it didn't line up so they had to weld my subframe back on. Now it makes loud thumping noises when hitting any sort of bumps, and my brakes tick. So do not take your vehicle here ever. They don't keep you informed on anything, and they charge you outrageous prices for little things. What would have cost me $25 for the part and the labor somewhere else costed me $375 and a broken car. So take your vehicles somewhere else. read more
