Someone took my car for a drive, came back, and he said to me "your brakes are fine, I don't know what you think you're hearing. Bring it back if it gets worse." They didn't actually even LOOK at the brakes like I had requested. I was still concerned about my car and knew there was something wrong, and brought it to a different shop. This place actually looked at the car as well as drove it and found that needed all new front brakes, calipers, and struts. Well over $1000 worth of work. I'm glad I was able to give that place my money with their efforts and thoroughness. I will never bring my car to Smooth Automotive again.

Edwin said he'd give a look and if it was a quick job he could do, otherwise I'd need to book an appointment. He quickly diagnosed, removed a screw and patched the hole.
