They charge you for crap that you don't need instead of fixing the ACTUAL problem, and they upcharge. Their labor rate is crazy. I spent almost a $1000 and THEY MESSED my car up and wanted almost $800 more, on a freaking 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix. I should've know better after years of being in Jacksonville, and even as a young Marine, I remember my SNCO's specifically banning Leatherneck from patronizing. They are disgusting. They ended up moving from the location I was "serviced" at. They should be out of business, but since there's fresh reviews, they're apparently still around scamming...sighs. Trash. Utter Trash. You could genuinely tell he cared. It was an immediate relief. Before coming to the shop my only intention was to get my front left headlight replaced. So, both headlights were replaced-which would've saved time on being in a shop. Before that, I kept going in, one after the other to replace. This makes much more sense. Also, there was an electrical issue I had been dealing with for the longest time in my Subaru, and for the first time, this specific shop did a diagnosis and predetermined what the problem could be! Amazing! I was at a complete loss before they had looked at it. Being that I decided to get an entirely new vehicle, I no longer required their services. But, I would've had the opportunity to have my electrical system fixed, for the first time while owning it. My air filter also felt to be cleaned out too! It smelled so much fresher after this visit. Being that all of this was done within just a couple of hours, no waiting period for "parts to come in" and an air conditioned room with Netflix to sit in? I'd recommend this spot every time.
